NEXA...nice steady buying off the bottom, lookin for at least a double on it
aatk...yeah 1:6 was initially what i banked on as well, either way doesn't really matter for the sake of low float power play. Essentially I'm buying shares of M&I in my mind...don't really care how the aatk operations have suffered from all this (so much anyway)....they have been pretty flat in growth all the way along .
AATK - need to start taking a look at this reverse merger play. It is anticipated that they will merge with M&I electric by the May 18 deadline, meaning for under a buck, you can essentially buy a soon to be public company that had almost 70% earnings growth last year, and combined, expect to earn min. 0.092 eps (3.5m net on 38m O/S) for 2007 pre-split. The CFO has mentioned in email that it will likely be a 1:5 RS to meet the $4 new listing standards - that means 7.6m o/s, float likely under 1 million (he said the M&I issued shares will be restricted), and then earnings of 0.46c for the year with new opportunities in China as well.
I figure 15PE is a fair value given the growth (although the sector a little hard to pinpoint - electrical components) - that puts it at $1.38 currently to start with - a 55% premium to todays close. I imagine this will be over $1 by mid week next week, and if any hedge companies pick up on it post merger, could get real interesting. Ground floor was last week, but obviously undervalued with what they anticipate for 2007.

MBKR...Thats a 10 fold increase in revenue from 2006! Starting to make sense why they were willing to shell out a crapload for getting the word out. They have a significant growth story to tell us about.
Thanks SA...don't post that much on the hub even though I've been around on it for years...followed you from SHO and always appreciated your charting ability. May try to get in on these once on awhile and see if I get lucky!

RCAU - just be careful on the pump as the same company that ECFL used as a possible merger 6 months ago in their BS PR campaign is the same one that claims to be one of RCAU's. While its 'possible' ecfl just used the name without CompleteAuto knowing, I would be sure this is just another organized scam (lol...as if the exclamations in the PR aren't enough indication). Make your money for sure as Wild Bill is pumping away, but don't fall in love with it...

Mar. 21--ZeptoMetrix Corp. will produce flu viruses -- including strains of avian influenza or "bird flu" -- under a multimillion-dollar U.S. contract, the Buffalo company is announcing today.
The viruses are used by makers of diagnostics to develop tests for dangerous strains.
The selection of ZeptoMetrix gives the 30-person company a role in the U.S. effort to prevent a deadly flu outbreak, company officials said.
"What we're doing here could help save millions and millions of lives," marketing director Mark Rowland said.
The contract, for an undisclosed sum, comes from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Department of Health and Human Services.
ZeptoMetrix, formerly called Cellular Products, has previously supplied HIV and other infectious agents under CDC contracts.
Ya, BTM needs a nudge nudge to work on the IR side of things...do they not realize the impact of a google announcement through the wires? Nevertheless, chart does look good, 85m US in net earnings so far first 9 months of the year..pretty damn impressive as a long term play.
BTM partership with google - never went out on the wires today, and its possible the company doesn't send much out on them, but filed today:

They also have a ridiculously low PE and dividend of 6.5% with a very nice 6 month chart.
Me too...nice bounce off the bottom, CMF lookin fine, and with such an easy walk down from 2 on no volume, can't help thinking it would be just as easy move back up given the volume we saw today...any thoughts on the float? yahoo says 35m, bloomberg says 128m...uh, big difference...lol
HSYN - some buying back up again here - the ultimate bottom and huge potential on lower float.

I read the ibox, and I saw the pdf (after all, I linked it on my original post), but it is un-audited if you look at it and really means nothing (similar to the sljb unaudited financials they posted on their website).
Those that got burned by sljb should know this.
I do see that audit company pastes information about the project (seems odd and I don't even imagine a russian company could do audits that would be approved on a north american exchange for a north american company, but I can't say for sure) - that's a start, but I assume once again, there isn't any report out (signed/stamped)? Just that and the geologic report I'm curious about - that was promised for last May, but it never seemed to come out from what I see.
Anyhow, I expect you will see movement on lebed, especially here at the bottom...take advantage of it.

So what IS the story with the so called 'audited' financials that has been thrown around left right and center for the last year????
I was once again directed to this 'company' from Lebed's pump having already known about this, but I saw his claims of audited financials and curiosity peaked again. Ok, so where are they? The company released a PR saying they are posted on the website, but this:
http://www.auruscorp.com/dec_05_audited_statements.pdf
means absolute squat as its un-audited (although the address says audited...haha).
Also, the geologic report promised in May?? That public record anywhere, or another pile of BS?
Just because its in a PR, means absolute squat, so show me something of substance. I have already seen this exact kind of story pan out with SLJB, so PR's mean squat to me, but I'm curious seeing that Lebed is 'hoping' to take it for a ride.
Unless a link for these two significant pieces of info (audit and geologic report) can be provided, my advice to you all, is use Lebed's pump as a way to get the heck out and salvage something.
JMHO....no position, don't plan on one (like i said, unless someone can show me audit or report, then I'll look further!)
Any insight?

Awesome PQL...really the last ingredient I was looking for!
Let dd prevail....sure looks like lots of hype right now, but people are realizing the opportunity they previously ignored. Appreciate the info done by mod on this board...it certainly was a good start for me. Tomorrow should be interesting to say the least!
I see a bunch of emails seem to be following our lead on PHGI...huh - well, we did all the work for them as well as the mod over on the phgi site (great info there as well). The DD speaks for itself - not a one day pump IMH. I have since had confirmation from geologist that also implies this is legit (by email).
Review my post over on the phgi board if you wish to see that email.
Best of luck
PHGI strong this morning - my DD says all claims are very legit and this may be more than just a pump here (u can check my posts on it)
PHGI - very legit - bio fuel & gold play - 745 million in reserves - review my DD to date (posted on my board, and added info):

Box Elder mine owners agree to its purchase
September 21, 2006
Utah's Saturday Night LLC, owners of a Box Elder County mine with an estimated $737 million in gold and silver reserves, has reached agreement in principle to be acquired by Perihelion Global of Santa Rosa Beach, Calif.
Other than saying the purchase would involve cash and stocks that leave Saturday Night shareholders with a 12 percent stake in Perihelion Global, terms were not disclosed Wednesday.

Email response from geologist: What I gained from this is that he knows of phgi, and doesn't deny the claims (he CC'ed to CEO)
I have forwarded your request directly to Perihelion. At their request, I am forwarding all information requests on the Gold Project so that all information dissemination is directly through the Company.
I appreciate your interest in this project.

Hi Mr Yellich,
I am researching the validity of the claims provided in this press release from the above mentioned company:
http://biz.yahoo.com/pz/070104/111242.html
I cannot find the geological report supposedly stated in their website, and was just wondering if you can provide a link to any sort of documentation, or verify personally that you in fact did a geological report verifying the gold deposits in Patent Claim #5797.
As is typically the issue with pink sheet companies, press release statements can be complete fabrications, but having stumbled across this company and the claims, there does appear to be validity, and I can't help digging further and see if this is a great opportunity that is overlooked just because of the market it trades in.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
Sincerely,
I believe this is a totally legit company on an exchange assumed to be pretty much 100% illegitimate. This WILL sink in soon - unless a professional, and a city are all 'in on it'....
Further confirmation in my mind, email reply below from the geologist - this also confirms this is no SLJB - he would clearly say he has no knowledge of the company if that was the case. Basically a professional with what I assume had no prior connection to the company confirms what the company claims through PR (he also CC'd to John):
(note in my original email I have since found the geological report that I enquired about through PQL's website...thanx)

Yes agree - audited financials don't prove a thing at this point - I want to see them start filing correctly, reporting insider holdings etc etc...try to quickly conform to OTC so all this news isn't wasted like so many other pink sheets!

The likes of sljb and cshd have really destroyed credibility for all pink sheets, but obviously this one is trying all it can to 'prove' its claims. Keep a close eye on this one as more and more people start discovering it!
More and more I review, the more and more I'm a believer that this is legit (after cshd, sljb, I think everyone believes pinks to be FOS).
This one is different though. You can verify information third party. Find the actual geologist report for the mine by a professional confirmed through his school:
http://www.geology.wmich.edu/People/geo_advisory.htm
You can also confirm the bio-fuel deal through the city website itself:
http://www.cityofopp.com/
The only thing I haven't done is actually confirm that they own the Gold Mine, and I know I can call the records office as suggested in interview. The fact that the deal seems to be listed in the Salt Lake Tribune though would be enough for me (can't dig it on archive, but found this headline here that links to it - Tribune itself also came up through google:

That also confirms that this was a 'deal' in the making as it was back in September.
So while I haven't exhausted all DD, I have seen enough to be convinced this may actually be a real deal pink sheet. Cautiously optimistic.
The big question though is since everyone thinks basically all pink sheet companies are FOS, what can this company do beyond what its already done to prove validity???
