Dude,
"Nothing has been stated about USEI and ERB* since the fiasco"
That's because nothing is there. ERBB stated, on their Twitter page, that details of the relationship with USEI will be announced when and if the relationship is consummated.
Thus they clearly stated there are no available details, of the relationship, because presently there is no relationship.
Dude,
Is this company for real? It seems very strange that the stock is so so low, when ADCS supposedly has deals and contracts...and hence revenue.
Something is not making sense here. The ADCS cheerleaders point to the GreenHouse contracts as proof that GreenStar has business. However, these GreenHouse contracts are not part of the GreenStar joint venture.
Also, if you read the SING press releases carefully, they do not reference GreenStar. The press releases talk about the efforts of SING and not of the GreenStar joint venture.
It does not appear the GreenStar Payments joint venture has any business, nor does it appear close to signing any contracts.
Dude,
"Ask - Do yourself and everyone else and just get yourself out of USEI. I have to assume you have a lot better things to do than tell all of use what we are doing wrong.
I have spoken to Tony in the past week and he is very busy dealing with the details of building this business. The fact that you do not believe this is irrelevant.
USEI will be a player in this industry.
My opinion only, "
Is this message board the exclusive domain of USEI supporters and pumpers? I thought this board had the mandate to promote the free exchange of information, both positive and negative.
You obviously have the inroads to the USEI management. Perhaps, you can explain the Singular 96 fiasco....in which USEI management confirmed the existence of a $150 million deal and then just disappeared....only to reemerge, a year later, in the cannabis sector.
Dude,
"Chris Mills has over a hundred accounts with GreenHouse Payment Solutions"
Yes, but GreenHouse is different from GreenStar.
The joint venture formed GreenStar payments. How many accounts does GreenStar have?
Dude,
"There are red flags everywhere about USEI and all investors need to stay as far away from this stock as possible."
I agree. Management is pulling their disappearing act again. I have a feeling we have heard the last of management until they come back with a new business model in a year or two.
I did think management had on more big pump, before the final dump and disappearing act. But, it appears that I was wrong. It seems they have run out of 'promises' to sell and it is clear, they are not executing on any business.
I find it amazing that Colorado is reporting massive tax revenue from mj and companies are reaping in massive profits...in Washington, business was booming immediately when the State opened up....but USEI has nothing going on....nothing.
Dude,
"Pay attention and will find out they do have contracts... Go ADCS!!!"
If they had contracts, I am sure we would have heard about them by now. There is no value in hiding the existence of contracts.
As stock holders themselves, management would release information that would be beneficial to the stock price.
I am still at a loss. Are there red flags? It seems as if dispensaries would be running to ADCS and GreenStar Payments, but the opposite is happening...they are staying away. Why?
Dude,
"USEI bread and butter = Washington"
USEI has no products for Washington and has no license to operate in Washington.
So how is this their bread and butter? Washington is open for business, but USEI has nothing to sell.
Dude,
"No sir. Time for you to eat your words....lol You are simply wrong about what will happen and you will see."
Really? How will I eat my words. You do realize USEI is down 98% from the 0.02 high and down 78% in the past few months.
You do realize that USEI admitted failure in Colorado and USEI does not have any licenses to operate in Washington.
Please tell us....how does USEI plan to make money?
Dude,
With all the dispensaries dealing in cash, why hasn't ADCS, or GreenStar, been able to secure a single contract?
Why hasn't dispensaries in Colorado signed up for the cashless payment systems?
If they are one of a few companies offering these products and these products are needed....then why hasn't been any business?
Am I missing something here?
Dude,
"It is time..."
Time for what? Time for USEI to get products to the marketplace....I totally agree with that.
If you are counting down to the opening up of Washington, then you are wasting your time with USEI. This company has NO products in the Washington marketplace, so they will make NO money.
Sometimes folks do not seem to understand that USEI will not profit from Washington because they have NO products in Washington.
The entire country can open up and USEI will still not benefit, because they have NO products to sell.
Dude,
"bought more. news soon. lots going on."
Enlighten us...what news soon and what is going on?
So far, I have been reading about all the USEI failures. They have no products to sell in Colorado and Washington. So where is the positive news?
Dude,
" SinglePoint's web presence as the company continues to expand in the mobile marketing and mobile payments industry. "
This is not positive for ADCS. This means Singlepoint is on the move...not ADCS and not Green Star payments
Dude,
"Good volume for being this early. Slapping the ask price. Looks to be eating those shares up. Could see a retest of the old highs again. This news could make this possible."
Are you for real? ADCS stock price is unchanged. That means it has not moved. The shares are not being 'eaten up'
Dude,
"12:00pst today, starts legal mj sales "
Thanks for this information, but this has no relevance here. USEI has no products to sell.
So how will this benefit USEI? Let me answer this question, it won't.
Dude,
"USEI if you did some DD you would know what I know. Washington edibles didn't go as planned. That doesn't mean its not happening. Gives USEI to create a better product. Lots of catalysts in the works here folks"
This is my point, nothing it going as 'planned'. Colorado didnt go as planned...and nothing is happening in that State. Washington is not going as planned...and nothing is happening there.
Except for selling some cheap vape pens, of which USEI is refusing to release sales data, nothing is going on with this company.
I did my DD...and found out the obvious, nothing is happening. Furthermore, management's actions are the same as last year when they pulled off the Singular 96 scam.
I predict you will never hear from management again on the cannabis initiatives. They will disappear, just like last year.
Dude,
"I am very confident that we will hear excellent updates in the next days.. We had an excellent trading day and nice buys at the end.. Somebody knows something here!!!
"
The stock has been in the same trading range for a long time. The stock has not moved. There was no massive buying into the close.
Dude,
"I just spoke with Tony. Get ready folks."
Get ready for what? The stock is in the toilet. USEI has no products in the marketplace.
Those vape pen sales are a mystery and no sales data is provided.
At most, he made more promises that will be broken.
Dude,
"Call the company and ask? Tweet them? Email Tony? I'm not doing DD for you."
I am not asking you to do DD for me. The answers are obvious, yet you seem to ignore the reality.
All shareholders have been conned again. Stocks do not slide 98% over a short period of time for no reason.
The pump happened, and now USEI is going through an extended dump.
Everyday, the faithful preach how USEI is a screaming buy while urging everyone to load up quickly. Smart money, and likely insiders, cashed out....hence the steep slide.
Dude,
"If ADCS gets a one contract, this will be in the trading range of,.05 to 10 cents in as little as 3 to 4 months"
If any company get a contract, or two, the stock price is likely to rise. The big 'IF' is whether ADCS will get a contract...so far, this does not look likely.
Dude,
"Things about to heat up...."
Things are already hold. A massive slide of 98% from the 0.02 high, generates lots of heat...don't you agree?
Hey, what's the status on the dispensary...you know, the once at which the USEI CEO claimed had the approval of the Colorado state government? Is it open for business yet?
Dude,
"Don't like to see that bid of 29"
Don't worry, you wont be seeing this bid for very long. Soon, the bid will be 19, then 9...all the way back to 0.0001
Face it.....shareholders were conned, once again, by slick PRs, empty promises and a charismatic CEO. Don't feel bad, many people got suckered by the Singular 96 bag of lies too
Dude,
"Gltu let's move this puppy"
The only thing that will move this puppy is an actual plan by management. They have no plans.
Hey, what's the status of the 25 product edible lineup, prepared by 3 bakers? The products are not for sale in Colorado...not for sale in Washington...so what's the deal on them?
Dude,
"A ton of selling today, oversold !"
The stock is down 98% from the 0.02 high. There has been a ton of selling since February. I guess, by your definition, USEI has been oversold for months now.
The selling will continue because this company has no products....nothing...zilch.....nada....no revenue, no methods to generate revenue, no plans to generate revenue
This is looking like Singular 96 part II.....management hyped something.... drove up the stock price..... when management was exposed as a bunch of frauds, the stock crashed...then management disappeared.
Dude,
"Stockholders: We are very much a part of the lynchpin in this. We own interest in a company we embrace in the hope that we may become as a spoke in a larger wheel attempting to roll into the future of hemp."
You own interest in a company who has a former leader in jail for fraud.
You own interest in a company who has a present leader which pumped a 'revolutionary' biofuel, confirmed production and delivery on a $150m contract and then disappeared. This contract seemingly disappeared as well.
You own interest in a company that promised audited financials months ago, but has delivered nothing.
You own interest in a company that has no product or service to sell in this growing industry.
What does USEI have? Nothing.
Dude,
"Volume is low and meaningless. I think most are in a waiting state just like myself. Better get in while you can... :)"
Get in? Folks were saying this same nonsense amid the massive 98% slide from 0.02. Everyday is a sale day.....tomorrow, the sale will be even better. USEI is going back to 0.0001.
This company has no products to sell. Those vape pen sales are a mystery as there is no sales data. The supposed 25 product edible lineup is a mystery as none of these products are in the marketplace.
Dude,
"Pathetic that we know nothing about anything."
That's because there is nothing. USEI has no business in Washington and they did nothing in Colorado.
Management pumped the stock, cashed out...and is now gone. Next year, they will reemerge in another 'hot' industry.
Dude,
"no comment, let's see what happens this week. expecting good things... :)"
Well, USEI is starting the week down 10%. I guess you are alone in expecting good news....it appears everyone else is getting out.
Dude,
"ADCS. MM's are funny. Manipulating numbers left and right...LOL
MM's sesperation is all over level 2
ADCS penny land is imminent. Even a rookie traders should see the BS that MM's are pulling. GO ADCS...$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$"
Yeah, the MMs are keeping this down...it's all part of their grand conspiracy. Dude, you are not making any sense.
Dude,
"I can think of several "huge" news items that could come out this week. And no, I don't see them as wishful thinking. Only a couple more days, GLTA."
Please enlighten us.....what huge news items? Washington is now open for business and USEI stock is down. They have no products in Washington... they have not announced a plan to get products to the marketplace.... they don't, nor have they filed, for licences to operate in Washington.....nothing is going on in Washington.
Dude,
"$ADCS: Why GreenStar? GreenStar Payment Solutions has relationships that allow us to customize solutions for both unique and traditional businesses. We currently provide solutions to more than 100 legal dispensaries."
If this is the case, then why is there no revenue?
Dude,
When will ADCS start generating actual revenue?
Any ideas?
Dude,
"If we get good news along with Washington legalization in the same week, I see a mighty quick jump to a penny and then we will see how far it goes from there. A tiny bump to .006 is meaningless to this guy - I am betting on USEI as well. GLTA, this week the fireworks begins."
What do you consider 'good' news? USEI stock has plunged 98% from the 0.02 high and is down 70% in the past three months. This is absolutely terrible!
What good news could USEI possibly announce this week? They do not have the license nor the permits to sell edibles in that State. They have failed in Colorado. They have 'promised' just about everything already, and can't possible promise anything else.
Hoping for good news is wishful thinking....and just is not going to happen this week.
Dude,
Thanks for your reply.
Is ADCS receiving revenue from Greenstar Payments? Aren't these machines presently being used by dispensaries?
Dudes,
Where is USEI going? Aside from pumping out press releases, what is the plan?
Colorado has been open for business, but USEI has done nothing. Washington is opening up, but USEI doesn't seem to have any plan.
So, what's next for this company...how are they planning to generate revenue?
They are selling or have sold vape pens, but sales data is being withheld. Why?
Dude,
"ADCS is a company doing something no other company is doing in a emerging market. In other words, no competition"
Then why is the market cap and stock price so so low? What is keeping money from flowing into this stock?
Dude,
"Same here..I had concluded that this was just BS to string people along a while ago after the Colorado debacle but rationally I don't see why they just wouldn't go through with it. Unless Tony just has no intention of ever being a legit businessman and would rather lie his way through life. Regardless of the stock aspect of it why not just make the edibles. Its not revolutionary biofuel nonsense and there is a legit market for it."
Which is more lucrative and easier....being issued millions of share, as the CEO of a company, then pumping that stock and cashing out at the high.... or going through the daily grind of building a successful company.
Imagine you had the ability, through issuing press releases and lies, to manipulate the price of a stock. You had the ability to control when a stock will rise and know when it will fall.... you would make boat loads of money, very easily.
If you could do this, why even work to actually try to build a company?
Dude,
"ask, is all seriousness what are these companies in Colorado you are referring to? Residency in Colorado is a requirement ( I believe two years) to grow or sell marijuana to help organized crime from moving in and taking over the market. My issue and a reason I sold a lot of shares was I still cant figure out why selling edibles in Colorado was hyped up if it was not possible, Was the law too ambiguous at that point or just an effort to get the pps up and at the same time give them an excuse as to why it failed."
Dude,
This residency smoke screen is just an excuse to explain why nothing has happened.
1) USEI posted pictures of their Colorado kitchen and pictures of the type of edibles that will be produced for the Colorado market. USEI would have had to known the necessary State regulations and, in a press release, they announced the hiring of an expert Colorado based consulting firm to help in finding business opportunities. Thus, USEI and this expert consulting firm would have know any State regulations with regard to residency.
2) Assuming Colorado has a two year residency requirement, USEI could have partnered with an existing Colorado company who would actually sell the edibles. This type of arrangement is common in all types of business industries. The manufacturer of these vape pens is likely in China, does this Chinese company have a license to sell directly to US consumers.......no. But, they have arrangements with USA importers and companies who do have the license to conduct business in the USA, and who then actually sell the products to USA consumers. This type of business arrangement is very common.
Dude,
"S - Tony has retained a Washington State residency since 2005 which make investing in the industry MUCH easier. In Colorado that has been one of the biggest hurdles because anything anyone from out of state invests in has to be by a resident. Imagine what kind of ironclad agreements one would need to make to protect your investment if you had to go through a totally separate owner in the Colorado business."
On the surface, this argument seems logical. However, if you read carefully, this really does not make any sense.
1) Tony may have Washington residency, however USEI is a California registered company. So how does Tony's personal residency make things easier? Tony, is an employee of USEI and the thousands of shareholders are the 'owners' of this California registered company. 'Tony' is not investing in Washington, but USEI is investing in Washington.
2) Similar to point (1), as an employee of USEI, how does his personal residency make it harder to do business in Colorado. Many of the companies doing business in Colorado are publicly traded entities (with thousands of shareholders or 'owners') and are registered in a state other than Colorado. Yet, they do not have issues doing business in the State. If Colorado requires the corporate entity to have residency, USEI can easily file the paperwork to form and register a company in Colorado. Remember, Tony is an employee of USEI and not an owner, his personal residency has no relevance. If anything, the residency of the corporate entity, or the entity doing business matters.
Dude,
It doesn't concern you that the supposed USEI Chief Technology Officer and a Partner, does not mention any association with USEI on his LinkedIn profile?
Dude,
"This is the genuine "Real McCoy"
www.linkedin.com/pub/harrison-a-mccoy-iii/24/860/805"
USEI lists this person as a partner and the Chief Technology Officer. However, there is no mention of USEI on this person's LinkedIn profile. Isn't this a bit strange?
