Where is USEI going? Aside from pumping out press releases, what is the plan?

Colorado has been open for business, but USEI has done nothing. Washington is opening up, but USEI doesn't seem to have any plan.
So, what's next for this company...how are they planning to generate revenue?

They are selling or have sold vape pens, but sales data is being withheld. Why?
