I am not asking you to do DD for me. The answers are obvious, yet you seem to ignore the reality.

All shareholders have been conned again. Stocks do not slide 98% over a short period of time for no reason.

The pump happened, and now USEI is going through an extended dump.

Everyday, the faithful preach how USEI is a screaming buy while urging everyone to load up quickly. Smart money, and likely insiders, cashed out....hence the steep slide.
