"IF" the deliverable is as disruptive and impressive as they make it out to be...it wont likely be funded by conventional lenders or reputable VC firms using the existing NEAH umbrella. Existing shareholders won't share much of anything, unless they put up some more cash at a later date.
You bet your money on the come and lost it...but you can still stay at the table and bet again if you wish.
GLTY and JMO
Unrealized potential is worthless! NEAH has sold $80,000,000 worth of shares to investors and now has ZERO assets to show for any of it. FACT
It's not a 'product selling' video...just a video to sell shares based on 'hearsay potential'. If success was only about 'potential', all pinky stocks would succeed, instead of none of them ever reaching their potential LOL
You've been yelling "nonsense" for years...and obviously been wrong for years regarding NEAH.
GLTY and JMO
I can't imagine a conventional lender or investor (in their right mind) risking funds into the current share structure...whatever it is LOL. Current shareholders will need to be wiped off the books and given a fresh 'opportunity' to invest in the 'new company' right alongside the 'new lenders'.
Lot's more 'wishfool' thinking coming. Wash, rinse, repeat.
GLTY and JMO
"LRS hates them so much their CEO said they were going to build a farm of them in the city."
That would likely be done under a separate contract with the City of Chicago involved. Until you see a contract giving ECOS any profits on by-product sales from a 'city farm', I suggest you don't get too excited.
Every penny stock has 'potential', but if it were only about potential, every one would succeed instead of all of them failing (particularly the ones using toxic financing) . That's why they call it death spiral financing...it has killed every one that 'chose' to use it.
Who said anything about LRS hating ECOS LOL.
GLTY and JMO
"They are done evaluating."
That's ridiculous. Nothing was stated at the grand opening regarding whether this composting process can be accomplished at a profit in the city of Chicago. I believe that was stated as the purpose for the 3 month trial run. Other recycling companies (outside Chicago) may also be looking for some answers to that same question before they buy a $700,000 machine IMO.
Everyone already knew the machines and tech worked in KOREA.
LOL...Neah filed a form 15 to de-register with the SEC? They cannot get approval from the Fed for anything unless they become current again and re-resister with the SEC. There might be a chance of a company update, but no R/S at the federal level.
This will be an easy one for the SEC to revoke!
GLTY
Update from the T/A 10/6/2017
Authorized: 25,000,000,000
Issued: 9,369,423,456
Restricted: 3,656,163,543
ECOS has dumped another 631,656,000 shares since Sept 15.
ECOS has dumped 6,120,500,000 shares since 12/30/2016
From the T/A - 12/30/2016:
Authorized: 10,000,000,000
Issued: 3,249,372,998
Restricted: 3,115,063,534
"verifying the share count gives more information on that."
And proves DG and myself are 100% correct LOL.
You do know about T/A numbers, right?
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=134650090
Yep ...you have to hand it to them, Sielgel and Fife are damn good at moving paper...5.5 billion shares in the first 8 months of 2017 LOL.
My guess is they've been asked for an explanation as to where the preferred shares came from that gave the 3 officers the 106 billion votes to do the A/S increase? (as was stated in the pre 14-c filed with the SEC)
"what government regulatory authority has contacted ECOS for any information or subpoenas??"
The SEC never publishes any of their communication letters for public viewing until after an inquiry docket is closed. Please don't try to re-direct my statements? All I said was they are under the watchful eye of the SEC and FINRA, which they obviously are.
"Know about the restatement, that they haven't ever made a nickle yet with the "news" on 9/13 and 10/3 you would think it would at least start in the other direction."
Jabez Advisory... nothing ECOS is currently doing with LRS under the ECOS/BIO-art JV agreements will be generating any near term cash flow directly into ECOS. All machine and by-product sales go through the private JV, and the net profits, if any, are to be allocated by the JV at the end of each fiscal year as follows:
Net profits from Machine sales ----50% LRS, 50% ECOS
Net profits from by-product sales...60% LRS, 40% ECOS
ECOS will have no near term cash flow unless there are net profits to allocate from the JV at the end of 2017, or unless they sell more machines before the end of 2017 to other customers. The JV is a private company and does not file finacial reports with the SEC.

Yeah me too...still wondering when the truth someone 'feels' or 'guesses' regarding the LRS warrants became more authoritative than the truth that is actually, well...true?
GLTY and JMO
"So you counter a professional opinion with your opinion even? Jeeze"
The FACT that he typed M instead of B was obviously a human mistake, not an opinion of mine.
Thanks for the professional opinion DG, but I think you meant 'billions' not millions lol.
“One of the saddest lessons of history is this: If we’ve been bamboozled long enough, we tend to reject any evidence of the bamboozle. We’re no longer interested in finding out the truth. The bamboozle has captured us. It is simply too painful to acknowledge,,,even to ourselves...that we’ve been so credulous.” — Carl Sagan
"You were mentioning to me that i have source-less facts and made my own kool-aid up"
Sorry I have never used the words kool-aid ever...stop making things up?? I did mention 'useless' facts, not source-less facts, which is still my opinion.
GLTY
They refused to process (blocked) the 1 for 2000 R/S until ECOS agreed to stop dealing with Asher and whose notes were then taken out by Fife... that dispute lasted 8 months from when the NV SOS approved the Split in June to when FINRA finally processed it in Feb 2015.
Do you want the details on the attorney that handled the case?
What was the point of your post other than to attack me?
"Cool a PR that stated EVERYTHING in the 8k... we still aren't current.... surprise."
Yep, they've been a delinquent SEC filer for 3 years this month, after being blocked by the SEC and FINRA from doing a corporate action (R/S), and some here don't seem to feel they might be under the watchful eye of the regulators? LOLOL.
And what was the date again when Neah was to put up their 20% of the voucher value so the lab could get it started?????
LOL
Sorry, I should have said 'failed pump' LOL. Fife appears desperate to unload some paper for some reason?
GLTY and JMO
Looks like we may have the likely source for the mystery WSW pump of ECOS last week?

"actually you are incorrect sir, SEC publishes all public information regarding investigations and or relevant information for shareholders in the event of a SEC investigation."
Wrong....only after an 'inquiry' is satisfied and the docket closed do they publish their initial inquiries to the public. An inquiry is not the same as an actual investigation as you refer to. The SEC only start 'investigations' when the questions in the communication letters are ignored, or not not satisfactorily answered.
"i still didn't get any info from your about this."
What government regulatory authority do you think ECOS is delinquent with, and desperately trying to become compliant with? LOLOLOL
"i'll take it as you didn't call them..."
Of course not, and I told you why? Fridays trading had nothing at all to do with ECOS as a long term investment opportunity, the MM info is only of interest to people looking to go long for just a short period of time hoping to catch a 'run'. Just like the last 9 months. Research of limited usefulness IMO?
Reminder... Share price .0001 - .0002.
All JMO.
"i am confused."
Obviously!
"are you talking about all those 90 block shares that were covered by short sellers on Friday at the end of the month?"
No! Why bother with that nonsense?
ECOS remains under the watchful eye of the SEC and FINRA. Social media OPINIONS regarding the short term trading activity of the stock are irrelevant to long term investors, except for how certain trading activities might affect SEC and FINRA decisions.
GLTY and JMO
Why bother? the board already has your personal interpretation of the numbers...I can't erase that?
Isn't that just your OPINION?
"lolzzz"
I agree!
ECOS update... I got CEO Siegel booted from posting on the ECOS forum and he was 'demoted' from CEO in March. He's obviously still writing the ECOS BS behind the curtain...but his inability to construct comprehensible sentences using proper grammar, spelling and punctuation give him away LOL.
Thanks for the reminder

They only send reports out to those that have clicked on all the pictures containing bananas...it's really not their fault.
GLTY
Yep...hard to trust someone who can't even cut and paste the company name right LOLOLOL. MS must be doing that himself.
Looks like the Wallstreetwhispers twitter site hasn't been around very long ?.
https://mobile.twitter.com/Stock_Whispers
If you read the disclaimer here on that blog site:
https://wallstreetwhispers.blogspot.com/2017/09/americas-most-undervalued-stock.html?m=1
And compare it to this one;
http://darthtraderstocks.blogspot.com/2017/09/americas-most-undervalued-stocks-1.html?m=1
You have your answer!!! Looks like they set up a new 'rumor' division of Darthtraderstocks Lol.
GLTA and JMO
No Ribotsky...but they have dumped 5.5 billion shares, with Fife's help, since Jan 1 LOL.
Thanks Sam!!
