"IF" the deliverable is as disruptive and impressive as they make it out to be...it wont likely be funded by conventional lenders or reputable VC firms using the existing NEAH umbrella. Existing shareholders won't share much of anything, unless they put up some more cash at a later date.

You bet your money on the come and lost it...but you can still stay at the table and bet again if you wish.
