Thanks Mike, will do, It is difficult to come up with ideas on what
they are doing as to me they seem to have the bases covered..
They are year by year up. There are more than one pipeline
of revs in the works or working at the moment.
They have a CEO who is active in his commitment to this firm and the shareholders..
I can not get there at all and can not commit to the call, due to the nature of the water and what I do.. I can sit for a day or be so busy that the log book seems to be a task.. I was hoping to be able to hit the windy city. but will not be back in time.. missing it by a day..
but for sure I will someday make time to be where the action is..
I think anyone on this board or any other board who can even if they have to haul there family on a 8 hour road trip should attend..
How the heck can we as investors offer suggestions and critic reviews
if we as a whole do not respond to an open invite to sit down with our CEO???

I have set aside Wednesday, April 20, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., to invite our shareholders to come to an informal meeting at our offices, at 4401 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90010, 2nd fl., for a “brainstorming” session.
I am on the boat during the time of this meeting and have no way to get to land to be able to catch a flight to this meeting.. But???
Just how many of you have who are within lets say a 6-8 hour drive..
Going to make it?? This is the chance of a lifetime imho to be able to sit down in a head to head and discuss the direction and future of
a multi national company that is in the early stages.. I have seen all kinds of thoughts and ideas here on the board. But I am wondering if
Anyone is going??? AnyONE???
Just off the top of you head how strong is FlotecTM syntactic foam?
I am really hoping to get a good feel for that..
Someone plz send this link to ed. If he can understand the value of what he has this is the play of the month...

"But why does GE get this benefit? Simple: its finance arm, GE Capital, lost a lot of money during the financial meltdown (roughly $30 billion) and it's still carrying those losses forward and deducting them from current income. As GE spokesman Gary Sheffer wrote in his response to the Times story: "Without these financial crisis losses at GE Capital, GE's tax rate would have been near the average of other multinational corporations." He added, "In short, when you lose money, you don't pay taxes."

Been quite the week here I see..
I have been with this for some time now and even have a good relationship via email with our CEO, hence the email that I was able to get from him confirming the research and development of the nano tester.. But beyond that I have spent countless hours in research and filings and reading charts etc. Just solid DD.. So when I see a run up and retraction,, I kind of smile to myself because I know that the future here is solid,, The tech is there. the people are in place.
There is just one Key that is on the edge that when JB is able to pick up that Key, and yes he is reaching everyday for it.. the puzzle is put together and for those who need a picture well it will be there for them. of course the stock will be trading much higher than it is now and they will be willing to buy it thinking whow what a great deal to get into this outstanding company for only a couple of bucks. LOL..
and you, and I will be thinking whow sure am glad we took the time to really dig deep in the early stages.. have fun.
Pilot
Questions-
After the weekend of reading of the filings if anyone wants to change any questions of the such feel free.
I am kinda out of pocket for a bit this weekend and until late Thursday Next week. But Friday I will be there with this list in hand... Thanks Spec for updating and keeping it real..
1)What are you Ron, going to do, to give back (what has been lost due to an unfortunate chain of events in the industry) to once again create a company (that withstood those times) that will continue to flourish, strengthen and most of all create value for its shareholders?
2)What is the strategy going forward to generate growth in shareholder value?
3) The stated strategy of growth via aggressive acquisition hit a big snag when the financial collapse and project delays caused cash flows to decrease to where DDI was unable to meet financial obligations (covenants). Is that still the plan or has there been a change in priorities?
4)With many countries adopting stricter "local content" regs on labor, what are the primary international opportunities that DDI is focused on? Are there any plans to form or acquire foreign subsidiaries?
Ask if you can take some photos of the flying lead fabrication areas on the East end of the shop (visible in Google Earth but dated) and the CNC plasma cutter in operation
Ask if you can meet a couple of the engineers and get a generalized comment from them on what type of design work they do.
Ask if you can whack one of the riser buoyancy modules with a 2 by 4 (hillbilly FAT) and watch for the expression on their face, that should give a subjective measure of confidence in their durability
5)What's up with
5A)-the AGR subsea working relationship with Mako
5B)-Marchelo Lardosa in Brasil
5C)-Des Hatfield in Aberdeen
5D)-AmnorTech & mil/gov contracts
5E)-Delba IV (Delba III is just starting sea trials off of Abu Dhabi and should be heading to BR shortly)
6)What role is the insulation material from Cuming going to play going forward?
7)Generally what areas of IP/technology/facilities are they looking to share or integrate in the JV?
8)Is the company willing to become more open in its reports, detailing the flotation "acquisition," company operations, revenues, and costs by division?
9)Is the company willing to remove the By-laws and Amendments that forced shareholders (other than the Channelview holders) into an impotent position?
10)Is the company willing to hold a shareholders meeting via Internet?
11)What ever happened to the Proteus system? Have any beyond the original two been built?

OK use the question sheet please!!!!! I will miss your questions just cut and paste.. Please!!!!!!
Yeppers Figure i am getting close to a set of questions.. but the
concerns and questions that are on the mind of people I figure I have
enough savvy to work it into a conversation without upsetting ron...
And if I do we can duke it out in the parking lot one salt to another.. LOL yeah I have spent my whole life on the water both blue and brown.. have crossed some date lines in the process. So head to head with another salt is no prob.. we respect each other so that helps a lot.. but I really understand your point and am looking for
a confirm of speculation that I have along with others here that have come up in last year or so.. So the best way i think is to get together and ask away.. I Think we are sitting on the edge of a serious turn around and hope to find a little more info on sight..
As for being from CView I am not. I make it a point to go through that area as much as I can.. As a matter of fact I am heartland usa so this is not cheep ticket either.. heck just the taxes on the rental car is over eighty bucks.. Sigh but to me well worth the effort. But what i am looking for is those who have said in the past year that they are from Houston area.. I would love to meet them also..
Yep should be anyway research this company down to the bone..
I am putting up a link that has a hint in it..
see if you can find it...

Hey old man kinda looking around for some legit fish farm otcbb firms
drop me a note if you see any will you..
Thanks

Nat really can't advise you on how to play a stock at all..
There are those that you just have to walk away from..
depends on how well other plays are going.. I know some take it for
a tax loss etc. but you have to talk to a pro..
I have a goodly amount of shares also but as have said they are my shares to the grave and unless the good lord has other plans I figure
I will outlive ol ED.. So he can't have mine.. this movie deal was all public and gun ho then we put our speculation out and it went all underground no info no more scott. no more AJ or D or other big name actors.. Just shut down. Was that due to this speculation.. Did it come out to soon and we messed on there plans.. ?? I don't know.. I think I was right on track with it.. but now I just don't know..
But I stand by it..
good luck on what ever you choose to do...

Question-
1)
What are your intentions as the CEO of deep down, to begin giving back to all the loyal shareholders that have stuck by your side throughout the years. (FIGURE I CAN WORD THAT SO
IT DOES TICK HIM OFF TO MUCH.)( But I feel you there imho could be something that they
could work into the plan as they go forward as a % based on the term of length one has held the
stock?? hummm just a thought...)

Cut and past the rest onto this one..
Question-
1) What are your intentions as the CEO of deep down, to begin giving back to all the loyal shareholders that have stuck by your side throughout the years.?
2)?
Did you pick up on the concept or guess that the mmr pro will finance operations in the CC ??? Or was i hearing it different??
might of been but may be worth a re listen...
If indeed Bob feels that when it goes fully on line with the MMR Pro
system that he has enough leads, to finance his firm...
Then I am guessing some number bean counters here on the board could
figure out the sales he is projecting..
ie take cost of operations and price of the system divide it up
and you can get a concept of what he thinks his sales are going to be...
hummm And that is only one aspect of this firm..
oh and found this...

if not then I figure I will sit down with Ron and do the best I can...
Not fair that you can not eat at your fave place for sure..
but I really think the science is closer to you than we all think..
Dr. Spock would be proud imho...

This is deeper than meets the eye.. hence the reason I have been buying
and holding for a very long time...
Let it I have plenty of powder,,
Hey Rain and Bank glad to see you all come and visit this one..
Yes and Yes.. to a lot of questions you got.. I think you both are savvy enough to see this as a unique stock with a product that is
in the right place at the right time.. but I know I don't have to lead you all to the answers your looking for because you both are some of the best DD research persons I know of..
Enjoy
EZ you know and I know it is not a gamble on the pharma side of things but that can be debated till the cow jumps over the moon.. this science
is there and new developments in different fields can open up the drug to work. and yes they know about it.. But I for one will not pass on what I know to anyone because it took me over 3 months of research to find a lil key that I passed onto the company,.. If they choose to do something with it then I walk away along with holders here a mega power ball winner..
Anyway the reason I dropped in is after reading the last filing it looks like a 3 step up 2 step back and slow progress.. But progress non the less.. I do not see any negative impact quite to opposite
I see strong growth quarter over quarter.. I see relationships that are working through the process of long term planning for all firms involved.. I see us sitting on a very powerful stock that can blow the socks off traders if they are caught with flipped out position..
I see by the trading that there is a very good chance that there is a house or houses that are doing all they can to grab cheep shares when they can.. I see relationships being forged that are solid and long lasting.. I also see the pps going down and down and am grabbing as I can.. like some other plays I have I will be happy when they shoot up like one I am in that is up over 75% as I type this.. backtrack my post you can see it has been in the same distress
as this one and now well darn it .. snoopy is dancing on the piano today on that one.. and I know snoopy will be dancing on this one soon enough.. Like I told you some time ago I held vrml for over 520 days through a bk and out of bk because I follow the science..
I don't know how to put it more blunt.. I hold mmrf due to the science.. all else will fall into place in due time..
OOh look at all the post today and the pps follows my theory..
Anyway.. stumbled on this..
Thoughts???

Yeppers the WSJournal. Now the question is, is this a viable product or med.. if yes then you have a vrml if not then your sitting on a lot of useless stock.. put on your thinking caps QBoard just don't grab and flip.. But really dig and share your info and science we may be sitting on a thirty buck stock trading at less then a buck.. Now I am not in it right now and doubt I will get in for some time if at all
but as I like some folks here on this board figured I would pass it along.. work together and you all may walk away wiser.. good luck

What I see is you trying with all your might to get the price per share of this company down as far as you can get it with
(de·cep·tive/di'septiv/
Adjective: Giving an appearance or impression different from the true one; misleading.) post..
So you and the firm you work for can purchase it at a discount...
Sic I tell you Sic.....you forget one thing man this is just a message board. Those who are investing in this firm don't have a clue to what I Hub is they have there broker or money manager
invest in it and then forgot about it..
