Enough with the back and forth my friend. This isn't the venue for that. Just a bit tired of reading the comments day in and day out. Have a good one.
My reason(s) for putting my hard earned money into this stock is my own business. My mortgage gets paid and I am not on welfare, so no affect to you and yours.
Well good for you. Can you please go find some other helpless souls to rescue. Seriously tired of reading your extremely nonconstructive comments. Bring something substantial to the conversation or go kick a rusty can down the road.
Well, belay my last. We'll all get together and submit you for a humanitarian award then.
There's a questioning attitude...and there is blatant bashing! You obviously don't know the difference.
Here's two points for you di#%*&@d:
1. If you owned shares in this company and your are down, how does saying the things you're saying aid you in getting your money back? If you aren't down, then you obviously aren't interested in making profits.
2. If you do own shares, why not sell if you are so disappointed in this company and its management strategy.
Any idea or comment on dilution at this point is pure speculation. If you like the potential here, all you can do is dig in.
Thanks for that. I've gained a little more clarity with your post. A mare oversight on my part. All the DD I have is making sense now. Cheers.
Admittedly, the situation with Vicareo is very confusing. You look at one document, it says iSEE did a patent assignment with BRK Inc, then you look at another document and it says they did the same with Vicareo. Makes no sense to me.
This thing is going nowhere unless people have a reason to come off the ask.
Folks, I believe Daniel is hedging big on that payday from iSEE. He knows that all the dilution has longs in a frenzy and increasing speculation, but as long as he can follow thru with the share buyback, it will give him more time to try to get things to play out. Question is how long he can keep this going without that payday. The hole continues to get deeper and deeper. (If) it gets too deep and he can't collect (for some reason), a RS is definitely in the cards...and he knows if that happens, BRKK will be in a coma for a very long time and what credibility he has is shot.
I don't believe getting current will do anything substantial for BRKK...unless he follows up the financials with something substantive.
We NEED a merger with or a substantial stake in a company that can put out a product. How can we get a major league deal when we don't have a brick and mortar to deliver a product. That intellectual property has to be converted to something tangible to sell!
Been in this thing since >.02 and continuing to track. Just my thoughts...

BRKK - Connecting the Dots
Allow me to connect the dots between $BRKK and several different companies.
In 2016 XG Technologies struck a deal with iSEE Automation to partner on the iSEE helmet camera technology...
https://www.xgtechnology.com/?s=isee
Clearly there is the direct connection between iSEE and XG Technology.
Feel free to browse the latest 10-Q for XG Technology to establish that XG Technology is the parent company of IMT and Vislink...
http://www.xgtechnology.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/tv499940_xG-Technology-Inc_10-Q-as-filed.pdf
Obviously there is a direct connection between IMT / Vislink and XG Technology.
Now let us look at the http://refcam.pro/ website. Scroll to the bottom of that web page ...
Quote:
Copyright © 2017 Vicareo Systems Inc. "Refcam", "ICE Cam", CatcherCam" are all registered trademarks, All rights reserved | powered by IMT
So Vicareo Systems is claiming to own the "ref cam" trademark on their website. Indeed Vicareo is still listed as the owner of the "ref cam" trademark according to a current USPTO TESS search of the "ref cam" trademark.
But let us check the whois domain lookup on the refcam.pro domain ...
https://whois.icann.org/en/lookup?name=refcam.pro
The contact of refcam.pro is still listed today as iSEE Automation.
Is that clear enough proof that Vicareo Systems and iSEE Automation is the same thing?
Now a friendly reminder that BRK Inc bought everything associated with "ref cam" in 2016 from iSEE Automation ...
http://brkincorporated.com/brk-inc-otcbb-brkk-completes-purchase-broadcast-helmet-camera-system-technology/
This is the reason BRK Inc filed a lawsuit against iSEE Automation in 2017. Because iSEE did not hand over the "ref cam" intellectual property that was rightfully purchased. This is the reason for the lawsuit that $BRKK won against iSEE earlier this year ...
https://www.pacermonitor.com/public/case/22982516/BRK,_Inc_v_iSee_Automation,_Inc
So now I have established a connection between BRK Inc and iSEE Automation and Vicareo Systems and IMT Vislink and XG Technology. I needed to do that before I show you new stuff.

Concur! I am doing the same as well. Yours and PB's optimism in this company's prospects has been much appreciated. Keep up the good work! Can't wait for things to play out in full. Cheers
Ditto. This idea is so simple, it's brilliant! Like ITK said, people just don't get it yet. They will in quick order because this guy is moving quickly to capitalize on this untapped resource.
Extremely smart business plan here!!! Think about the potential advertising revenue from EVERY pot company in the US and Canada. FB makes over $1B p/QTR in revenue from advertising. Twitter made almost $700M in 2019/Q1.
Their camera doesn't appear to provide live stream. That's the big deal with BRK Inc's.
Good sign that things are gradually moving in the right direction, but embedded statements like this shouldn't go overlooked--given that the plan for raising these funds hasn't been made known. I hope that info comes out soon...patiently waiting.

Clikia Secures Two Veteran A&P Mechanics to Spearhead General Aviation/Jet Maintenance Operations
Trego, WI, May 02, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NEWMEDIAWIRE -- Clikia Corp. (OTC PINK: CLKA) announced today that it has secured the services of two veteran airframe and powerplant (A&P) mechanics to develop and lead the company's planned general aviation/jet maintenance hub in Wisconsin.
"These two experienced A&P mechanics, both Cirrus-trained, will be the operational heartbeat, as it were, for our initial phase of business, as we establish our planned private jet charter service," said Dean Sukowatey, CLKA's recently installed CEO. "We have secured the services of two of the best A&P mechanics in the industry; they will begin full-time with our company when we have obtained an appropriate level of funding," added Mr. Sukowatey. Mr. Sukowatey added that the A&P mechanics also have extensive experience with most General Aviation Single and Light Twin piston aircraft and will be trained specifically for the Embraer Phenom 100 very light jet (VLJ), the preferred aircraft of the company.
Cirrus Training. The Cirrus factory training gives technicians the ability to do repairs and service that is in line with the approved procedures and repair specifications specific to the Cirrus aircraft. These functions include airframe and power plant repairs, including engine repairs, overhaul and replacement, composite repairs and parachute repacking, as well as Service Bulletin and Airworthy Directives. From 2001 through 2018, Cirrus Aircraft have earned an approximate 49% market share of single engine piston aircraft.
An A&P Mechanic. The job duties of an A&P mechanic vary from preventive aircraft maintenance to aircraft repairs. In addition, an A&P mechanic is charged with making routine inspections, documenting inspections and repairs, performing scheduled maintenance and running post-repair/maintenance tests. An A&P mechanic is responsible for knowing all FAA regulations relating to maintenance schedules, inspections and repairs made to aircraft.
About Clikia Corp.
Clikia Corp. recently adopted a new business plan that calls for it to establish a private jet charter operation, an aircraft maintenance business, an aircraft sales and brokerage operation and an online aircraft parts store based in Wisconsin.

Is this a situation where they will have to do a presentation for would-be investors and try to sell them on why they should invest in the company?
Another one bites the dust in pinky-stinky land!!! - E*TFM
$BRKK better pan out...SMDH!
Can they do a RS with the PPS at .0001?
In finance, a dead cat bounce is a small, brief recovery in the price of a declining stock.[1] Derived from the idea that "even a dead cat will bounce if it falls from a great height",[2] the phrase, which originated on Wall Street, is also popularly applied to any case where a subject experiences a brief resurgence during or following a severe decline.

No indication. Looks like MLB put it out just to gauge baseball faithful's reaction. Extremely positive reaction so far. At least we know they're dabbling with the concept...good news any way you slice it
Yeah, you should read some of 'em. Everyone loves the idea!

$OTTV. We are studying to perhaps do dividends specially for the longs in the near future. Thank you for the support.
Concur. Can't wait to see how it plays out.
Wonder if that funding agreement has any language in reference to the pending R/S. Could Chuck be waiting to drop the R/S Can-x after the initial financing at the end of the month? That would be crazy if Oasis didn't anticipate such a move. Would suck for them if they, like you said, had short intentions. That would be a pretty significant profit loss. Hard to believe that they wouldn't be able to see such an elementary tact-tic...
Preach it!!!
Where's everyone getting this 500/1 R/S from? I don't remember seeing that anywhere. If I remember correctly, one board member speculated that would be the ratio. Shouldn't we be waiting until this thing is officially announced?
Ditto. Thanks, you as well
Yeah, who knows what these guys are thinking when they make these decisions. Wait is all we can do. I lost big on ABWN, won't make the same mistake here.
Only way is if there truly is something 'cooking' behind the scenes. If he thinks this will help the co. any, then he must've been living in a bubble his whole professional career
