Wonder if that funding agreement has any language in reference to the pending R/S. Could Chuck be waiting to drop the R/S Can-x after the initial financing at the end of the month? That would be crazy if Oasis didn't anticipate such a move. Would suck for them if they, like you said, had short intentions. That would be a pretty significant profit loss.
