Yes, except I am no longer an INNV share holder. I bailed out for the tax write-off.
How can we substantiate these reverse shell merger rumors?
I would doubt Weis or his family would let OVIT and all its' share go bankrupt.
The shell is worth something.
Even if Weis or his family could create/patent a new protocol, it would bring OVIT back to life.
I would like to wait another couple of weeks before I buy back into OVIT. Does anyone have any advice about that?
Thank you.
I don't think Weis will be in charge of OVIT if it comes back. It sounds like a reverse merger into a new company with new leadership and new protocols is what's being speculated about here.
Ya sharkey1 is no shark at all, more of a well...you know. I guess losing money is ok with him? FYI, I don't wish bad on Dr.Weis, I hope best for him, but I see no issue with anyone trying to earning back some lost OVIT money. Why would he want to hang onto dormant OVIT forever anyway? Either crap or get off the toilet...
Ya, we might just be stuck to ride it out for better or worse. Personally, I never trusted Dr.Damaj and never liked his creepy mannerisms. I invested against my gut instinct on this one, due to the hype a couple years ago on the ANDA. I am still long, but averaging down is not always a good strategy with a shady company like this. Between OVIT and INNV, this sucks. I would have more confidence in INNV, if the gigantic-arse bonuses were not paid out and were invested back into the company. It could take another year or two for success, or maybe never, good luck to all.
It's dropping, because Damaj lost credibility with his past earnings and ANDA miss, but what really spooked everyone was...
The huge pay and bonuses that went to the BOD w/o INNV being profitable (apparently, a lot of that money came from warrants.)
Also, he sounded down on the CC and did not take retail investors questions.
Damaj probably wants to use the Amway pyramid scam to market...
Maybe, he just wanted his investment capital back, before INNV goes bankrupt?
10-12million in 2018 would have been a better forecast.
Sharkey1, I understand what you are saying, but if someone has already lost 25K+ and sold out...Getting back in and to try and recoup some losses is not being a vulture...
Was the volume today buys or sells?
Were these buys or sells?
Dear Dr.Damaj, don't even think about doing any sort of reverse split, until Innovus has been proven net profitable, for several consecutive quarters!!!
You should have not paid out such big bonuses and salaries to your cohorts, you should have reinvested that money, back into Innovus!
Your premature big salary and bonus pay could be the end on Innovus, we can't afford anymore of your mistakes, like issuing those 25million shares to Novalare and the counterfeit sensum gel in South Korea and the blundering of your original Fluticare ANDA!!!
You better get it together Dr.Damaj and you better sound more optimistic on the next the Q2 conference call!!!
If you were to r/s a money losing company up to the Nasdaq, the shorters and market makers, would just short you right back down to .10. You need to become net profitable first and maintain it for a while, well before uplisting to the Nasdaq for more investors! Don't be a geek, Damaj!!!
At the rate Innovus is going, just uplist from the lowest OTC level to the 2nd and 3rd/highest OTC level, to theand then uplist to the NYSE and witha couple of years of success and organic growth, then uplist to the Nasdaq, with or without a reverse split, but whatever you do, stop putting the cart before the horse!!!
Well, can you find out if Weis is still healthy and in charge of OVIT? Can you find out if a reverse merger or new protocols are going to be added to OVIT and if it's going to go back into business?
Dr.Weis is apparently still alive and this November, he will be 69...
Look at this link, apparently he's been making some tweets...some of them are suspect, check it out...
https://twitter.com/sa49nyika?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.crunchbase.com%2Fperson%2Falexander-l-weis
I've heard Dr.Weis is active on linked in. Does anyone want to try contacting him, to see what's up?
Have you ever thought of send Dr.Weis a bill for the 26K you lost on OVIT?
Was the majority of today's volume buys or sells? Since the share price went down, I'd say they were mostly alls sells. (I don't have level 2 access.)
Maybe the bio pharma world is menstruating?
The calm before the storm, before INNVs share price goes Ka-Boom in an upward trajectory, the likes of which we've never seen before, so forget about .65, more like 6.5 w/o an r/s...
Agreed, if OVIT came back to life it would be like Lazarus rising form the dead...
It would seem like, there has to be a reason why OVIT would only go dormant, rather than go out of business.
I know Dr.Weiss took OVIT dormant years ago and brought it back...
I know OVIT lost it's protocols/patents, but the OVIT business shell has to be worth something...
Dr.Weiss is probably near life end and his daughter and the majority institutional owners would probably have to do something with OVIT, at least one would think so....
With the two main choices seeming to be, either a reverse shell merger to a new company, or a bankruptcy...
A distant third possibility would probably be buying or developing new protocols and OVIT and OVITs daughter do not seem to have the time or the money for that...
I guess it's possible, that OVIT being dormant for so many years, was to bring the share price down, so much so, to the point where a new company who wants to go public and incorporate would be able to buy all of the shares/shell at an affordable price...
Batermere, do you still own shares of OVIT? If so, dang you are patient! I thought you would have sold, for the tax write-off. I sold my OVIT years ago, for a huge loss and tax write-off. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm tempted to buy more OVIT now, if it's still at the bottom and hope for a reverse shell merger. I'm no expert, but I can't imagine that Dr.Weiss and his daughter and the couple of major institutional investors would allow this to be worth zero forever...
I got a legal style, LPCN share holder letter in the mail explaining details of a lawsuit. I shredded the letter. I don't think I've lost enough in LPCN to warrant being part of the lawsuit, nor do I want to take anytime in trying to understand the legal mumbo-jumbo.
I would rather LPCN not be sued. I don't think that the TLando rejection is 100% LPCNs fault, in my opinion, most of the rejection is due to the FDA...
The FDA is clearly biased toward manly testosterone, because they are a gyno-centric organization and the on-going war against men.
(The FDA only approves medicine to convert a man into a woman...Tgenders are so popular!)
The laws and court system is skewed toward women. If you are a man and want into court with a penis and the woman has a vagina, the woman automatically wins. Women receive the house, kids, child-support, alimoney and vagina-money. Woman are taking over the world.
I want to hold my LPCN shares and average down and hope that next year, due to better testing and pressure, that TLando will receive approval.
CBD in Michigan. What do you guys think about this? Obviously Michigan is stupid and behind the times. CBD should be fully legal. I don't want to get a Medical Marijuana card...Maybe this dumb law will not pass? Maybe Michigan will make Marijuana legal? Do you guys think I should stock up on CDB from POTN now, before it's a crime, before I can't order and have it shipped to Michigan? Before POTN can't legally ship to Michigan?
http://www.woodtv.com/news/michigan/change-in-cbd-oil-regulations-concerns-users/1188896747
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — The state of Michigan is making changes for people who are used to buying CBD oil, a cannabis – or marijuana – derivative that does not get users high but is used by people to treat a variety of ailments.
The Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs has decided that people who buy or sell the oil must conform to the state's medical marijuana laws, a new policy causing concern and confusion.
CBD oil has been credited with treating a variety of problems from PTSD to joint aches and it has been getting growing acceptance for treating seizures in child when nothing else works.
Until just a few days ago, it could be purchased by anyone without having a medical marijuana card.
Amanda Brunzell is 34-year-old Navy veteran who uses CBD oil for PTSD, fibromyalgia and endometriosis.
"I have to be able to function to do my job, so I use CBD oil during the day," said Brunzell. "It's not (psychoactive) and it still give me the same benefits as actual THC."
She also wants to avoid the potential side effects of other painkillers that can be addictive.
"There's a lot of veterans who won't get their card because the state states that if you're a medicinal marijuana patient, you can't keep your weapons," Brunzell said. "It’s only hurting veterans."
David Overholt is a medical marijuana caretaker and advocate who is heading up a group working to bring dispensaries to Grand Rapids.
“You didn’t need a marijuana card, you didn’t have to jeopardize the loss of your income from your employer finding out, you didn’t have to lose your rights to bear a firearm," Overholt said. “If you have to now go and get a marijuana card just to get an oil that has no high in it, just healing abilities, I’m afraid that a lot or people will go back to narcotics rather than give up that right — to lose their gun.”
Michigan is alone in this requirement, as other states still sell CBD oil without a marijuana card.
“Now, a lot of the people that were wholesaling here are already packing their bags and moving out of state. Is that really what Michigan needs, more companies leaving?” Overholt said. “They are about to take a whole generation that are just becoming aware and alive of what some other alternative medicines are to narcotics and pills and just turn them into very angry people and I think the wrath will be shown in future elections to come.”
Overholt had two dogs, one with cancer and another with life-threatening seizures — he treated both with CBD oil.
“What I did was I went out some of this CBD oil from one of the local stores specially made for pets and there was no more high to her and we haven’t had a seizure since," he said.
The dog with cancer was supposed to have less than a month to live, that was six months ago.
"We’re kind of struggling now because now we’re not allowed to… I don’t know if I can be a caregiver for my dog," he said.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is poised to approve Epidiolex, a marijuana derivative that treats childhood epilepsy just like advocates claim the oil does.
“So, now that you have one product that you give a child once a day or twice a day that controls 99 percent of their seizures," Overholt said. “There’s nobody out there, I don’t care, who hates marijuana the most sees that transformation in that child and that family that has to take of that child, their heart grows like the Grinch.”
The new regulation can – and likely will – be challenged before an administrative law judge by a patient or seller. However, it could become a moot issue if a ballot proposal legalizing marijuana is passed in November.
Good point regarding the difference between the ask and bid price. I know of a dormant company that is possibly going to do a reverse shell merger so a new company can incorporate and go public for far less than the standard cost of 5millions dollars. The ticker symbol is OVIT. The bid is .015 and the ask is .035.
Interesting to note, more shares were bought here on Friday, 5/18/18, than on any other day in OVIT history within the past 2 or 3 years...
This could be a signal someone "in the know" wanted to scoop up shares before the reverse shell merger/big-bang to the PPS.
It's interesting to note, that the ask price is literally twice the bid price, which is sort of major taking into account the history of OVIT, but not totally unexpected based on this thinly traded, dormant company.
It could be time to buy OVIT!
It's interesting to see that someone spent approximately $4,000 grand on OVIT shares on Friday 5/18/18...
Over a long period of time, someone has been quietly buying shares of the business dormant OVIT, as to keep the asking price down and under the radar. (Notice how giant purchases have not been made, only small, incremental purchases have been made...)
Someone either in the know, Dr.Weiss' daughter, or an institutional investor, or a friend of them, or a potential business partner, or a high-risk or intelligent and very patient investor (possibly a retail investor) knows that a business deal is going to be made soon.
I don't know what's taking so long, or if this is true, but based on what others have stated, I'm almost 100% sure it will happen...
Why do you ask? Well, it's because Dr.Weiss is elderly, with apparent health concerns, and he and so many institutional investors owned so many shares, why would they want those shares, all the thousands of millions of dollars to be worthless?
They wouldn't they want to salvage back some lost money and if possible, make a profit yet!
Also, new companies that want to incorporate or go public, don't want to spend the typical 5million dollars to do so, they would look to buy a previously failed/dormant old, business shell to buy, for far below the 5millions dollars.
My guess, based on what others have said is that...
Dr.Weiss' physician daughter is in charge of OVIT, due to Dr.Weiss' health issues and that since OVIT lost all of its' protocols, but since there are still huge institutional investors...
That they along with his daughter will sell the business shell of OVIT to another company via a reverse merger...
This is so that company won't have to spend all 5 million dollars to incorporate and go public...
They new company can spend far less and will save money on buying OVITs business shell, to incorporate...
This will will result in OVIT getting new ownership a new name and it will most likely be a new research level biotech company with viable protocols and patents to develop...
This process should boost the share price up, quite a bit...
We former investor/owners of OVIT stock (if we still have our OVIT shares) will have them converted as new shares of the company...
How do you like all of my ... ?'s That'll learn ya!!!
She's getting better looking as the weight loss continues and she is single. Want me to hook you up Batermere? LOL.
INNV should be in a better position in Q2 and later this year like you said.
It's amazing to think how far INNV has come from just 4 years ago, when its' first two original products were only sensum and ejact-delay...
I've been invested in INNV for 2 years so far.
Congratulations on your retirement!
Excellent, I'm hanging in! (It's not over until the fat lady sings and she's on a diet and has already lost 16lbs.) FYI, the fat lady is my sister, lol.
A couple of thoughts for Innovus...
Lower all prices, to increase sales volume and profits would increase, due to the increased sales volume.
Sue the FDA to get the original Fluticare ANDA approved and if that is not an option, insist that the 25million shares that were issued to Novalare are sold back to INNV.
Take back all profits and bonuses paid to the BOD and use that money to market fluticare on store shelves, the radio and tv, as well as vesele and some other products.
If money was used to put back into the company (delay in big bonus BOD pay) it would result in a bigger pay day for the BOD later and us investors as well...
Sounds good and you are possibly correct, but I think it would be illegal for big pharma to stop INNV from getting the original ANDA approved.
I know big pharma could keep the original ANDA down with a conspiracy style tactic, but legally is a different matter.
I think INNV should sue the FDA for a response and update, or sue to get the original fluticare ANDA approved.
Aside from that, expand the existing fluticare NDA, to encompass world-wide sales.
It's a shame the FDA f'd over INNV on the original fluticare ANDA, or it's a shame Dr.Damaje f'd us over on the original fluticare ANDA, or both...
Due to INNV not having enough capital to properly market fluticare, it could take years for fluticare to spin up, to its' "full-potential" whatever that is, and I'll wait.
Hopefully, INNV really does become a world leader in OTC and there aren't anymore stupid mis-steps, like more dilution or a r/s before it's time.
I could see where net profitability might take until 2019, but I'm hopeful for profits in 2018 and not a small-joke of a profit either...
Ok, well I guess I'm not smart enough on my own to figure it out. I bet Clay has a paid for service, where he makes his money, on advising people on how to trade. I doubt Clay would do anything for free, without a hook.
Ok, so I guess since the pattern is more bullish, he's hinting to buy more or hold and ride it up? I've been buying on the dips and I plan to hold long term, as long as possible, possibly until years and years from now.
Clays post are factual, but what exactly are we supposed to do with the POTN stock, after he posts a video? Are we supposed to short POTN, so the share price goes down and we make money? Are we supposed to get ready for a run up and hang onto POTN? I'm long anyway and have never shorted a stock...What is Clay telling us in his videos, or what is he hinting at?
Good points and good plan. As fluticare, vesele, androferti, sensum, eject-delay, xryliad, prostagorx, pevarx, urivarx, etc., ramp up, to their full market potential, we'll be in the green or black, but not in the red.
I am totally fine with INNV lowering the price of Fluticare and I wish they would lower the price of Vesele and Androferti and maybe lower the prices on some other products as well.
Some have stated that lowering the price of Fluticare is proof of desperation and a big left over inventory in danger of expiring on the shelf...
My opinion, is that Fluticare costs were lowered to get an increased volume of sales and achieve more market penetration.
What INNV loses on lowered prices will be made up on sales volume.
Rock on Innovus!
One day, we will wake up and everything will have finally snapped into place, due to all of this hard work...
The original Fluticare ANDA will be approved and it will be sold in brick and mortar stores and over seas as well.
We will finally be told that the South Korean counterfeit sensum issue has been resolved...
All of this will lead to a BIG-BOOM! No reverse split! No dilution! No warrants! No high prices! Just high sales, record profits and a record share price!!!
Sorry, dude.
Without looking at charts and trends, I have come to assume that anything above 500k shares traded per day is higher volume for what INNV is accustomed to. 500K+ shares is not high volume, but it's more than INNV is accustomed to on an average daily basis.
My average PPS has been .19 for a long time now. I don't dislike everything about INNV and I wish us all success, management, employee's, customers and investors. I do not expect a 250% boost in PPS everyday. I am long on INNV. I would like to see the PPS go up though, due to the record Q1, that's not too much to want.
Wow, the more INNV increases sales with a record quarter and the more people buy shares of INNV, the PPS goes down.
Maybe if sales drop off and no one buys anymore shares of INNV, the PPS will skyrocket?
I don't wanna speak for Shawn, but he probably remains invested, because he's underwater and thinks there is an off chance INNV will go up. I think he's also trying to be patient and wait until Q2 or possibly Q3 to see what direction INNV is headed. Even though Shawn doesn't think INNV will do well, even he has to know that it's always possible that INNV could go ka-boom, up! up! up! and away!
Thanks, that's good news! I didn't catch Dr.D saying that a fluticare reorder would be placed soon.
I wish that INNV will run. Are you basing that on just a feeling, or because it's been so long since INNV ran up, or because of the Q1 record sales, or because of some chart data?
I did not expect all 220,000 fluticare units to have been fully sold, but many of them, with hopefully talk of a reorder, which was not the case.
I wonder why INNV had such a good Q1 and why you think Q2 will be much lower? I like a realistic view of course, but I would hope that peak allergy season in Q2 would make Q2 sales much like Q1.
Dr.Damaj stated last year that INNV could be profitable at 10-12million, but now it looks like even at 18million, profitability is being questioned?
I would hope, that INNV has at least, at least a 18million dollar 2018, but I would not be surprised if it came in at 15million or below.
Let's get the SG&A down and the sales up.
Here's a few Q1-2018 CC observations. I'm not 100% sure if I have all of this correct...
Dr.Damaj did not seem to be his enthusiastic self, like on past CC's.
He dropped the ball by not getting fluticare reimbursed by medicare.
He glossed over the status of the original fluticare ANDA.
No mention of fluticare being in brick and mortar stores.
Apparently, the 1st batch order of 220,000 fluticare unit's have not all been sold yet and that's even with giving away some bottles. (I realize giving away fluticare helps with brand recognition.)
No mention of a 2nd batch order of fluticare units.
No mention of Q2 potential earnings...
I'm glad his Q1 guidance was under-promised at between 4.3-4.4 million and that came he in at 4.5 million, but I would prefer even lower under-promsing, with a bit more of the higher, over-delivering (he cut it too close with his predication vs. reality.)
Volume increases, due to record sale/profits and the PPS goes down. This is bizarre. I am patient though, we'll see what happens in the near future and the rest of 2018.
