Over a long period of time, someone has been quietly buying shares of the business dormant OVIT, as to keep the asking price down and under the radar. (Notice how giant purchases have not been made, only small, incremental purchases have been made...)
Someone either in the know, Dr.Weiss' daughter, or an institutional investor, or a friend of them, or a potential business partner, or a high-risk or intelligent and very patient investor (possibly a retail investor) knows that a business deal is going to be made soon.
I don't know what's taking so long, or if this is true, but based on what others have stated, I'm almost 100% sure it will happen...
Why do you ask? Well, it's because Dr.Weiss is elderly, with apparent health concerns, and he and so many institutional investors owned so many shares, why would they want those shares, all the thousands of millions of dollars to be worthless?
They wouldn't they want to salvage back some lost money and if possible, make a profit yet!
Also, new companies that want to incorporate or go public, don't want to spend the typical 5million dollars to do so, they would look to buy a previously failed/dormant old, business shell to buy, for far below the 5millions dollars.
