How come MM's PUMA and STXG aren't in this one?
Same old MM's since the beginning. A few more would probably put a LOT of pressure on NITE instead of holding this down for tenths of a penny. IMHO.
WOW, MM cluster F%&$ at open.
Its a disclaimer required by SOX solely based on the company's operations and is a PCOAB Audited Opinion of the companies books and records (like manufacturing contracts, patents, etc....) So yes, it is a disclaimer companies in financial trouble must disclose to the public.
Duke,, really, with all due respect, where is the money coming from to "mass produce"? Do you have any idea how much the tooling alone costs to set up the lines and moulds needed to create the card, manufacture the circuit boards, aggregate enough supply of processing chips and especially FLASH memory where Apple has cornered almost 90% of the worlds flash market to have a 10 year supply for their phones? Also to secure "off the shelf" fingerprint sensor? In order to do that, SMME would have to have bought the factory, issued tens of millions of shares, etc...... and.......NOTHING in the K about any of that.
Forget about the complete lack of any biometric IP, the filing of any provisional biometric design or utility patents, etc................ and Chaya has you ALL believing that he/she is a biometrics expert. If it wasn't so serious, it would be hysterical. This company seems more interested in touting how big the market is, and how many millions are lost due to identity theft..........but the real engine is HOW they are going to do it......and there are no HOWS...........just a lot more lines to create hope........
Its not my burden to prove anything to this company or this board, but in the end, I am sure I am right. But it IS the companies burden under the law, to fully disclose. So which is it, are the unlawfully holding back.....or is there really nothing to say.
Asked but not answered other than mere speculation and tap dancing around the issues.
Yup, wrong board, has nothing to do with BJCT. We have the IP in place and are looking to contact someone at BJCT. Sorry for any false alarms here.
StocksRockStar........please check his/her history of posts and see he has done this to no less than a dozen other companies....always the sky is falling. Not a single positive post on the OTC. "Tweet Alert" seems to be his new "phrase of the week" play, LOL. Once you see his posting history you will see he is nothing but FOS - some day you are going to cry wolf for real, in a real place with real people......just hope we are there to see it happen to you!
Check out his profile..
Small cap stocks demonstrating non-fundamentally related unusual short term price movements resulting from stock promotions, investor awareness, media hype or investor exuberance.
Stock promotion, investor awareness campaign theory.
Short term momentum trading theory.
He claims to drive a LAMBO, (LOL) and mad $2M on stocks, LOL.....
Well, this goes back to my point. What don't you get.... you said no one is going to talk to someone off the street without IP protection. Sarbanes Oxley (SEC Public Company reporting ) REQUIRES all IP assets, etc...even a license, to be disclosed. So again, for the twentieth time, where is SMME's biometric patent for use of that technology on its card.....its certainly NOT and "obvious" use that would allow it to except it from registration and exemption. Ahhh....you, or anyone else can prove THAT, point to anything in this companies filings......but I will absolutely say, if the use of that technology infringes in any way, another company's patent, without an express and disclosed license to use it, IMHO there will be a cease and desist. Its always better to get your house in order before inviting guests to pay for admission.
And for the poster who criticized my spelling and grammar, I do this between surgeries....., so I am not always thinking about grammar and spelling....and thats the least of this companies problems. Typical liberal...attack the messenger.
I still can't reach anyone.......
They have been since the beginning playing everyone for tenths of a penny.
And that's been part of my point all along. A lot of these technologies have already been developed and there are patents protecting those inventions. But when potential investors hear about biometrics they get all googlyeyed like they just found the next greatest thing. Some people think they came up with these ideas, others just want to make you think they did. I have pointed to evidence, facts, other products, failure of disclosures (if things are really what the company wants you to believe) I know the company counsel, I have been involved in investments of those other companies - not much more to say here except maybe there is a rabbit in a hat somewhere.
Then company that first invented this card was a company called SafeLink which ha sheen out of its core business for about 8 years. They developed this card successfully with Schlumberger. But now we are talking about real companies that developed this technology at a cost of about $25m. That's just history. Schlumberger invented and mass produced the smart card from which all these other card technologies were developed. Quite an interesting story. Let's just wait and see what SMME really has.
Hmmm, MKR. Did Chaya claim they invented that first as well? Thats was.....when....2010? Maybe just a coincidence, but one of the companies that I am familiar with did this rather successfully in 2007! http://www.medgadget.com/2006/12/smartstikmd.html
Just like the fingerprint on the card - nothing new here, was done in 2008, oh and then there is ZWIPE. So the news that comes out always seems to be kind of old news, at least in my opinion. I think in the academic world, its called plagarism.
You know what they skiluc....Tweetle Dee.....tweetle DUMB!
WARNING - TWEET OF MASSIVE HURRICANE to hit northeast.......now THAT tweet is true! LOL
WARNING - WARNING - WILL ROBINSON - Dr. SMITH has gone wacko for $RXSF !!!!!!
Looks like YankeeDave and StocksRockStar are acting in concert to devalue shareholder interest. Do they have a STAKE at all in this company. Pathetic attempts by both of you. Paid haters? Probably.
Mensch or Mashugana?.......we will see. Hoping for the best, expecting the worse.
When you ignore the timeline, yes, because the way you present it is done purposely to try to discredit her. Unless you are a shareholder, this is another game and personal vendetta for you, or possibly someone whom you know, or are paid by. I don't think anyone here, or any current paid in shareholders of the company care if she is diluting their interest by loading up on stock. Some would say, THANK GOD the CEO has enough faith and hopes to make a boatload of cash, because if she does, we all will. That shows confidence, strategic planning and belief in what she is doing. Not everything is a stock game Dave. I believe this CEO is a keen business leader with a track record, probably far exceeding yours. Go back to MJMJ.
Actually it is Dave. When you are owed CASH from any business, and agree to exchange that cash for other consideration, you are paying that cash for that other consideration. All public companies to this to some extent. And I rather have the CEO line her pockets with stock (interesting why you would care) than perhaps an unscrupulous trader, broker or other SOB. So now you have been exposed, and are nothing but FOS.
Looks to me him and YankeeDave are in cahoots! Same posts, every day, same nonsense.
Again, this goes beyond an exercise by you Dave. You hide behind the keyboard and keep throwing the same nonsense out every single day, yet you claim you have a holier than thou interest. You said you piece, its on the thread, why do you continue? Go back to MJMJ. It's quite obvious notwithstanding your protestations, you have a personal axe to grind. You are going on ignore now. I gave you the benefit of the doubt, but your true colors have shined through.
Oh wait.....didn't $RXSF say drug diversion in healthcare is a huge issue........

Actually you are the only one concerned about what she pays herself and how. Again, I am sure you aren't even a shareholder, so what are your motivations? If you are a shareholder and concerned about the OS, and why, why don't you call the CEO yourself. Unlike other company CEO's she answers the phone. Or will that just upset your plans here.
Just imagine if everyone on this board decided to block you.............
I have a nose to fix right now, but I will be back later.
It seems that this CEO has the support of both her shareholders and the company's board. She is charged with moving the company forward and making the company successful - as any businessman would know - the AS is irrelevant at these levels unless you are a shorter, or have some personal extrinsic interest to see this company fail, whether its in actual business or in this market.
The way I see it, your negative innuendo over the past 25 posts tells me, and a lot of others here, that you could care less about preventing drug abuse and helping families and patients, and are more concerned about what this CEO does personally, than what she is doing for the company and communities. This may seem like a game to you, but the issues this company addresses are actually life and death issues. I suggest you go back to your own company and focus on making that successful, the way this CEO is doing for her shareholders.
LOL, like thats a bad thing. 20 yrs of "business" experience isn't really shining through on your part. I KNOW you have a personal beef. And so does everyone else.
LORRAINE DID IT AGAIN: A MUST WATCH!
I found this video that brings to light the prescription drug problem and actually inform us about the hazards.......and she used a CNN medical correspondent and addiction specialist to do it........
I FOUND IT, THE DAMNING ARTICLE - WOW, had to go WAY back for this article - BUT I FOUND IT - the MISSING ARTICLE, this is IT, this is what everyone is talking about.............evil bad oxycontin manufacturer PURDUE PHARMA uses the company's product in its PSA with National Pharmacists Organization.
http://www.biocompare.com/Life-Science-News/77238-RxDrugSAFE-Featured-In-National-Campaign-By-Purdue-Pharma-And-NCPA/
How dare she do that......doesn't she know BIG PHARMA is the devil!
Or maybe this article......where she GIVES AWAY company products.......thats just SO BAD to do.....throwing away assets like that.
http://operationmedicinecabinet.blogspot.com/2010/08/rx-drug-safes-donated-to-omc.html
Thats just not right, giving away product to needy families...........she's the DEVIL!
He must be referring to this article:
http://www.securitysales.com/article/biometrics_firm_combats_prescription_drug_abuse_with_fingerprint_technology
Wait......that says good things about the company....no....can't be. Whats more interesting is what the CEO reveals in that article......and a few months later.......BAM.....it happened. (PCA Pumps Controller).
You mean where the company has accrued her pay since January and the board decided to incentivize her by allowing her to convert $86K of past and overdue salary into restricted stock and taking that payable off the books? I guess some here believes she should work for free while everyone else makes money off of her. LOL
Unbalanced as it is.
Pretty vicious selling. Looks like someone or group is trying to hold this back. No 144's, so its definitely not the company or its affiliates. Well, I just keep accumulating at these levels and at some point, even the shorts have to cover. Looks like Yankeedaves series of posts is having its intended effect.
Thanks for regurgitating the companies filings. Its helpful to know that the series of transactions were all legal, disclosed and passed upon by the SEC before it approved the companies S1 last year.
And certainly not accurate. Lol.
Lol. What about the filings where she put in over $200k of her money back into that company. Lol. I guess you want everyone who runs an OTC company to work for free for you. Lol. Now that's funny.
Purchased by insiders subject to Rulee 144 and a 6 month wait on top of the rules limiting sales after that time. You just need to tell the whole story.
Dilution to insiders. So where are the Form 144's. None filed in the last 3 months. Another pathetic attempt at misdirection.
I think its grown substantially over the last 2 days. But thats just an opinion, not a fact.
Anyone guess what the short position is on this? $RXSF
