Actually it is Dave. When you are owed CASH from any business, and agree to exchange that cash for other consideration, you are paying that cash for that other consideration. All public companies to this to some extent. And I rather have the CEO line her pockets with stock (interesting why you would care) than perhaps an unscrupulous trader, broker or other SOB. So now you have been exposed, and are nothing but FOS.
