When you ignore the timeline, yes, because the way you present it is done purposely to try to discredit her. Unless you are a shareholder, this is another game and personal vendetta for you, or possibly someone whom you know, or are paid by. I don't think anyone here, or any current paid in shareholders of the company care if she is diluting their interest by loading up on stock. Some would say, THANK GOD the CEO has enough faith and hopes to make a boatload of cash, because if she does, we all will. That shows confidence, strategic planning and belief in what she is doing.
