Actually you are the only one concerned about what she pays herself and how. Again, I am sure you aren't even a shareholder, so what are your motivations? If you are a shareholder and concerned about the OS, and why, why don't you call the CEO yourself. Unlike other company CEO's she answers the phone. Or will that just upset your plans here.

Just imagine if everyone on this board decided to block you.............
