I knew you wouldn't be able to resist the powder!
Tear it up out there, Rake! I know you will have a blast!
(and pick up any gold nuggets you happen to see.)
So many other companies go the R/S route it becomes an expected plan and a fear of investors. CGFIA has struggled against odds to do things that others would have walked away from, or never even attempted.
I believe that CGFIA would do almost anything else but a R/S.
I'm certainly not an expert, and I don't even play one on TV but I believe it will not happen.
Simply my opinion, but I believe Mr. Guyer when he said he would not R/S this stock.
Don't tell "the Rake"! He'll be packing his boards and heading out there tonight, if he's not on his way already!
Maybe if he goes he can do some spying for us? Tell us what things look like around the mill.
Trapper, you are always blazing the trail for us slowpokes! Thanks for all the DD digging you do.
Now, let's all make some big bucks on this one! If we don't it won't be for lack of trying on your part.
GFTYA!
SDRC
Don't ask, I won't tell! Now what did I do with that pack of papers I had here?
I was keeping track of the Flotilla count on them.
Damn, you are right again HinkyDink! Shows I was a child of the 60's!
If things start to swirl and go dark, say your prayers! Next stop will really stink!
Are we rich yet?
I think the MM's are holding it in this range. .0001 looks like the end of the line to a lot of ppl.
It's a psychological thing. .0002 keeps us little people hoping for movement, no matter which side of the price you are on.
JMHO, I could be full of shi.... er, um, ... ship bilge, yeah, that's what I intended to say!
CGFIA
Keep the faith, and it will happen.
"Sweet dreams are made of this" comes to mind. (INXS)
Make your dreams come true, life is too darn short for "if only".
JMHO
CGFIA could be the key.
Yes, but it can be done, (the ladder part). Not easy, and slow going.
Best place for a pastrami is NYC, but New York, New York here has a good imitation.
I like the Silverton idea best!
Ok, gotta run to the grocer's. All this talk has made me hungry, and I just had breakfast!
CGFIA
Thanks, but way too much work!
I plan on sitting back and eating at a lot of restaurants!
Maybe Feed a few hungry people for free with my "atonement" bucks.
(God knows I probably need it, considering my language lately when I look at my account balance!)
I keep hoping.
CGFIA
And a ration of Grog to go with that!
I understand your point, RKY. I, being an eternal optimist, am hoping this chill will be lifted soon and we get some fresh cash flowing into the PPS (or old cash, I don't really care if it's Spanish Doubloons). A rise in the PPS and some news would be a great help, right now.
I value your opinion, and you make a valid point. I tend to hope for a better scenario. So "let's do lunch?" and talk about it.
CGFIA
BALONEY? I'll have mine on a nice fresh roll with lots of mustard, please.
I'm with you '67, I don't see a R/S in the picture at all.
Just My Humble, Hungry, Opinion!
(Fry that Baloney with a few onions and we will have a feast! Mmmmm!)
Thanks, debu801. The Fidelity info will help traders through this chill.
I'll add your new cargo to the manifest.
As always, Good Fortune to all CGFIA investors!
I have Scottrade also. They are self clearing, so you can buy and sell w/o any trouble. Since the chill, I have picked up over 2 million shares. I was lucky to have Scottrade from the start.
On cash accounts, if you have a Scottrade office nearby that you can drop a check off at, the funds will available for trading the next day, sometimes sooner. Bank transfers take 3 days to clear. Go figure!
Go get 'em lowjack!
GFTYA!
I'm baffled!
Can you spell "collusion"? Somebody is "friendly" with an agency bigwig, it may seem. Purely speculation, but you gotta wonder who is scratching who's back here, and what they are using to grease the skids.
(Did I use enough allegories or metaphors? I could squeeze a few more into the lineup if I'm low on my quota.)
Hope we get next up in the batting order.
I know a few Vegas showgirls that would be willing and happy to meet with the DRMS board, just to help us out, of course.
Thanks, C-I. It's no big thing, not a life or death thing, just a major inconvenience. But hopefully my foot will work a bit better when it's all done. Thank you for the good wishes. I'll be back on line in no time, with way too much time on my hands for my own good! LOL
Here is a link to Wikipedia's story on grog. It sort of fits the whole "Armada" & "Flotilla" context.
http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grog
Funny thing about this Grog joke we have going, I hardly ever drink!
Keep the guys in line, C-I. Make sure they don't drink up all the Grog before I get back. (That may be tough to do. It's better than drinking the kook-aid I'm told!)
Thanks, Grizz! I'm already set up with the home supply of drugs. But you are right, boredom is the toughest part. I had a similar surgery to this 3 years ago. Cabin fever started to set in and was looking for anything I could do to keep my sanity. At least this time I have my investments to cheer for! I stocked up on computer parts so I can build a new PC when I feel like it.
It will probably be tougher on the wife than me. She becomes my main source of transportation, and the target of my warped sense of humor. (Plus, I'll have an excuse for limited bathing, so the stench may be more than she can stand!)
I already have a reward planned for her, a cruise in the spring. That should buy her off!
Thanks mou10mn. I'll be off line starting Sunday, and back on probably mid week. Let's hope we all see some progress at CGFIA soon.
Thanks, sem1, you know it's hard to shut me up! I'll keep the Grog cooking and be ready to see some gains at CGFIA!
Thank You, King Zulu. I appreciate the good wishes.
I'll be fine, I'm sure. I have always had an angel on my shoulder watching out for me. I'm just getting some bone graft work done on my foot. Recovery time is long; about 3 months till I can drive again. That means I have to remember not to say the wrong thing to my wife. She'll be able to catch me too easy! (or stop feeding me if I'm really bad.)
I'll have lots of time to lay around and check up on everyone here, so let's have some good things happen while I'm lounging around getting fat (& rich too?).
Halloween is my date with the doctor. I get to dress up as a patient this year, and the treats will be the pharmaceutical kind! It's just that darn hospital gown that's a bit drafty!
On the business end of things, (no pun intended) at least we gained a tick today. In this end of the pool, that's 50%! That's positive. Just a shame we had to drop this low before starting back up again.
I think 567 makes a good, sound point about the chill. The chill is keeping quite a few average Joes from bringing money to the table. That extra investment income would help a lot right now.
I'm starting my holiday shopping early this year.
All I want for Christmas (or before) is:
1. Lift the chill.
2. Assay results showing great results.
3. DRMS approval on mill & dry stack plans.
4. Updated estimate on production start up.
That's not too much to ask, is it?
Well, I was always taught "ask and you'll receive", so I'm asking!
GFTYA!
CFGIA
Yeah, I'm still hanging on here. Can't really contribute much with the price bumping the bottom of the Grog barrel! (I think I need to brew up some more soon!)
Personal note, I'm a bit overwhelmed right now. I have some things coming up next week that will have me off line for a week or so. But I'll be back ASAP. I'm going to want to be here for the ride back up to the top!
I'm not leaving the island, or jumping ship! You guys will just have to ration the Grog yourselves for a bit!
CGFIA
Thanks, DDC, I'll add that to the totals. I hope it is a good buy for you. I know it us a great price.
I can only see "up" from here.
GFTY = Good Fortune to You. (No luck involved, just good fortune, I hope!)
The Chinese renminbi (RMB; currency sign: ¥)
I don't hear any fat lady singing, so I'm not counting this one over yet.
For those of you old enough, do you remember the "Heiei" football game? (Tell the youngsters how that game ended.) Even the TV broadcasters thought the game was over, and look what happened in the last 15 seconds!
(now someone staple that fat lady's mouth shut, please!)
Ok, so you figured out that I have been spiking the Grog with pharmaceuticals! Just wait, in 9 days when I have my surgery, I'll have plenty more to keep you all "happy as clams"!
I'm glad you all can hold on to your sense of humor in times of adversity.
Elias111, you are a funny man, and a creative writer.
Mr Dale, Johnny Depp had better watch out. You could be in line for the next "Pirates" movie. (I'm thinking "Pirates of the Colorado, Milling for Millions")
BAR WENCH, GROG FOR ALL! AND KEEP IT FLOWING TILL NO MAN IS STILL CONSCIOUS!
"But sir, the crew is starting to get ugly!" she replied.
NO THEY ARE NOT, THEY LOOKED LIKE THAT WHEN THEY CAME INTO THE BAR.
GM, Scotia, isn't it payday? Maybe you can get the extra shares you have been hoping for. (I need to see how much extra cash I have after paying the rent man! We are watching the clock on this one, as we all know. Tic toc!)
Good luck! I hope you grab them before launch time!
(That's launch time, Robo, not lunch time! What's the dumpster diner serving today?)
"I can neither confirm or deny what is going to happen."
I really don't know. I'm just one of the galley slaves pulling on the oars like everyone else.
There may be something else going on that we don't know about. (Pure speculation, and certainly wishful thinking on my part.)
It would seem a shame for him to have to sell his shares so low. (Just like all the rest of us. But CGFIA is his job. I'm doing this as a hopefully lucrative hobby.)
What we do know is that if he wants to sell any shares, then he needs to file papers to do that, which, it seems he did. That does not mean he will, just that he legally can.
Oh, and by the way, the last time he sold any of his personal stock was August, twice that month actually. After those sales, he owns 155 million shares.
If you are referring to the recent sales of large blocks of stocks, then saying Mr. Guyer dumped them is inaccurate. Those shares came from debt conversion. Mr. Guyer had little control of when the financiers decided to sell their collateral. It's not much comfort knowing that, but saying they were dumped by CGFIA is incorrect. It really gives others the wrong impression.
(Don't take that personally, Elias111, I'm not picking on you. I know it is a gut reaction to say that. I just want other investors to get the accurate picture.)
At this point in "CGFIA time", we investors need to be careful about our statements and how our words can effect the market for our shares. There are many readers who don't really dig into the details and take what they read as gospel.
JMHO. I'm on for the long ride. Still holding my 7 million shares.
Good luck to you and all CGFIA investors.
Found it! Here is the link to the Form 4 SEC webpage for Mr. Guyer:
http://www.secform4.com/insider-trading/1445182.htm
My memory wasn't that far off!
(Thank God I still have a few working braincells! The 70's were a rough decade for them.)
True, I'm just going by the numbers we have right now.
If the PPS goes up before the sale, past history of his sales shows that he will probably only sell what he needs to make that $60k amount. (He does not have to sell it all.)
I'm guessing that $ amount may be his mortgage or taxes or other personal yearly requirement. The amount is consistent for the past 3 years.
Sorry that I don't have the SEC link, but if someone else has it, please post it. (In about an hour I'll be out of touch for the rest of the evening.) You'll see that historically it is more a matter of a dollar amount that the number of shares. After all, the man is paid in shares and like us all does have expenses.
JMHO (& hopefully accurate memory)
Actually $15,032 ( 50,108,787 @ .0003)
I was looking for my link to the SEC webpage for insider sales, but I can't find it right now. What I do remember from past sales by Mr. Guyer, is that he sells approximately $60,000 in stock each year. Obviously the number or shares varies, but the total dollar volume for each year is usually right at that figure. (still running from memory) He has made 2 sales so far this year and I believe that the total for both sales was $45,000. So, if this is a sale of 50 million shares at .0003, that equals $15,000. That puts him right on target for his usual $60k per year.
Please correct me if I am wrong. I know this information is on the SEC web site.

I am in agreement with you BURKHARD! I am tired of constantly answering poster's questions about the rantings from the other side of reality. The postings should be treated as "hearsay" and deemed off topic. JMHO
Subterranean Deposits Recovery Corporation
I'll have a double!
Do we get the little umbrellas with those "boat drinks" King Z?
I have a feeling that there will be quite a bit of celebrating when CGFIA starts to clear the launch tower!
GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!
So far, HinkyDink, but I'm spending money on things I wouldn't want to right now!
Got to get the "honey do" list done before I have fun with everyone here!
Damn, now you tell me!
Do you still have your old car? I may be in the market for one. That is if I can't get my truck back from the guy I sold it to. I was just about to buy 30 million shares with the proceeds, hoping to buy a Bentley with the profit in 4 months!
Way to go, Rebel24!
I loaded up last week with almost all I had available in the bank. This is a case of believing in CGFIA or not. I still believe.
Nothing has changed in the fundamentals of CGFIA, except progress has been made. (surveys, assays & mill reopening and new acquisitions). But you know this already. I'm preaching to the choir.
We will either laugh together on the way to the bank, or cry in our Grog. I believe it will be the former. (We could try laughing in our Grog on the way to the bank, too! Sort of a messy image, but I'm willing to try.)
GOOD LUCK TO ALL!
CGFIA
Sorry, Rustler, but I don't get the meaning of your quote vs. The question asked. I'm not trying to nitpick, I just don't see the link between the question asked and the TDA company profile from 2010.
"A long way from production" just doesn't seem to be covered by that quote.
TIA, GLTY
