"I can neither confirm or deny what is going to happen."
I really don't know. I'm just one of the galley slaves pulling on the oars like everyone else.
There may be something else going on that we don't know about. (Pure speculation, and certainly wishful thinking on my part.)
It would seem a shame for him to have to sell his shares so low. (Just like all the rest of us. But CGFIA is his job. I'm doing this as a hopefully lucrative hobby.)
What we do know is that if he wants to sell any shares, then he needs to file papers to do that, which, it seems he did. That does not mean he will, just that he legally can.

Oh, and by the way, the last time he sold any of his personal stock was August, twice that month actually. After those sales, he owns 155 million shares.
If you are referring to the recent sales of large blocks of stocks, then saying Mr. Guyer dumped them is inaccurate. Those shares came from debt conversion. Mr. Guyer had little control of when the financiers decided to sell their collateral. It's not much comfort knowing that, but saying they were dumped by CGFIA is incorrect. It really gives others the wrong impression.
(Don't take that personally, Elias111, I'm not picking on you. I know it is a gut reaction to say that. I just want other investors to get the accurate picture.)
At this point in "CGFIA time", we investors need to be careful about our statements and how our words can effect the market for our shares. There are many readers who don't really dig into the details and take what they read as gospel.
JMHO. I'm on for the long ride. Still holding my 7 million shares.
Good luck to you and all CGFIA investors.

I just hang out here for the fun of it, that
doesn't mean I'm smart.
