I understand your point, RKY. I, being an eternal optimist, am hoping this chill will be lifted soon and we get some fresh cash flowing into the PPS (or old cash, I don't really care if it's Spanish Doubloons). A rise in the PPS and some news would be a great help, right now.

I value your opinion, and you make a valid point. I tend to hope for a better scenario. So "let's do lunch?" and talk about it.
