Not to mention insurance including: E&O, Liability, Workman's Comp, and Health, etc. (Of course if employees are subcontracted, no insurance, but a discount on a group is always provided).
Maybe the PR meant, 150 tons (of shares) per hour. Anyone have any pics or specs on the plant that can process 150 tons per hour? TIA! Still long, just glad there was an uptick!
If you go back to her chart board, I prompted a series of questions both public and private. The public responses have been posted to both tothe and I who have had an ongoing conversation regarding FTD, pps and float. Tothe and I were looking for a cross evaluation of FTD to the stockchart and chart god analysis. Of course, MKA is very analytical and we received a very nice explanation of short sale and pps movement. Worth reading.

Given the current conditions the market makers would be first in line to build up their inventories at this 'lowest' price possible. Any attempt by investors to buy would have to be processed through a market maker who would put his interests ahead of the investor
This is what as known as "front running" and is illegal. " Front running occurs when the Knight trader buys the same stock for his or her account, before executing the customer’s trade, and at a better price than the customer gets. "

Dear MaryKateAustin,
Terribly sorry to bother you again. I have been in a discussion with another poster regarding RPDM, who has a few technical questions, and since I activated my free trial to IHUB just to ask you my previous question, I was wondering if you could kindly read the other poster's technical questions. Thank you in advance.

Wednesday, January 7th, 2009 was MY pick for the date of uplist. So, I was wrong. Oh well, there is always next week!
Anyone have that list of dates picked for uplist? Want to see if there are any available dates to pick from..
Hello RPDM posters:
I posed a question to the chart gods regarding RPDM and the FTD chart.
In response was a description of short sale and notations regarding the
stock. For the response, click here:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=34631724
FTD chart hasn't updated 4Q yet.
http://failstodeliver.com/default.aspx
Personal opinion: My previous assumption that this was MM games seems to be holding true. MM's had little shares and have attempted to aquire more. In the process, actual retail shareholders have left as the pps fell. Without significant news, the stock will be cellar boxed as MM's will make more $money in the cellar. One can only hope that with the right PR, enough interest will develop by retail investors to get into RPDM for a significant gain to get out of the cellar now.
The following link is a chart of RCCH. The question I posed was with regard to FTD and pps movement. However, an interesting analysis of short sale was provided. Here is the link:

Right now, no one knows which International Exchange the uplist will be. The previously announced press release indicating the intention to move to an International Exchange did not mention which exchange it would be. Until the actual name and date is provided, it is almost a non issue.
Assumption: You presently own 1 million shares of RCCH, when an official PR is provided indicating the name of the new International Exchange and the date trading will begin, and your current broker doesn't trade on the new exchange:
Your present shares of RCCH will no longer trade as new shares with a new trading symbol will be issued. If your current broker doesn't trade on the International Exchange, at that time, you will need to get another broker that does. Once the name of the International Exchange is announced, I'm certain there will be a discussion of various brokers that do trade on the International Exchange, which you can select from.
Posters have speculated that the exchange could be HK, TSX or LSE. Seems the consensus is presently TSX. My opinion is that it may be LSE, but most likely its one of these:
http://globaledge.msu.edu/resourcedesk/stockExchanges.asp
http://www.tdd.lt/slnews/Stock_Exchanges/Stock.Exchanges.html
Some brokers, including yours may already have the ability to trade on TSX. Until the name is announced, I won't be bothered with trying to research brokers. Just my opinion. Good luck to you.
The press will sometimes refer to the problem as "stock manipulation" which seems easier to grasp, than the long answer of what NSS is all about.
Here's a good one to start with as it explains the involvement of organized crime in the financial world:

Dear MaryKateAustin:
This is my first request to the chart gods, so kindly go easy on me. I was curious if you have ever conducted an analysis of FTD, Fails to Deliver: http://failstodeliver.com/default.aspx
against the charts you review? In particular, I have two stocks that are of interest. The first, RCCH has gained attention with respect to the FTD issue and the next one RPDM is one in which I suspect has a similar pattern. Can you kindly provide your thoughtful insights into this matter? Thank you in advance for your valued time and consideration with this matter.
Sincerely,
funmaxus

Nice post Molson, I've since added it to my collection of links documenting NSS in the U.S. market. One can only hope that the SEC will get revamped in short order (excuse the pun) by Congress, as a result of the complete failure by the SEC to do its job in regulation and enforcement.

Well, if the SEC, and our Government won't fix the NSS, maybe its high time to have every investor gang up on the MM's and short them into a death spiral!
Here's one: Knight Capital, Quote: NITE

TwinTurbo:
First, I'm long, but try to take a realistic view and try not to pump.
Primary factors in determination of price per share:
#1. NSS position.
#2. RCCH audited financials.
#3. The name of the new exchange.
#4. The amount of time between a physical PR and the exact physical day of trading on a new exchange.
#5. Present O/S, A/S, and future O/S, A/S.
Finally, the unknown factor(s):
The heady euphoria of escaping the Pink Sheet, and more importantly an exchange located outside the U.S. with corrupted Market Makers may be a short lived as the Universal Trading Platform, may allow the vermin to branch out. While the vigilante vendetta is a premise of many Hollywood movies, it may be prudent to "keep your friends close and your enemies closer." Therefore, an amicable resolution to any alleged FTD/NSS may need to occur prior to any trading date on a new exchange, whether it be through natural trading, or deal(s) struck. The old phrase, "You can run, but cannot hide" is a universal maxim, and thus why it is best to "Never burn a bridge."
With that soapbox out of the way, I will try to answer my speculative thoughts on the matter: (Paraphrasing questions)
Q. Exchange?:
A. My inclination is LSE - My reasoning is that Knight recently announced operations in Europe.
"...US agency broker Knight Capital is set to further extend competition in the European dark pool space with the launch of its KnightLink off-exchange trading platform. The company has today announced the appointment of Kee-Meng Tan to the newly-created position of managing director, head of the electronic trading group (ETG) in Europe."
http://www.finextra.com/fullstory.asp?id=19337
Q. PPS?:
A. My thinking is that an announced PPS on the new exchange will occur based on audited financials. If we are indeed going to an international exchange, then a conversion to an international accounting standard would need to occur for conversion purposes and based on an internationally accepted accounting standard, the pps could be determined.
Q. Assuming a time delay between an announced PR and physical date of trading, and the PR contains pertinent information explaining the new PPS, and how present RCCH shares will be converted at what conversion rate, will we hit $.50 on uplist news?
A. $.50 within the first minutes after a qualified PR, may not be unrealistic with the following qualifiers: #1. Audited financials support $.50 USD and beyond. #2. Present O/S, A/S, and future O/S, A/S. #3. How many people sell their crumbs and not their cookies.
Without pertinent information, all is hype and the stock will remain cellar boxed forever. (How's that for not pumping?)
Still long.
JMO. GLTA.

Speculation is that this stock will uplist to an international exchange in next two trading weeks. TA is gagged. No recent financials. Clearly a speculation play. Bullish signals developing.

Also, hope RPDM moves this week too!
Santa,
Just a brief opinion from a spoooozer from spooozland: Spoooz's sister, XXIS may have some noooz on her website anyday now, which would get some attention to cause them both to run, but I'm holden the golden too! JMO. GLTY.
Hey Farmboynate and kar1234,
You will find me there on zecco too. I'm going with the strategy of not pulling the shares at this time, just in case that there is gap between an announcement and the physical date of new trading. When the name of the new exchange is provided, I'm sure there will be a huge amount of dd for brokers trading on that exchange.
If you request the certs now, I'm thinking there is a fee, but once you know the exchange name, then select a broker that does business on that exchange, and will do the transfer for free!
Try a different broker. No problems with Zecco, and my first 10 trades are free (over 2,500 in equity). http://www.zecco.com/aboutus/WelcomeToZecco.aspx

How Trading Manipulation Can Adversely Affect A Firm's Equities And What Finance Managers
Can Do About It.

http://74.125.47.132/search?q=cache:HSNDjmg5R94J:www.imanet.org/pdf/1832.pdf+market+maker+manipulation+examples&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=1&gl=us
Another type of market manipulation is the naked short sale. Firms with a declining PPS are targeted for naked short selling. This practice is very damaging to the publicly traded firm and may be popular among the off-shore brokerage firms where U.S. securities laws are less easily enforced or do not apply. It is similar to the counterfeiting of currencies. In a naked short sale of stock, short positions are not declared or disclosed, shares are not borrowed to cover the short sale, and the stock is never delivered to the purchaser. The result is dilutive in that it results in an artificial, unauthorized, and illegal increase in the number of shares issued and outstanding and in a manipulated decline in the PPS of the firm’s stock. The broker dealer merely floods the market with cheap, nonexistent shares of your firm’s stock. The seller of these nonexistent shares keeps the proceeds. For example, on August 13, 2002, GeneMax Corp.announced concerns over naked shorting and took measures to ensure that trading in their shares occurred in a“fair and appropriate manner.”Records indicated that as of August 2, 2002, shareholders of record held 400,820 shares, where only 265,654 were available, free-trading shares, leaving the Depository Trust Corporation and Canadian Depository for Securities Limited with a net deficiency of more than 168,000 shares. On August 16, 2002, a two-year federal sting led to the indictment of 58 stock brokers and corporate executives. The unsealed indictment alleged stock manipulation of JagNotes.com, Softsquad Software Ltd., and CMe Run Corp. On January 23, 2003, Jag Media Holdings, Inc., the parent company of JagNotes.com, announced that it would allow “custody only” trading of its stock to protect stockholders against naked shortselling. Under custody-only trading, a company’s stock is issued only in the name of beneficial owners in physical certificate form.

I think I need to clarify that last statement with respect to the symbology effort. While the JV is null and void, there is an ongoing effort to increase the number of characters in the symbol, in addition other items as well, and the deadline to completion is 2010.
If anyone can find anything that the testing requirements show, in which the basic Spooz package doesn't meet, please advise accordingly.

A. I expect that with the Capital 141 poison pill completed, a consolidated financial statement will be released in the next 4-6 weeks.

A. No
Honesty concerning future company direction?
A. Should be contained in the consolidated financials, in a SWOT statement.
Financial progress and product reports?
A. Financial progress as indicated above. Due to the current customer non-disclosure agreement, no product reports.
After more experience with pinks and BB stocks you will come to understand most companies are not the performers the owners wish they were.
Comment: I fully recognized the risk/reward involved with a Pinksheet, and chose on my own freewill to invest anyway.

When reality sets in and the hype subsides defensive actions are taken or even worse.....nothing at all except what we have been experiencing.
A. The hype did subside since September 23, and defensive actions have been taken. This period of no reported activity or PR's will most likely continue, agreed.
My high expectations of Spooz have not changed though, and I'm still long. BB is just a small slice of the financial pie. Larger events are yet to come with the sybmology deadline.
Just my opinion. Good luck to you and all.
