Why I continue to buy RCCH every week. For Newbies – Recent posts worth reading when the bashers show up posting FUD (Fear, uncertainty, doubt).

This is going to be a long post with numerous links to expand on conclusions/beliefs/opinions I pass on to you.

There is an excellent source of information in the IHub RCCH I-box, you may want to read that first before coming back to this post. One of the limitations of IHub free flow format is the choppy continuity and inability to distinguish what is worth reading and what is website chatter. As a result many informative posts have been lost in the volume. I have limited time so I apologize in advance to all the informative posters for not giving due credit to you individually. You all have assisted in my effort toward DD to raise my confidence level to stay LONG on RCCH. Today I will only be posting links to recently written posts because they sufficiently convey the relevant points I want to pass on to my intended audience.

Here is a PARTIAL list of posters that have been watching RCCH for longer than 3 months. You can consider their posts to be sincere and supportive in your quest for knowledge. (Not taking anything away from the newcomers (i.e. Monk et al) who are becoming more regular posters)

RCCH is a real company. Real assets, real income. RCCH has been INVITED to uplist on an international exchange (Per email from Gene Newton CEO posted below).

Three ditch72 posts worth reposting as examples of what has been posted previously on this board. Newcomers are invited to read. Ditch72 is applying common sense logic to his facts.

hotdog1012 post 35139 applying common sense logic to his facts

Think about what RCCH is in business for:

"RCC Holdings, Corp. specializes in finding undervalued small cap and microcap companies with exciting products, services or technology that are poised for explosive growth. RCC Holdings Corp. provides these companies with guidance and strategic counseling to help them succeed. "

Now think about their working capital (the resources) they have to help these companies...what is it?

Answer - shares in RCCH

Next question: what gives them more leverage in acquiring companies?

a. Shares that are devalued at .0001
b. Shares that are accurately valued at $X.XX

C'mon people - Gene does not want to see MM's undercut his business. He's got a plan to get the valuation back on course.

Imagine what kind of 'buying power' RCCH will have when their shares are now valued in the dollars? I imagine they could acquire much, much more emerging technologies.

It has been posted many times on this board that RCC Holdings made a valuable acquisition when it purchased IWS. IWS is just one subsidiary that we know more about.

ghcnj post 31467: The main focus has been RCC/IWS, Inc. I asked RCCH some time ago straight up about Baidia and other things (oil/gas, Pharmacuticals, etc.). RCCH would only say that the information shareholders found is public knowledge and that yes Baidia is their partner and the Baidia CEO is the director of RCC Holding Corp of China. RCCH said don't worry about anything else. It will be make public when RCCH is ready for it to be made public.

Common thread of Trust for Gene Newton that runs through this board is best summarized most recently by PremierStocks post 35646, Newbies, this common thread is posted to give you confidence that the very questions you ask yourself when you first discovered RCCH has be asked already by the members of this board. We need to let Gene Newton carry on his daily tasks without additional requests for assurance from new investors. Please trust the Longs who have already been down this path.:

“Gold mine is coming my friend.
I am convinced 100%
Spent part of Wed. emailing back and forth with Gene.
I must tell, i truly like, respect and trust the guy.
Didn't exactly get all the answers I was looking for, but I
have a pretty sense of intuition and I got a very good
feeling from the guy.”

Stock *Explorer post 35462 in reply to Tigerfaninnc

“Oh I agree completely. After the last three days of email exchanges with Gene, the company is very large and most will be surprised where this goes. All he is waiting on is the exchange to tell him what the date is of the uplist.”
***************************************************************
Tigerfaninnc positive post 35445

Vis, I interpret the same as you, and I think we all hope word comes before I can even finish this post, but we should also be prepared for a bit longer of a wait and... *cringing as I type*...the possibility that circumstances since that PR have changed to a degree that uplisting takes much, much longer if at all. I personally do not believe that will be the case here. That said, I suspect some of the weak with short interest will fold before we hit the International exchange, and will forever kick themselves for not waiting that extra minute, hour, day, week, or month before they bailed.

Learn the art of patience. Apply discipline to your thoughts when they become anxious over the outcome of a goal. Impatience breeds anxiety, fear, discouragement and failure. Patience creates confidence, decisiveness, and a rational outlook, which eventually leads to success.

Under legal counsel gag orders

All financial are presently under review as per up listing

My comment - I remember the very good advice from Tigerfaninnc. Newbies should take this advice to heart also.

Learn the art of patience. Apply discipline to your thoughts when they become anxious over the outcome of a goal. Impatience breeds anxiety, fear, discouragement and failure. Patience creates confidence, decisiveness, and a rational outlook, which eventually leads to success.

My comment – My belief (private honest opinion) is that Policy Decisions have overridden and delayed the announcement of RCCH on the London Stock Exchange. The current financial crisis has the highest levels of government communicating with each other on a daily basis. The Market Makers are lobbying their agenda items furiously. The NEW Stock Exchange whomever they are (LSE my guess) does not want to hand the United States another failed institute problem.

The ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM is the NSS problem that Trent777 addresses in this thread. All quoted in their entirety.

Strarting with Post 35469:

“Got a bad feeling about this situation at the moment. Seems to have all gotout of hand since the days of early last year when all the original Longs were DD this small but very promising company that RCCH had aquired.
Now we have billions of fake shares with lots of new investors holding 10's to 100's of millions of phantom shares.
If this is NSS by the huge Hedgies I think they must have an exit strategy to get out. They are not going to hand out dollars to everybody who bought shares for .0001 of a penny. I just can't see that happening. No one can cover this situation now its getting to AIG proportions and they are not getting bailed by the government. I can see this all ending in a very surprising way and I,m beginning to lose all my original excitement in this stock I originally bought last year as a 2-5 year investment.
Hope it all ends up well but I,m a bit more pessimistic now....GLTA”

post 35769:

“You have a strange assumption that I seem to agree with you. Nothing could be farther from the truth especially in your vitriolic ramblings about Gene.
I spoke to Gene only once almost a year ago now when I called him pertaining opportunities for his company here in Florida. What I thought would be a very brief conversation ended up being nearly all of the morning and all that we discussed then has either happened or hopefully is about to happen.
I am extremely worried by the amount of volume going on at the moment as I can't get my head around how the MM's/Hedge Funds can do what they are doing without fear of huge losses and or prosecution. I know they are far from stupid and expect them to get out of this somehow maybe at the expense of the shareholders of RCCH and the company itself. I hope I,m very wrong as I do have a lot vested in this company. I keep going back to the fundementals and see now what I saw over a year ago, a company that can thrive globally in any financial/political/ecological/geographical environment thrown at it and will do so indefinitely. Let,s hope these Hedgies don,t get it their way for once....GLTA”

post 35778:

I can't really express my fears except that the fact we are churning over billions of shares at the moment at .0001 which makes me think the hedge funds/mms MUST have an exit strategy which could be very detrimental to RCCH. If they don,t they are royally screwed.
It was alot easier to value the IWS part of RCCH with their current and planned revenue when the TA was ungagged at circa 300M O/S. I could value it then best case/ worst case at .27 and .07c respectively.
Since then so many other variables have come into it I simply havn't got a clue where we stand apart from its going to be very very good or very very bad...LOL!!!???
Gagged T/A, Fluffy but intrigueing PRs, Mysterious other possibly very valuable companies owned by RCCH, Uplisting to Top 4 Int exchange, J.Vs with other mysterious partners like CPIC and Baida, Aquisitions recent and future all make this a puzzle I can,t solve but have taken a huge bet on.....GLTA

My comment - My opinion is that giving the powerful lawless members of the market time to cover their positions in RCCH solves the International Stock Exchange ‘Elephant in the room’ problem.

In the cellar blocking article I linked above the author stated, “This phenomenon is referred to as, “”shaking the tree”” for weak-kneed investors and is very effective.”

MHO is that the NEW International Stock Exchange has delayed RCCH announcement to allow the VERY EFFECTIVE covering of RCCH short sales and thus avoided giving the United States another bailout problem. International Relations improves. The Global Joint Economic Policy Recovery Agreements are kept stable and in place. A win/win for both International Stock Exchanges because we the retail investors must remember that,

………“Orderly Markets are Good Policy.”………..

My WAG is a 30-day grace period with possible extension to 60 days. Time given to the United States Market Makers/Global Hedge Funds to cover before the uplist announcement for RCCH. I will be flamed by some here for being a Conspiracy Theory nut case but in the current financial climate I see all kinds of decisions being made behind closed doors without public notice.

If you were the new International Stock Exchange, would you think it prudent to assist in facilitating the MOASS (Mother Of All Short Squeezes) that some predict here? Creating more chaos on the American Financial Community. Or do you just delay the announcement for a couple of months? All legal and you maintain your much desired smooth interpersonal relationships with your counterparts on the United States Stock Exchanges. The naked short sales cover started with the massive volume increase starting with 700 Million shares traded on Friday couple of weeks ago.

From Rdavido post - According to an email from Gene Newton, “the uplist has been slowed from market conditions.”

Less sinister theory, New Stock Exchange advised Gene that uplist timing not good at this time. If that were the real reason Gene could have put out a PR to that effect citing sound business reasons. But this is not an IPO. It is an uplist. The delay with no real explanations and the implied “we are on schedule” takes me back to my original theory.
It conforms to my basic premise that I trust Gene Newton before I trust Wall Street Market Makers (who own and control the DTCC).

National Interest Policy of orderly markets overrides Retail Investor interests.
