This is my first request to the chart gods, so kindly go easy on me. I was curious if you have ever conducted an analysis of FTD, Fails to Deliver: http://failstodeliver.com/default.aspx

against the charts you review? In particular, I have two stocks that are of interest. The first, RCCH has gained attention with respect to the FTD issue and the next one RPDM is one in which I suspect has a similar pattern. Can you kindly provide your thoughtful insights into this matter? Thank you in advance for your valued time and consideration with this matter.
