Is that when they report 4th quater 2107 earnings?
I Know i know dd is not my strong point good answer. But yet i bought auroa at
.51 sold at .88 bought back in at 2.48, and 9.00 ,twijf at 2.13 and 22.00 last week. sigo at .62, gblx at .30, lxrp at .44 sprwf at .31 and 2.13, trtc at .11, .19 .31,.55 ,.18 and a few more inbetween on trtc. I was in Love with this stock. Unfortunately the .55 washed all my first purchases but the .18 then sell at .31 was very nice. Looks like if i chose to get back in will be cheaper then .31 only time will tell.
Imagine what my 1 year rate of return is. Astounding how no dd did that well. I have to be the luckiest guy in the world. I was looking for a article on what the top one percent of investors one year rate of returns are but i couldnt find it. Top 25% is around a 22% return and im absolutly crushing that.
So you post rules. Nice , but i still dont see a license with nuleaf and trtcs name on it. Still 50-50 to say anything else is ignorant.
I use to think pearl, and magnum didnt have any vision about this company. Now fast forward 2.5 years later, 20ish conference calls later and im bitching too. Kind of ironic.
You say cultivation wasn't operating because of the rules.
Lets play along with this notion...
Assuming all rules where in place by july 1st 2017 a compitent company would have already started construction on their cultivation sites with 9 months of rules. As a business owner (one that has to operate in the bkacm to stay operational) i would of had a design in mind and tweaked that design one week after the rules where realsed. And tried to have the ground broken within a month.
Two more questions. How did trtc buy wholesale pot on july 1st if there where no faculities ?
How did trtc competition build their faculities?
I know i know dd is not my strong point good answer.
Now maybe you can understand why im so mad about the epic fail in regards to the nevada cultivation permits.
Maybe because they did nothing with the grow licences they have already.
Please post link to final approval from the state of nevada in regards to the nuleaf deal?
Untill i see a license with trtc name on it. It still could be a loan. Its 50-50 its approved or its not

The NuLeaf Reno Note automatically converts into 50% of the membership interests of NuLeaf Reno upon approval from the State of Nevada. In the event either NuLeaf Sparks or NuLeaf Reno does not receive approval from the State of Nevada for such conversion by May 1, 2018, the applicable Convertible Promissory Note will become due and payable in equal quarterly installments of principal and interest beginning on August 1, 2018. Each Convertible Promissory Note accrues interest at a rate of 6% per annum, payable quarterly. Neither Convertible Promissory Note may be prepaid without the prior written consent of the Company.
How again do you explain dp saying 6-8-16 cultivation in Nevada will be open sometime in January 2017? When 6 months prior on 6-8-16 construction wasnt even started. He knew at the time that statement was false.
15 minutes 30 secounds in everyone can hear derrick pettersons lie. Best part is it comes right out of derricks mouth.

Press Release: Canopy Growth obtains license for first mega-scale BC facilityDOW JONES & COMPANY, INC. - 15 MINUTES AGO
Canopy Growth (TWMJF) obtains license for first mega-scale BC facility
Canada NewsWire
ALDERGROVE, BC, Feb. 20, 2018
Aldergrove License Secures Canopy with more than a Million Additional sq. ft. of Licensed Production
ALDERGROVE, BC, Feb. 20, 2018 /CNW/ - Canopy Growth Corporation (TWMJF) ("Canopy Growth" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has received a cultivation licence for the first of its two sites operating under the BC Tweed Joint Venture Inc. ("BC Tweed") banner.
The rapid licensing of the Aldergrove site, the largest federally licensed cannabis site anywhere in the world, continues a pattern of professional execution for the Company as it prepares to meet an unprecedented increase in demand in a few short months once legal adult-use markets commence. The initial licensing covers over 400,000 sq. ft. of growing space, allowing vegetative growth so that the mature plants can be spread into the full 1.3 million sq. ft. in the coming months for flowering and ultimate harvest.
Friday was the culmination of world class execution (and not much sleep) from the Company's BC team with support from teams across the country, as in only a few short months the site was renovated with lighting, shade systems, security, and automated systems to meet the rigorous standards of both the ACMPR and Canopy Growth (TWMJF). Over the weekend, the site received the largest single shipment of cannabis clones in the Company's history, with over 100,000 live cannabis clones flying high from the Tweed Smiths Falls Campus to their new home in British Columbia.
"Our team has made monumental and often historic progress in the retail landscape of every Canadian province to have announced its system to date. We are the only producer in Canada who can make this claim and we will continue to leverage our production platform in order to solidify a truly national presence for our cannabis brands," said Mark Zekulin, President, Canopy Growth (TWMJF). "A cultivation license for our first BC Tweed site positions us to continue this trend as Canada's, and indeed the world's largest, most reliable and most diversified producer and seller of high quality regulated cannabis."
"As proud native British Columbians and long-time horticulture producers we are excited to continue the proud tradition of BC bud on a national scale," said Victor Krahn, who runs operations for BC Tweed. "Working with Canopy Growth (TWMJF) we're going to take the Tweed brand to the next level on the West Coast and bring the best our province has to offer to the country and the world."
With the Aldergrove, BC site now into the production stage, BC Tweed's focus will turn to its second BC site, a 1.7 million sq. ft. greenhouse, with work already well under way. With this expansion, Canopy Growth(TWMJF) is on track to have over 5.6 million sq. ft. of domestic growing space.
Management consulted IIROC and made the decision to halt trading of Canopy Growth (TWMJF) common shares on the TSX on Friday, Feb 16(th) at approximately 4:20 pm ET when it learned that it had been issued the licence because it represented a material change in the Company's production capacity.

News tab in i hub 8k on 11-1-17 if you want to read the rest.
Cliff note 27 i will believe it when i see it
Cliff note 14 lol 1st of new year. Hmm well its 2018 and I still dont see any nevada grows.
I just want to retire young. I wish dp would get his grow opps opperational in nevada. I wish trtc was building the biggist grow in California or the world with the 900 million shares they sold. I dont give a shit about another dispensary. Look to the north at companies building 120,000 kg per year green houses. Imagine that in cali and nevada.
120 million grams at 5 dollars a gram.
Yeah thats why i want trtc to get their shit together.
Where o where are all the nevada grows?
Dp say open january 2017 on 6-8-16 how could he say cultivation would be open in six months if they where not building then.
Minute 15:30. Dp says cultivation in nevada will be open in january. What a lie.
https://smallcapvoice.com/blog/6-8-16-smallcapvoice-interview-with-terra-tech-corp-trtc/
Dp says at minute 15 ish that we plan to have the nevada grows operational in January 2017 Thats a promise that never happened.
https://smallcapvoice.com/blog/6-8-16-smallcapvoice-interview-with-terra-tech-corp-trtc/
Fast forward to today. How can i believe the nevada grow buildouts are happening now?
They where already surpost to be built.
Fool me once, your fault.
Fool me twice, my fault.
Found it first try start lisening at minute 15 and you will hear his lie about cultivation in nevada.
https://smallcapvoice.com/blog/6-8-16-smallcapvoice-interview-with-terra-tech-corp-trtc/
Where do I find those? Small cap voice?
Final vote to be held one day before G7 conference. I think for trtc and the Us pot companies it will be in their best interest if the vote passes because then i think it will be a topic of discussion at the G7 meeting. From what i read most people belive it will pass but nothing is certain.
https://senate-gro.ca/news/senate-cannabis-timetable/
Would be great.
What if corona is buying a large stack in the company? First a taste now the steak. Just a thought no real info on this.
I agree 100% with that statement. But canada might happen this year. Ill go for the one in my hand. Rather then the 2 kn the bush.
They floped on the nevada grows. End of story.
Do you have the links where trtc said the nevada grows would be built after the rec. Vote happened? Also if you have time could you pm. me your thoughts on the candian market?
Non sense, when blum was privatly held they knew how to profit. Now the only thing they grow is share count. 7ish dispensaries one currently running grow opp just big enough for blum oakland.
I mean look how much dp profited selling blum oak to trtc.
One private dispensairy one grow opp.
So when it took dp's money they grew. now that it takes stocks to get money they spend.
Who needs to worry about profit just print anouther 100million shares but wait now they are running out of shares to print. What happens next . 5 posibilities the way i see it.
1. Become self sustained, as in turn a profit. (Highly unlikely)
2 reverse split so they can add more shares.
3 they could get bought out
4 they could shut their bussiness down.
5 vote to raise share count.
Logic dictates rs. But i dont have any real knowledge about that so this is a assumption. (My guess as to what happens)
Become profitable( my $100.00 a share trtc blinders wish list) my guess this is on your wish list too Briar.
Have you grown it? Because our elite green house partner, panther gap farms is a bunch of hoop houses. I could build hoop houses out of rerod, 20ft pvc, and green house plastic. Then read jeff lowells Teaming with Microbs book and grow great organic weed.
I think i got the authors name wrong its been awhile since ive read that book.
You better hope so would hate for it to be a loan at 6% interest rate.
On a side note how do you post pictures on the board?
And trtc us in the green
The Farm is not 244,000 sq foot lease, they dont even grow on 244,000 sq ft. Not to mention Panter gap farms and the farms are not leases. They are a agrement to buy product. The important question is at what price does trtc pay per pound?
Anouther question is. Does trtc buy all the product produced? Or can panter, and the farm sell it to other dispensiories too?
You and your half truths.
Hope u have 20 million shares
If or when the us. Government policy changes i will go all in on trtc and a few other us mj companies. But for now twmjf, acbff, sprwf, ivitf lxrp have all my money with acbff holding most of it. I'm not going to lie i know if the politicle environment changes in the us our pot stocks will have a run never seen before in the pot industry. $$$$$ Untill then i might add a few more trtc here and there but nothing much looking to get in at .24-.22 range.
In the green
Clearly with the article after article ive posted about pot prices they dont apply here. Got it. Thanks. Kids dont worry about history class its not realvent. Per pound produced this was the most profitable year to have cultivation going. Margins on pounds produce will only go down from here. You dont have to believe me though we can just check back in a year and see where prices went.
To everyone who listend to past conference calls. Who rembers trtc saying they where waiting to start the buildouts on the grows untill they see if the rec. Vote passes. Well rec. Is on and still no culitivation.... ... How do you explain this?
How Cheap Will The Price For Wholesale Marijuana Become In America?
Johnny Green
Dec 8, 2017, 11:48 am
When I first started consuming cannabis in 1993 the price of cannabis was expensive. It was not uncommon for people to pay $400 an ounce in Oregon at the time, and my cousins in Idaho were paying significantly more than that. To be fair, that was for the best of the best, with brickweed costing a fraction of that price back then. Cannabis was very much illegal back then, and not nearly as many people grew it as they do today.
The price of cannabis remained high through the mid-2000’s in Oregon, but towards the end of last decade, prices started to drop. In this decade, prices on the unregulated market have straight up plummeted. I have heard of indoor pounds of decent cannabis going for as cheap as $310/lb in Oregon. Even prices for regulated cannabis has gone way down in Oregon, with prices being as cheap as $3/gram at a handful of dispensaries I have visited. The $3/gram isn’t anything to write home about, but it is decent (and lab tested).
Oregon is not the only state where cannabis prices are dropping significantly. According to a recent article by Madison.com, the average wholesale price of marijuana in Colorado has dropped from $2,000 in January 2015 to $1,300 today. An article from September in Forbes said that prices were down significantly in Washington State as well. It’s not exactly a secret why wholesale prices are dropping – there is more marijuana being grown than there are people to buy it.
No other state right now is a better example of the saturation of marijuana cultivation than Oregon. As of this posting, the state of Oregon has received 1,819 applications from businesses that want to cultivate marijuana, of which 874 have already been approved. I check the stats often, and every time I check them the number keeps climbing upward. To put it into perspective, Coloradocurrently has 707 licensed retail marijuana cultivators. Washington State has even less licensed growers than that, and both states have populations that are significantly larger than Oregon.
California is set to roll out adult-use marijuana licenses in 2018, but the way things are going to be structured, there will be no limit to marijuana production licenses. Local municipalities can put regulations in place to limit the amount of marijuana grows in their jurisdiction (or ban them altogether), but no such caps will be put in place by the state of California at this time. The amount of cannabis that is going to be grown in America’s most populous state is going to be insane, especially during the outdoor season.
My buddy Jorge Cervantes made the following post on Facebook today that could provide some insight into where things are headed in America:
$8 dollars per pound! I text back and forth with Jorge this morning, and he estimated that the cannabis in question is between 8-12% THC, so it’s not the best. But still, 8 bucks is 8 bucks. Obviously, America’s wholesale cannabis prices will never be that low, but once big agriculture increases its footprint in the cannabis industry, prices are going to be lower than many growers could ever imagine. I still know some people in Oregon that get top dollar for their harvests, but they are becoming rarer by the day. Even the best of the best is either getting cheaper, or harder to push, or both.
What do Weed News readers think? How low do you think the wholesale price will get for cannabis in the future (2-5 years or so)? Do you think that there will ever be a balance between supply and demand, or that supply will always outpace demand, and that prices will continue to plummet as a result
In the 12 months from July 1, 2016, through June 30 of this year, Colorado's pot price has plunged by just over 40 percent," according to the report, sliding from $1,994 per pound to the aforementioned all-time low of $1,181

Good article on whats happing and will keep happening. It also said that they excluded out door grows.
