The odds of payoff or rate-of-return (ROR) are much, much greater than the current stock price (SP).
Some of the extremely fortunate ones are already up 50 to 100 fold.
Yes, they acquired UOIP b/t .0001 - .0002.
Moreover, you're lucky this is grey; otherwise, the SP would probably be > .04 (if not much higher).
See, you're already getting a 60-75% discount if can acquire shares.
The issues with the symbol are (and have been):
- a caveat emptor warning--financials (for years)
- financial not being current (reason went grey--alerted by???)

You're referring to leverage however.
Some win, some lose and overtime, some lose everything.
Many of us (if not most) are seasoned investors and know the details.
This is an extremely unique and atypical situation.

We've all considered that possibility.
The ROR outweighs the risk EXPONENTIALLY.
Much like life, there is no guarantee of anything.
Also, some don't tolerate the irrelevant daily swings of the SP, but it's all psychological.
- This stock has held-up very well for a grey.
- Most greys end-up going BK, diluting or R/S'ing.
I don't think you comprehend the full scope and history of what's involved.
We have a great VC (Carter), best law firm (Mishcon), preceding wins and "The patents".

Indemnification may require a guilty verdict.
For Arris (CommScope) to indemnify, a guilty jury verdict may be required, per the terms of their contract(s).
And, just as important, then and only then, can they justify going after Cisco and others since found in violation of "Said" patents.
Arris (CommScope) most definitely want to remain in good standing with their clients so it's my hope, they end-up buying the patents before merger.
Probably at a discounted one-time "take-it or leave-it" offer.
The acquisition buyout price gave Arris an additional billion-plus dollars or so.
Else, we could be going to trial.
Also, looking forward to Cisco's response tomorrow (1/19/19)...?
