This makes no sense. No losses ever.

No trader wants losses.

Options are for leverage.

HFT, Hedgie, Big Banks & institutional investors account for over half of the daily market (at least the NASDAQ, AMEX and DOW) volume.

If a professional trader isn't one of these, then they ride the coattails of their algos (programmed trading).
