TRANSFER AGENT: Olde Monmouth Stock Transfer Co., Inc.

The OTCMarkets website has been updated with the current number of outstanding shares. The number is the same as shared by rstar on March 22nd in his post #39832 i.e. 1,614,601,069. OTC website doesn't have the float number and I assume it would also be the same as in the post #39832. I have copied post #39832 below.

Thanks rstar for finding and sharing this information with all of us. It may now means that Carter probably owns about 56%+ of the outstanding shares instead of 90% as reported in SCH-13d reported in Nov. 2015.

I was able to reach Jeff today. He refused to share the numbers with me. He told me that he did update the numbers in his system and didn't know why these were not showing in the OTC system. He also told me that update happens on every 1st of the month, and the next update will be on May 1st. I requested him to follow up and check why his update did not go through in the system.

I’ve updated our system so info will be shares with OTC going forward for this ticker. Current I/O is 1,614,601,069, float is 663,868,192.
