Too much "crying wolf" on this board. For months and months that is all I have heard. It's always "good news is coming soon" or "next week" or "a major announcement is coming in two weeks". Or, "Crayola jewelry is now in stores" or "the launch has started" or or or!!!
But the truth is Crayola jewelry was supposed to be in stores last year in the third quarter. Then the "launch" was postponed to October. Then they missed the Black Friday sale weekend. Then they blew Christmas off. And now they have missed Valentine's Day. And yet, all along we were told "have patience" or we were bombarded with old and useless press releases. Meanwhile the PPS keeps hitting new lows.
So whatever happens with Zalemark or Steven Zale (and I truly believe that will be BANKRUPTCY) the criminal past of Steven Zale will now follow him like a plague.
Steven-Zale's CRIMINAL PAST will-follow him wherever he goes.
No major retailer or name brand needs or wants that kind of association. He will always be associated with DEALING large amounts of COCAINE, spending at least THREE YEARS IN PRISON, plus being ARRESTED ON CHARGES OF EMBEZZELMENT.
No-merger; Crayola not in stores; Audit not possible.
Zalemark: Another phony press release August 17, 2015:
"The M&M’S® Brand jewelry line will be available for retailers to preview in late 2015, with distribution in first quarter 2016. With price points ranging from $49 to $129, the new line will appeal to a wide range of consumers — from trendy twenty-somethings to style mavens and collectors of M&M’S® Brand memorabilia. points ranging from $49 to $129, the new line will appeal to a wide range of consumers — from trendy twenty-somethings to style mavens and collectors of M&M’S® Brand memorabilia."
No major retailers viewed the collection and placed orders. I don't even think that there was a jewelry collection that was ever produced. All of this will be evident as soon as the BANKRUPTCY documents are filed. I certainly expect a BK before the unaudited annual statement comes out.
There are no funds...
Debt continues to skyrocket...
Payments are long overdue...
ZMRK is led by an inept convicted felon, Steven Zale...
Ernest Martel, Raymond Ruiz and Caren Currier are puppets (Zuppets) of
Steven Zale...
Need I go on?
What's current is: a company that loses million$.
Current is: No Sales
Current is: No Profits
Current is: A company that can't pay its bills
Current is: A Bankruptcy Filing
Post-6743: "Product is-in stores". What stores???
"We are updating our site"??? What-does that-mean?
Are you an outside investor or part of the Zalemark team?
Who are you updating the Zalemark website with. I just am not understanding your use of the word "we".
And btw what stores are "we" selling Crayola jewelry to.
Crayola jewelry is-NOT-in stores. I called Crayola.
The woman on the phone stated for sure the jewelry wasn't in any stores (yet). She couldn't tell me if it was, or was not, going to be in stores as there were "delays". I asked her if the Hallmark stores would be carrying the jewelry and she emphatically said no. She referred me to the crayolajewelry.com website.
Call 800-272-9652 to verify what I have posted here.
What's more relevant is the third quarter financials.
Assets declined by over $3,000,000.00.
Income DECREASED by over 800%.
The cost of the merchandise sold (cost of goods) was more than what they sold the merchandise for. So whatever they sold, they sold it at a loss.
The desparate longs are still trying to put a positive spin on a company that has close to $8,000,000 in NEGATIVE retained earnings. And those negative retained earnings have to increase as Zalemark didn't deliver any Crayola jewelry in the fourth quarter.
Bankruptcy looms.
"Great news coming" means ZMRK PPS will drop.
It always does. And it declines even further in the weeks following the announcement. The reason why that happens is quite simple. Zalemark NEVER delivers on what it says. The company, along with the ever hopeful wishful thinkers are trying to hype the stock price do they can get out without taking HUGE losses. But the reality is the Zalemark PPS has only one direction...and that is down.
The press or news releases may or may not have an impact on volume but it ALWAYS has had a negative impact on the PPS.
Here is the before and after info on the last three "material events":
Q3 financials are released on Monday, November 16, 2015.
Friday, November 13, closed at $0.186. Volume 888.
Monday, the 16th, closed at $.0184. Volume was 120,340.
Tuesday the 17th, closed at $.0131. Volume was 102,884.
Audit engagement letter press release: November 11, 2015.
November 10. Closes at $0.0186. Volume was 10,432.
November 11. Closes at $0.0186. Volume was -0-.
November 12. Closes at $0.0166. Volume was 29,018.
The Kodiak million dollar press release: October 29, 2015.
October 28. Closes at $0.021. Volume was 120,240.
October 29. Closes at $0.0136. Volume was 333,436
October 30. Closes at $0.017. Volume was 83,864.
Please don't forget that some of those closes would have been lower if someone hadn't been slapping the ask at the close with the 888 or now 1,000 share trades.
My previous post discredits the Zoyalist Zuppet Zaleombies.
After so many posts of theirs stating the Crayola merchandise was in stores, smart investors have a choice in who to believe.
Nothing is in stores, nothing is trickling into stores.
Don't rely on Zalemark or the twice convicted felon Steven "please have pity on me" Zale. Call Crayola and get the truth: 800-272-9652.
Bankruptcy or annual financials. Which will come first?
Zalemark has run out of money, so my guess is BK. When you have no funding, why pay unnecessary expenses like getting your financial statements audited. Why pay for upgrades to your website. Why pay for renewal of certain trademarks. Meanwhile the PPS hit a new low today. Can anyone tell me if Crayola jewelry is in any retail stores. Zalemark needs HUGE sales and revenue if they are going to reverse the NEGATIVE RETAINED EARNINGS of close to EIGHT MILLION DOLLARS. There are no more whales to float this sinking boat.
When you are stupid, you don't know you are stupid. It is difficult only for the others.
It's the same when you are dead.
Still waiting to hear what-stores Crayola-jewelry is in.
Possibly it's in the 99 Cents Only Stores.
Speaking of "facts". Will Zalemark ship-merchandise from California?
They will be breaking California law if they do so. Zalemark failed to pay the California Sectetary of State the required fees and therefore surrendered their right to conduct business in or out of California. As their last financial statement showed, California is where they are domiciled.
Speaking of "facts". Any news on-the JTV lawsuit?
A $4,000,000.00 lawsuit filed AGAINST Zalemark.
Will anything be stated in the annual report?
Speaking of "facts". Any news-on M&M jewelry?
Product was supposed to be ready for buyers to look at last year with delivery/launch in the first quarter of this year. Did any major department stores or jewelry retail chains view the merchandise or better yet place any orders? This will be a repeat of last years fiasco with Crayola that stretched into this year.
Speaking of "facts". What stores is Crayola in?
You posted you knew tha product was in stores but you just "cry wolf" as always.
The operating system is-through CentOS. Zalemark didn't pay the website that provides the content.
Zalemark didn't pay-the website fee. The check bounced. The same thing happened with stevenzale.com. The account was suspended for non payment. The same situation with the "Steven Zale" trademark. It wasn't renewed as Steven Zale couldn't make the payment. Investors should verify their information prior to posting it. They have "cried wolf" too many times before.
Did you also hear what-stores the Crayola-jewelry is-in?
Zalemark.com is-not working. Lack of payment, NOT maintenance.
Are the faithful "Longs" still confident in Zalemark?
Many of them have posted that the Crayola product was in stores. But so far no one has been able to name one retailer. Can someone tell us where those stores are, so we can purchase Crayola jewelry. Or was that just "wishful thinking" again?
BTW: in case you missed it. The PPS hit a new all time low today.
ZMRK missed the third-quarter Crayola launch, then-missed Black-Friday, then missed Christmas and now missed Valentine's Day. Not one major retailer thought enough of the product to place any orders. Plus, what retailers would want to be associated with a convicted cocaine dealing drug dealer who also was arrested for embezzlement. And then he puts out his own video trying to act like an innocent bystander.
Look at the last set of financials: close to $8,000,000.00 in NEGATIVE RETAINED EARNINGS!!!
An inept leader can't turn this company around...no one can. The million dollar investor whales have lost their money. And so has the somewhat less than a million dollar investor, Ernest Martel. Also, the sweat equity people have perspired too much without anything to show for it. What is the use of going forward. They know they are on a sinking ship.
Pull the plug already.
How can any investor believe anything from Steven Zale/Zalemark?
They have no credibility. NOTHING ZMRK or the Zuppets have ever stated has come to fruition
From October_26, 2015: "Zalemark is-currently courting-several industry-icons to fill position of President to be announced soon."
Well, that announcement went in the same direction as the much touted "Crayola Launch".
What makes anyone think that Zalemark will survive is beyond me. But yet the Zuppets, that have done what they think is due diligence, are still are hoping for a resurrection. Possibly as a tie in for an Easter sales promotion.
Quite fitting...don't you think.
Does ANYONE have any "Good News" regarding Zalemark?
Does ANYONE know if Crayola is in any stores?
Does ANYONE know if Zalemark is still in business?
I keep seeing posts that are positive BUT never is there any back-up to substantiate the claims that Crayola or M&M product is in any stores.
Zalemark WILL DEFAULT on the Crayola/M&M's licensing agreements.
There are minimum quarterly payments due. Zalemark has no funds to pay anyone. The were hoping that the PPS would be high enough so that they could trade stock for cash. But with the price of the stock hitting new lows, the company has no value. I can't wait to read the BANKRUPTCY documents as I think BK will happen prior to ZMRK releasing the annual financial report.
Are the Zoyalists still laughing? PPS hit new-low.
Now is is a perfect time for them to purchase more worthless shares.
With no revenue stream of any kind, and that includes Crayola, M&M's and all other Zalemark entities, isn't it time to stop "crying wolf" and face the reality that doomsday is here. How many times must Zalemark, Steven "pity me" Zale and Ernest Martel disappoint you before you finally believe I-Glow and I are correct in calling this a company that sells shares and not jewelry.
How do you suppose that Zalemark will stay afloat? They are out of options and no white knight will come forward to save them. There is no way the "sweat equity" people want to still be associated with this company or Steven Zale. Zale has lied to them and the stockholders. These losers need to get a real job...like flipping hamburgers somewhere.
But the real losers are the investors...the innocent ones that invested money that they couldn't afford to lose. The greedy investors that did their own DD and are still happy with their findings, are still holding on for a miracle that won't happen.
There is no Crayola jewelry in any major-stores.
It's always wishful thinking by the "cry wolf" Zoyalists. Never any facts to back up what they say.
They can't name one major retailer who purchased Crayola jewelry.
No retail store wants to be associated with an ex con that would tarnish their brand. Especially, a gun carrying imprisoned cocaine drug dealer who was also arrested for embezzlement.
The Crayola and M&M's licenses are going to disappear for lack of sales and performance. They have to end this association with Zalemark and Steven Zale as it does nothing to enhance their brands.
LOL??? (That's nervous laughter isn't it?)
Still waiting for someone to post the stores that the phantom shipments of Crayola jewelry supposedly went to.
A lot of talk on this board but never any real DD or follow up by the longs.
Past-performance is-a great indicator of future-success or failure. That's what makes horse races, betting on Zalemark is an extreme long shot. The longs have lost most of their money by staying in the race.
Zalemark and Steven Zale are right on track to repeat their numerous bankruptcies and failures. There has not been one successful endeavor that I could see from their filings and news releases. But the longs can still be hopeful as evidenced by the continued support that had been given to the convicted imprisoned felon Steven Zale.
Zalemark is-not bouncing back but descending into BANKRUPTCY.
There are no actual sales. There is no cash flow.
Only the longs that bought at much higher prices are still holding on.
Steven Zale keeps disappointing them but they must like it because they come back for more B.S.
Hoping that the PPS will stop dropping and rise so they can finally get out.
It's not going to happen. No major retailer will buy goods that are untested. Zalemark and Crayola missed the the many chances that they had. It's over, Zalemark blew the only opportunity they had, which was to test merchandise in the fall with the hopes that if they had good sales then there would be huge Christmas orders.
No buyers like the Crayola jewelry collection. Nobody placed orders.
No orders = no deliveries.
It's really quite simple...most people can understand that.
What stores Jason? You-posted Crayola is-in stores.
Please back up your statement with facts.
My information has been PROVEN correct.
Steven Zale is an ex con arrested for embezzlement.
Steven Zale served three years in prison for dealing large amounts of cocaine.
I was the first to post about the doubling of the A/S.
I stated emphatically that no major retailer placed orders for Crayola jewelry...EVER.
I said nothing would be delivered for Fall 2015, Black Friday, Christmas and Valentine's Day.
I forecasted (at $0.04) that ZMRK was dropping in price to sub penny.
I stated you could buy shares direct from Zalemark at half price or less.
So again, please tell us what stores have Crayola jewelry for sale. I haven't seen it at Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Sak's, Nordstom, Neiman's or even Helzberg, Zale, Kay Jewelers, etc.
BTW: "Wishful Thinking and High Hopes" don't count as actual retail placement.
Jason, what-stores? There are-no material-events than-can-save Zalemark.
The company is out of money. It's over.
Who will sign-off on-the accuracy of-the annual report?
Certainly not Steven Zale. He has tried to distance himself from the company. So it left to his stooges; Raymond Ruiz, Caren Currier or Ernest Martel. They know how inaccurate those unaudited financials are. But will they sign their names to the documents. There is HUGE liability in doing that. When the Zalemark goes bankrupt their will be lawsuits galore. These officers and/or directors got paid on stock that is now worthless. Is it worth the risk to them to continue what they are doing if there is absolutely no compensation in the future for them? They have followed an inept leader because of his promises. I don't think anyone will sign those documents as the liability is too great. It's that Risk/Reward thing.
Bankruptcy or Annual Report: Which will come first?
With no revenue stream coming in and no purchase orders from any major retailer since Zalemark's big "event" in June of last year, my guess is bankruptcy prior to the unaudited annual financial statement.
There is no future to Steven Zale or Zalemark now that his criminal past has been acknowledged. No brands or retailers want to be associated with someone of his dubious behavior. It's just not a good reflection on their companies. Look at the video again (all six parts), Zale try's to diffuse his criminality by blaming someone else. He is trying to spin it like he was just an innocent bystander that was helping two individuals..."very benevolent".
He should have come clean...it was his chance to redeem himself but instead he begs for pity and lies about his involvement. His criminal past will now follow him everywhere in the future.
Zalemark is ready to file BK. Out of money.
No major retailers liked Crayola jewelry. End-of story.
That is why no orders were shipped. There were NO ORDERS.
The concept failed. Ask Steven Zale himself to tell you what retailers liked the collection: NONE.
Who funds-this IHub site? When Zalemark files-bankruptcy will the site still be here?
Does Zalemark contribute financially to this posting board?
Thanks Mirage: the implosion and collapse has-begun.
No funds left.
Hey "longs", try and dump your shares now...
I am so into gloating.
Mirage: you made my day.
