Certainly not Steven Zale. He has tried to distance himself from the company. So it left to his stooges; Raymond Ruiz, Caren Currier or Ernest Martel. They know how inaccurate those unaudited financials are. But will they sign their names to the documents. There is HUGE liability in doing that. When the Zalemark goes bankrupt their will be lawsuits galore. These officers and/or directors got paid on stock that is now worthless. Is it worth the risk to them to continue what they are doing if there is absolutely no compensation in the future for them? They have followed an inept leader because of his promises. I don't think anyone will sign those documents as the liability is too great. It's that Risk/Reward thing.
