Bankruptcy or Annual Report: Which will come first?
With no revenue stream coming in and no purchase orders from any major retailer since Zalemark's big "event" in June of last year, my guess is bankruptcy prior to the unaudited annual financial statement.
There is no future to Steven Zale or Zalemark now that his criminal past has been acknowledged. No brands or retailers want to be associated with someone of his dubious behavior. It's just not a good reflection on their companies. Look at the video again (all six parts), Zale try's to diffuse his criminality by blaming someone else. He is trying to spin it like he was just an innocent bystander that was helping two individuals..."very benevolent".
He should have come clean...it was his chance to redeem himself but instead he begs for pity and lies about his involvement. His criminal past will now follow him everywhere in the future.
