ZMRK missed the third-quarter Crayola launch, then-missed Black-Friday, then missed Christmas and now missed Valentine's Day. Not one major retailer thought enough of the product to place any orders. Plus, what retailers would want to be associated with a convicted cocaine dealing drug dealer who also was arrested for embezzlement. And then he puts out his own video trying to act like an innocent bystander.
Look at the last set of financials: close to $8,000,000.00 in NEGATIVE RETAINED EARNINGS!!!
An inept leader can't turn this company around...no one can. The million dollar investor whales have lost their money. And so has the somewhat less than a million dollar investor, Ernest Martel. Also, the sweat equity people have perspired too much without anything to show for it. What is the use of going forward. They know they are on a sinking ship.
Pull the plug already.
