===========================================
May 21, 2007
Recently, an EB Reader posed a very interesting question, one which probably resonates with many Integral shareholders.
Question:
So, with each passing month this stock appears less and less attractive. The old adage that time will tell is sadly starting to look like it is telling a sad story.
Are you still a believer?
Answer:
Excellent question. Thanks for giving me an opportunity to field it.
Am I still a Believer? Strangely enough, I am still a believer -- though like you--I am stymied by the silence and lack of action.
Sources say that JARCO is ready to move forward and in ways that they can, are moving forward. Their sales force is in the field and arrangements for production and specific manufacturing needs are being made. The problem with that scenario is that JARCO can't call the shots. Only Integral Technologies can.
My thinking is, it would make product easier to sell if information was more readily available, not only to the shareholders, but to the market through the licensees and their competitors.
In my view, making this happen is Integral's job #1.
At the moment, I too am wondering at the game plan in effect. The Discovery Channel video was an event Integral should have been on top of. The same goes for the CPU and the Modern Plastics articles. Even after the fact, they should have been paraded as forward progress. That said, not all is lost. The public release of the third party test results is another milestone which should make news, along with the approval of a key patent--mentioned in one of CEO Bill Robinson’s recent interviews--which is due shortly.
I understand the angst many shareholders are experiencing and, to be honest, I too am wondering at the continued silence.
The reason –
As for being a believer, the reason is strictly because of Jasper Rubber Products, Inc. (JARCO's) involvement.
The ElectriPlast IP is novel and will catch on. That is not to say this was always the case. In the past, Integral had a major handicap in its efforts to move beyond the next level—looking at the company from the perspective of an interested producer, companies had to take in the whole scope of the supply chain before committing themselves. When they saw Integral, they pretty much saw Tom Aisenbrey sitting in the back shop of Integral's office spaces, mixing limited amounts of product—and nothing near that which could possibly support the massive needs of a Fortune 100/500 company.
To move to the next level, or better, to attract companies who regarded not only ElectriPlast as a viable product, but the company pushing it forward as a competent and serious contender for their purchasing/investment dollars, Integral needed to break out of that mold and become aligned with an established manufacturer. This is where JARCO entered the scene, stage right.
To date, JARCO has invested vast resources and money on production machinery alone--and plan on spending more to possibly quadruple production capacity. To further back this investment, JARCO’s money has also been spent on the hiring additional personnel, third party testing, supply chain coordination, and other expansion-related issues.
Suffice it to note, the details are grey, and rightly so, but what is known is that they are believers, and are deeply invested in the success of ElectriPlast. I am following their lead because this long established, $70 million dollar leading manufacture company is already a success story. That, and the fact that they are close enough to the action to see the fire, when all you and I can do is smell the smoke.
So, there you have it. While I too have concerns about Integral's recent silence, I realize that much of my concern comes from my inquisitive nature, and desire to know more. Still, I do not let that stop me from uncovering more or from sharing my discoveries with others.
Linked on this Blog is the Discovery Channel video someone kindly posted on the Internet. We have run the stories that (in my opinion) Integral should have featured, and are generating our own stories based on the submitted and approved patents and the speculative logic associated with the prospective innovations they can offer.
My beliefs are not based on blind faith. They are based on an investment; I have serious money riding on this company and JARCO is the kicker. They are a private, employee-owned company currently earning about $80 million plus dollars by manufacturing plastic products for their Fortune 500 client base. Do you think they would forsake their reputation in the industry and risk loosing their client base if they thought their partnership with Integral Technologies would not work? I thought you’d say that!
Yeah, I would like to see more action; I would like to hear and relay more success stories, but I also realize that there are milestones in the near future which will be met. I can wait for their arrival. Can you?
Cheers and best regards from the Heart of Bavaria,
PK sends...
pgs,
I don't know anything about an interview with a group of Dutch Investors -- that could very well be the case, but I'm just not aware if it.
From the basis of your post, however, I think you are referring to these comments:
"In the first half of 2007, a third-party facility was completing the chemical and electrical testing of ElectriPlast pellets. Robinson says he hopes Integral will see more patents approved by the end of 2007 and hopes to begin selling pellets by the end of the year. Although he says he’s not quite sure when customers will be able to purchase cell phones with Plas-Tenna, Robinson thinks the long wait for Integral to see its product in the marketplace is nearly over. “We’re talking with the top one or two manufacturers of cell phone bodies,” Robinson says. “They’re putting a lot of pressure on us to get the testing done. The design cycles are 12 to 18 months out, so I’d be thrilled if we made enough impact to see phones [with PlasTenna] in late 2008.”
Those comments were taken from the CPU Article that is posted on PK's blog. To access the article in its entirety, go here: http://www.badongo.com/file/3059555
Having said all of that, please keep in mind that in this reference Mr. Robinson is talking about one narrow application -- cell phone bodies. This reference does not appear to exclude the thousands of other uses for ElectriPlast.

That is a nice piece. It was very professionally put together.

nysepick,
Agreed. To their credit, I have never once heard them complain about their role in the "pecking order." They simply marshall on like good soldiers and bear the brunt of the fire thrown at the "front lines." They apparently knew that they were getting themselves into when they signed on.
regards,
GK
P.S. - Like you, I am in no way making an excuse for the lack of information, or the seeming void in organization of thought at having this TCO when they first learned about the interview taking place.
daviking,
Since you pulled those quotes from the TS site, then you also know it was part of a broader dialogue (s)he and I were having. In a nutshell, they made a broad-brush statement that EP didn’t do everything that was claimed and I challenged it. If they’d said, “In my opinion, EP cannot do everything that is claimed” that would have been one thing, but they didn’t do that – they presented their claim as an absolute fact. I asked for proof and they came back with an attempt to set themselves up as a self-styled expert in the plastics arena, which is hardly the “proof” I was looking for and the readers deserved.
Their logic was pretty much along the lines of, “if it didn’t work in the past (conductive polymers) then it cannot be expected to work in the present,” which is pretty faulty logic, wouldn’t you agree? The world is full of countless THOUSANDS of technological advancements today that owe their successes (at least in part) to the trail blazed by others.

gktignol
We'll see
Despite your skepticism I think I'll stick with Integral Technologies.
Good luck with your investments,
gktignol
I guess someone forgot to tell
the CEA, the patent office, their 4 (thus far) licensees, and Jasper Rubber in particular. Not to mention the 200+ NDA holders. Having said that, I can somewhat understand your skepticism. It is pretty much in line with the skepticism Mr. Aisenbrey initially met with during some of his earlier presentations, that is until he proved their skepticism unwarranted.
My only "beef" was / is in the presentation of your statement as a fact. The abject failure of previous "vendors" you alude to is not and cannot be a guarantee of failure of this current one (Integral Technologies).
Nice try, though.
gktignol
Please supply your data / facts to back up your statement, "but I can tell you that it doesn't do everything claimed."
It's quite easy to toss words around. Let's see your facts. Here's your chance: you made the statement, now prove it!
gktignol
Thanks, Sptnws
Integral is supposedly working to have it linked to their home page ( www.itkg.net ) as well.

plf,
That is definitely looking for that "third alternative!"
Great idea!
Now, do we have anyone willing to undertake that task?
Hey! I'm smart enough to know I'd better not go there with that one! haha
I'm with you on your previous post: it's time to see talk translate into action (that we can see). I hardly see how any of the longs could argue with you on that point.
Let 'er rip, Bill!

Raptor Networks Technology to Debut Distributed Networking as Legacy Upgrade Approach at Department of Defense DISA Partner Conference
via COMTEX
April 30, 2007
SANTA ANA, Calif., April 30, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ --
Raptor Networks Technology, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: RPTN.OB), provider of the world's first distributed network switching architectures, announced today that it will debut "distributed core networking" as an efficient, high performance upgrade to existing legacy networks at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Partner Conference in Nashville, Tenn., starting today and continuing through May 2. DISA is the combat support agency responsible for planning, engineering, acquiring, fielding, and supporting global net-centric solutions to serve the needs of the President, Vice President, the Secretary of Defense, and other Department of Defense Components, under all conditions of peace and war.
(Logo: http://www.newscom.com/cgi-bin/prnh/20040429/RPTNLOGO )
Raptor Networks Technology recently announced the successful completion of the Department of Defense Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) Certification testing.
"We are very pleased to have the opportunity to demonstrate the power of distributed core networks to a customer base that seeks and needs the very finest performance available," noted Raptor Networks Chairman and CEO Tom Wittenschlaeger. "In support of our integration partner, CACI, in Booth Number 639, we will be demonstrating the latest feature releases of our ER-1010 core product line; specifically, the means by which increasing the utilization of existing infrastructure can avoid the need for expensive, forklift upgrades as well as the ability to achieve super-redundancy through multi-homing to physically separate switches."
About Raptor Networks Technology, Inc
Raptor Networks Technology, Inc. has developed the world's first "distributed core" network switching architectures, all open-standards based, that benefit networks that provide newer latency-sensitive services such as video, VOIP, high speed server and storage clustering and the like. This patent-pending Distributed Network Switching Technology enables new network build outs and performance upgrades of traditional chassis-based installations in a highly cost effective manner. Management believes that the unique advantage Raptor provides is speed over distance: data transport at wire speed, in hardware, between spatially separated network elements. Enhanced network reliability, lower power consumption and reduced form factor combine to enable significant savings in both acquisition costs as well as operating expense. Raptor's network switching products engender the feature set and versatility to run the most advanced new data applications.

Professor nysepick!
Another geat article. There's a lot to digest, but I will have more comments / questions later. For now I primarily wanted to thank you for sharing it with the board.
GK
I am definitely planning on it!
I hope you do the same.
Have a good weekend,
gktignol
Phil,
You asked:
Where is the link to the news?
Where did he find it?
How does one substantiate it?
It requires very little effort at all for those who are truly interested: if you'll google modplas Integral Technologies you'll find it's the very first link that comes up.
You mentioned something about credibility in another post. Sptnws does not lack credibility with most who post here. For those with whom he does (for whatever reason), I would encourage them in the future to simply ask -- just as you did. I believe they will receive the same courteous and prompt reply you did. If they'd rather not ask, they could google some key words in the article on their own, as we mentioned at the outset.
I hope that helps.
What did you find of most interest in the article?
Thanks,
gktignol
SPTNWS,
That was a great find! There's a lot to like about the article, especially this:
"Potentially replacing heavier rubber-jacketed copper cables, the ElectriPlast cable, which suspends copper particles in a polymer matrix, is 80% lighter than its copper counterpart and has already completed life-cycle testing for one potential customer, enduring varying amperage loads and 24/7 operation for three months in an environmental chamber. The cables are non-corrosive, including their lugs, and maintain the conductive properties of copper." with one of the key words being enduring, which seems to indicate it had no trouble passing rigorous testing.
Add to that the reference to one of our licensees having visited the facility and it certainly looks like our little company is set to be catapulted onto the world stage.
regards,
GK
Billaro3,
Everyone may be waiting on you to create some!
Seriously, I think it's simply a matter of playing the waiting game at this point.
I did come across this earlier, however:

Any comment?

Gentlemen,
If you wish to continue this conversation, please do so off board. Mr. Plum posted an informational piece that really required no further comment.
Thank you,
gktignol
Another thing that stood out
was this: "This truly is the engineer's "Holy Grail." And this little company owns the patents and manufacturing process that's going to make them, and us, rich."
I guess I had never noticed it before, but the words manufacturing process jumped off the page at me, especially the subtle notation that we "own" the process (which is patented). Cool!
gktignol
Here's a tease to subscribe
to ChangeWave's MicroCap service. Does anyone recognize the first stock he's touting?
http://investorplace.com/order/?pc=7VR533
There's much to like about the tease, but I particularly liked this part, "But - and for you this is critically important - we've just reached the point where this rocket is launch-pad ready and about to go stratospheric.
You see, some investors have been waiting for years for this company's technology to translate into real products - and real profits.
And that time is coming very, very soon."
I know, I know -- there's that "soon" word again. haha

gktignol
It's not EMIS.....
From his tease: "Every share you buy today costs about a buck-and-a-half"
But, I'm with you; I like ILE better.

gktignol
nysepick,
Since we usually trade in advance of any news, do you think this means some of that "pent up action" you referenced is on its way? I would normally say 'yes,' but with it being up on fairly light volume, I doubt that's the case. Still, I'll take a 6.64% up day any way we can get it.

GK

Mr. Plum,
Hey, now! There's no need for that!
One thing I've learned over the years is that Integral ALWAYS seems to give you a second chance if you miss the initial run up. That will likely change one of these days, but in the mean time I add on the dips and wait like everyone else.
With nearly 1,000,000 shares reported as short, it wouldn't take much in the way of good news to see this thing fly. As just one example of what a short squeeze looks like, check out DNDN. The shorts were betting AGAINST the advisory panel approving Provenge, their prostate Cancer vaccine. They were wrong, and it rocketed from the previous day's close of $5.20 ish to open just shy of 18 bucks. Such is the beauty of a short squeeze. Will such a thing ever happen here? I don't know, but then again, that's not why I'm heavily invested here.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
If you buy a stock thinking it’s good because it’s rising and bad because it’s falling, then you are doomed road kill in the markets, fallen prey to the scrupulous manipulators and you may want to consider real estate auctions which are plentiful these days. Somehow, I get the impression that neither of those two options apply to you. But I digress…
If you bought without reading the “details” available in the public domain, or sold based upon what was published early last week, that’s all on you. The responsibility to understand what you are buying are yours alone. Likewise, for when you choose to sell.
Frankly, if I were a buyer at the recent top, assuming I had a valid reason in placing money into the deal beyond only that it was going up, I would at least give the company enough room to execute their business plan on the imminent re-launching and re-branding of the company to see if my reason for buying would be validated, or not. There are also stop-loss ordering strategies if your focus is primarily preservation of capital and you are less risk tolerant.
On the other hand, if you only bought in due to momentum and only sold, or thought of selling, due to the correction/shorting/profit taking/lemon headed shaking of the tree…you have paid, or will be paying, a price for a valuable lesson. Don’t buy on momo alone. Have a reason to buy and a reason to sell prior to pulling the trigger. If something changes along the way make the appropriate buy/sell adjustments. For example, I added at $x.xx thinking it would hold above that support level. Obviously, I was incorrect in reading the immediate support and direction but my purchase was based on the understanding of the emerging company mission statement, products, its market sector, and management’s skills and integrity. Per my usual approach in a volatile equity, that was half of the investment value I had planned to use, and now, I’ll use the other half if it holds above the current pivot point of 2cd level support this week. Should it head lower instead of recovering after that, I’ll neither flinch nor blink, but wait it out. I firmly believe that this company has the goods and the management to be a success in what history may prove to be the most explosive growth sector in the storied history of the net. There's plenty of room in the sector for anyone with a good product offering and xxxxxxxxx certainly qualifies as that in my book.
In case anyone was wondering
