Please tell me what appeared to be a problem with the news release, and why? If we look into a rearview mirror while driving, we may hit something. Is it not that what a lot of people doing today? If you do the math, BDGR may have been cash flow positive. (The revenue for those two months and take the 1st six months cost/2 X 3 may equal a POSITIVE #. Take that along with other things happening, how can I say Mr. Ellis is not in control. I can’t. I am not defending him or hanging him, but I SEE positive movement AND I DO NOT THINK OTHER PEOPLE WANT TO GO WHERE SOMEBODY MAYBE HEADED; thus, I doubt if criminal activity or too much BS is going on NOW.

Dragon Man was it 10,000 or 10,000 equiv. (57% to 71%) of 10K would be a lot less than 10,000. Even I can figure that out. Oh by the way the 10,000 total, not equivalent, may not be correct, go back and do the math. It seemed like it was 7K to 8K then someone posted 10K and has used it so much that maybe even they believe that WAS THE #.

When reading the release/filings on Pinksheets.com, pay attention to the 2.5% notes conversion at $.10/sh (pg 14) and par value of $4.50 for preferred shares issued in Nov. and Dec. 2005 (pg 15) of the annual filing for 2006 on pinksheets.com. Then look at page 5 on notes and preferred stock. Then, compare that to the Sep. 6, 2007 filing/release for the par value of $4.50 for Preferred Stock.

I really thought there different kinds of preferred stock like Series C and Series D and they did not just change magically; but, since I was in a hurry I may have missed something in the release/filing. I am sure the auditors will get it right!

Why not just read and study the whole filings - BOTH?

The people in charge may just be trying to "air all the "laundry" from the past. I hope and pray they are on our side and are doing what they are required to do.

That is why I am willing to wait. This info is being made public NOW and I do not believe they would do so if they were trying to make fools of us.

Mr. LGL8054, I am not trying to take any steam out of your movement. We may need the information you are trying to obtain. I hope we will not, if the audit is completed shortly, we have the correct people in place, the notes are placed in file 13, and the perfect world exists; we will have a happy party in LA.

Everyone has to make up his or her own mind of who to trust and who to not trust. I AND WE ALL SHOULD WANT TRANSPARENCY from BDGR and WE NEED IT FROM anyone ELSE that wants our trust.

A 2006 Annual Filing (unaudited) is now posted on pinksheets.com under "filings" for BDGR. The release date is Sep 8, 2007, two days after the Sep 6, 2007 release date for the Balance Sheet, (unaudited) which gave the Dec 31. 2006 and June 30, 2007 info on Convertible Promissory notes, net.

A quick scan showed some clean up from what is (or was) on Black Dragon's website: WWW.BLACK-DRAGONOIL.COM --- listed at the bottom of this post. But the Convertible Promissory notes, net does not appear to have changed from what I posted earlier today -#8953.

The reason I stated, above, (or was) is that I did not open the info on the website today, but the info I copied from the website after Sep 8, 2007 is what I posted my info from earlier today.

The Sep. 6, 2007 post indicated the difference in the notes outstanding for the 1st six months of 2007 went down by $2,970,305 (from $6,811,279M to $3,840974) and the shares outstanding increased from 68,241,000 to 95,109,000. My question could be, did BDGR issue 26,868,000 shares at about/just over $0.11/sh in exchange for the reduction in notes in the first six months of 2007? DID THOSE NOTES EXISTS IS ANOTHER?????? It appears there is always a problem that someone that has stated they were a NON-SHAREHOLDER of BDGR finds with everything that could even come close to being good for BDGR shareholders.

Those #s were a positive for me and the equity per share slighly increasing was good. There were more shares issued in the 1st half of 07, and based on the cash position, I would expect more to have been issued since June 30, 2007. IF so and the $s are WISELY used, it could be a good thing. If the equity per share is not hurt too much and the $s produce $s then OK. If not, it is not OK!!

A change had to take place and I hope the changes taking place are positive.

When you selected the three things to post from the three page report, why did you not also show the stockholder equity increased over $3M/was about the same as it was in Dec. of 2006 per share outstanding --- actually it increased from $0.1152208 in Dec 06 to $0.11548589 in June 07 per share (both equals $0.12PS)

Why not show ASSETS improved, TOTAL LIABILITIES reduced from $8.1M to $4.9M, or the $1M reduction in G&A? Yes the # of shares increased, BUT EQUITY PER SHARE ROSE.

Why did you use 31 August in your post? I have not seen anything stating a 31 Aug. date.

Your selection of what you posted leads me to wonder what was the reason for your post.

As per the June 30, 2007 figures, the STOCK THAT I and a lot of other people own is grossly undervalued.

This is not a pump, but if something is trading less than 1/2 (using todays close of $0.046/pps, it is 40%) the TOTAL STOCKHOLDER EQUITY it is WAYYYYYYY under valued/40% of shareholder equity. THAT is total BS and someone has an agenda to drive the stock down and hurt investors!!!!!!!!!!

Texasboston, I hope your statements about yourself are 100% valid. BDGR needs the shareholders that share a common goal of improving their investment position, legally, to work together in order to clean up a mess BUT I 100% believe BDGR is a good investment and we will be rewarded if shareholders work together.

I fully believe BDGR has assets, the PPS is WAY WAY, WAY undervalued, and some posters on this board are hoping to see BDGR PPS to go to $0.00000000000. There are several posters on this board that are good and have good intentions. I am one of the good guys, with a PPS much lower than some of the other shareholders. I believe some of the negative posters are down big time and are mad as heck -rightfully so. I just hope those posters/shareholders can get through their anger and work to help BDGR recover. I also believe there are some posters that want BDGR’s assets, for nothing. Some of those posters have changed their ID/have multiple IDs/work as a team to hurt BDGR/BDGR shareholders.

I ALSO BELIEVE THERE ARE SOME REALLY GOOD GUYS THAT POST ON THIS MESSAGE BOARD, INCLUDING Lou/cameraturret. Lou recently became a member of BDGR's Board of Director via shareholder actions. A lot of the good guys are losing their “behinds” because of their average PPS. You should be able to detect which ones are the “good, bad, and ugly”.

If BDGR did not have potential, the trashing /bashing/etc. over a company trading at $0.05/sh would not be taking place. I AM VERY POSITIVE ON BDGR, A SHAREHOLDER, AND I AM NOT A PUMPER.

Mike, shorts, if any, want their rear ends covered or someone that has "missed the boat" is suppressing the PPS inorder to pick up shares. This is a WAG.

I hope you kept your shares, because I think the PPS will rise. Just look at the couple of new posters/what message(s) are being posted. The "Johnny come lately's" do not seem to be in a "good frame of mind".

I have faith in many things, including BDGR PPD going up.

I could be wrong, but the PR by the new BDGR PR "releaser" was positive.
