The convertible notes is an issue that CANNOT be ignored!!!! I AM SURE THE AUDIT WILL REVEAL THE TRUTH!
The PRs have NOT been corrected, AND there is a big difference in the #s.
The people in place, in my opinion NEED to explain publicly what, when, where, etc. Or should we just stick our heads in the sand?
Is the # for the convertible notes $0.00 as per one PR that was issued on both Feb. 7 & 8, 2007 (listed below), or $6.8M for Dec 31, 2006 as per the SEP 6, 2007 post on pink sheets, or is it $4.2M for Dec 31, 2006 as listed in the JULY 18, 2007 unaudited financial report (8:01 AM Black Dragon Publishes 2005 & 2006 Unaudited Financial Reports on Website - Business Wire)???????
I wonder does anyone have any idea why these #s are confusing to me and have me wondering why NO ONE will publish an explanation???

The Sep. 6, 2007 post indicated the difference in the notes outstanding for the 1st six months of 2007 went down by $2,970,305 (from $6,811,279M to $3,840974) and the shares outstanding increased from 68,241,000 to 95,109,000. My question could be, did BDGR issue 26,868,000 shares at about/just over $0.11/sh in exchange for the reduction in notes in the first six months of 2007? DID THOSE NOTES EXISTS IS ANOTHER?????? Can I make a note if I want to? Yes I can write to myself, but I cannot reinvent the wheel, someone did that before I was born!!!!!!!!
Just the difference in the two Dec. 31, 2006 #s =s $2,570,919M. I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY CORRECTION. I do not believe that is small change BUT real $s.
Does anyone have any spare/extra $s (like, $3M, $4M, $6M or $7M) they do not need or may not have been xxxxxxxxx yyyyyyyyyyyzzzzzzzzzzz???????????????????????
