Plans for Drilling on Large Carlin Type Gold Target in Nevada.
Very bullish on gold with declining inflation on the horizon. Need to think a year or two down the road. If gold exceeds $2000/oz., this could contribute significant value to the business, even if they have yet to pull a single ounce out of the ground.
Agreement with American Lithium Minerals to Earn up to 60% Interest in their WEL Lithium Project.
What's not to like? Great upside potential. Domestic source. Close proximity to a major lithium user. The difference in shipping costs from overseas sources alone has to be a significant value to the project.
Healthy volume today and yesterday. Finally a lower priced stock with a good shot for large upside potential and trading volume. Rather rare these days.
Training classes are essentially free advertising. If the company just breaks-even on these courses, they are still worth every bit of effort to offer them. How many other product and brand ads have a net out of pocket cost of virtually nothing?
I don't know what one million yards of product is in dollars, but with an r-value, this product has to have a serious price. It's a value added product versus the competition. One million yards is definitely going to move the needle on sales and profits. Hopefully, this is just the start of something big and beautiful.
Something is up. As beautiful as the riot shield is, I don't think whoever is moving this stock is enamored with the shield. At this stock price, it doesn't take a lot of new cash to move the stock price. Very interesting (and exciting).
It was a pleasure to watch this today. Hoping for some follow through on Monday
CURR has Proprietary Drug, Nutraceutical & Topical Delivery Systems for Wellness and Anti-Aging Beauty Product Lines.
Anti-aging products are a huge and growing business. As the population continues to age, the user demographic continues to build. A little touch up around the eyes and throat might not be a bad idea. Maybe I should be a customer too.
CURR's Q3 Revenue Surged 32.1% Year-Over-Year and 58.9% Sequentially from Q2 of 2022 to $1.8 Million with Further Increases Expected in Q4.
If even half my small cap investments could show this kind of growth, I could actually consider buying small cap stocks as investing. Sadly, CURR is one of the few that are showing growth. Well done.
CURR's recent $20 Million from asset Sale of a Portion of Platform Technology IP.
$20 million goes a long way for these small cap companies. This is enough to get new products and distribution channels up and running. Looking forward to progress.
VRVR is Harnessing Latest Technologies including Blockchain and Digital Assets.
The Metaverse will require new tools. Good to see that VRVR is moving into these technologies early to establish their learning curve.
VRVR will Develop and Publish a Category-First Metaverse Gaming Experience to Complement its Proprietary Slate of Original Games.
Diversification is the key to long term success. If the Metaverse develops slowly, they still have the conventional games to old them over as the Metaverse develops.
Like the move into the Metaverse. If and when this takes off, those in early should benefit from the experienced gained as an early market entrant.
VRVR's New Brand, Extrosive, is Building a Metaverse with a "global Prosperity space" That Dynamically Augments Global and Local Realities.
ACGX has Revenue of $2,714,395 for Q3 of 2021 with YTD Revenue of $7,932,726.
This may not be packaging monster, but it has a comfortable niche that can respond to new and existing customer packaging needs. It's a long term hold for a higher stock price in quarters to come.
ACGX's well Established Packaging Products Company with Growing Revenue.
Even in a slow growth business like packaging, ACGX continues to grow. With high fixed costs, even modest growth means greater profitability. Couple that with a tight share structure, this stock is undervalued.
IVDN's Recent Court Victory Positions Company for Expanded Nationwide Marketing of Unmatched, R-6 Rated Insultex® House Wrap.
Time to make the push direct with home builders. By law, new houses need a certain amount of R-value to receive a CO. If, as I suspect, IVDN's product offers a low cost R-value, it only makes sense to use it as part of the mix in building a house to government specifications. A direct appeal to some regional homebuilders may be the ticket to gaining wide acceptance with the major buyers.
It's a matter of advertising and promotion. There are maybe 10 million websites, possibly ten times as many. One has to pay to get people to visit the site. Sometimes, the best option is to each out to large users of winter clothing, like utility workers, or police. Get them to buy in, and then go from there. Never too late to make the push.
Ongoing support and maintenance are critical when running a website is not your primary business. When one does other things for a living, it's a huge benefit to have someone take care of this for you.
CENBF's Interactive Design Technologies and Services Coupled with Affordable Ongoing Support and Maintenance.
Nice to see that CENBF is on the QB. It means we get quarterly financials and can follow the progress.
CENBF has an Attractive OTCQB Stock listing with Top Notch Board, Auditors, Attorneys and an attractive Share Structure
As I read this headline, it seems to explain one of the benefits of working with these folks.
"Packages for CENBF Come Included with One Hour of Design or Development Team Time Per Month for Making Website Changes at No Additional Cost."
Finding a human you can speak with about your work is such a problem these days. I think these guys have the right idea.
Agreed. Love the fact that there are very few shares outstanding. It makes the math a lot easier and makes 1,000 shares an almost meaningful amount.
Interesting new product. Anything that simplifies website building for those of us who don't have the time to learn these web languages from the bottom up is a positive in my book.
Thank you for the company history. Personally, I think the clothing line is easier to sell as people know very quickly how effective it is as an insulator. Went to school where it got below zero several days a year. Goose down makes a nice warm coat, but you can't make gloves or work overalls out of goose down.
I would suggest that the company try contacting some utilities, fire departments, and others who need to work outdoors in harsh conditions. If they like the product, there can't be a better endorsement.
Absolutely undervalued. Boring business? Yes, but that's what makes it such a good stock to own compared to all the other penny junk out there looking for the next cannabis, crypto, blockchain, or CBD garbage they can throw at investors. These people have a sold business producing much needed packaging. Nothing wrong with that. And profitable too! How many companies selling for 13 cents are profitable? This one is.
I went to their clothing site. Nice looking jackets for working in the cold. We don't get much of that here in Miami, but this looks like a must try on my next trip up north in the winter. If they could spend more on promoting these products, they could be huge sellers. Lightweight and warm are highly desirable qualities in winter clothing.
The Metaverse is a wide open space with enormous risk and potential. Those who enter early, fail fast, and learn from those mistakes are the best bets to become successful. VRVR looks like a worthwhile investment to add to a portfolio positioned for 10+ years. Could have huge upside.
New to the board. Glad to see that it is active. I have been reading the press releases and quarterly statements. It looks as if the company has finally found a workable formula for growth. Now it's a matter of execution, but there's a plan here that looks reasonable. Very encouraging.
Bought more a few weeks ago. Nice new product. More products mean more opportunities for sales. Go LLLI!!
Another Lamperd product from which law enforcement can choose. As these agencies replace older equipment, Lamperd is well positioned to receive contracts.
Excellent points ProfitScout. The new size will provide another option for those needing these products in North America and beyond.
Totally agree on the need for social media marketing these days. This can take some time that many companies can't really afford. An outsource partner is the way to go on this. Good to hear that the company has a service for this.
Nice clean look about this new WordPresto service. Seems like an end to end service with real humans to talk to if you need assistance. At least that's what it appears to be. Like it..
Maybe I missed it, but I don't see a press release about how the company facility in Bonita Springs did as a result of the storm. Seems off that good, bad, or otherwise, the company doesn't feel that a Cat 4 storm hit doesn't warrant an SEC filing.
If they lost power, and I can only assume they did given their location, one wonders how much food they lost.
These training sessions are an opportunity to acquaint potential buyers with the company's products. From a marketing perspective, these courses cost LLLI a minimal amount while generating exposure. When police and others have a need for pepper-based products, and that time for many is only a matter of when not if, Lamperd will be the name they remember.
Go LLLI!!
Excellent post GreenDolphin. Could not have said it better. There are some rough times coming for America. These products are going to be in great demand. It's only a matter of when , not if. And I think that when is not far off.
Looks like five great reasons to continue throwing money at this wounded duck. Wish you luck. Count me out. Can you say 'falling knife'?
If Denver had the votes, step number one would have been to control the board. That hasn't happened. It tells me that Sam is still in control. It doesn't seem that Pappas and Banderas are buying in. Why? I can only guess that they either don't see a way out of the mess, they think Sam can turn this around, or they are ready to write this off. The problem they have is that they can't get out. The stock doesn't trade enough to let them out without a much bigger loss.
Regardless of the reason, Sam remains at the top. Denver obviously hasn't presented a plan that others can support. That plan may not exist ever.
Grease - I think you are correct. He is using this as his, excuse the expression, trump card. If he goes, they could lose their US Foods deal. It wouldn't surprise me if such a threat were made. They are going to have a tough time finding a replacement. This is not going to be an easy turnaround situation and whoever they bring in is going to want a significant income and stock incentive to do the work.
As for the e-commerce side of the business, the company bought into this sales channel without a good understanding of how it works. Not the first time they have done this (see Fresh Diet). Just like Peleton, they may have assumed that pandemic conditions would go on for decades. It didn't and now they have all this debt and another problem division on their hands.
I also agree with you that if Papas and others haven't made a move by now, chances are good they are thinking this isn't worth their effort. First step would be replacing the Board. Maybe I missed it, but it hasn't happened yet to my knowledge. Denver appears to be throwing good money after bad. After that glowing report he wrote on the Fresh Diet acquisition years ago, I'm not counting on his investing acumen to lead the way to a better portfolio.
Nice update. Another site lists Lamperd's products. More exposure for LLLI.
The mood in the country is getting nasty. I sense growing unrest in the USA. Law enforcement might finally be more receptive to preparing for unruly crowds. It will make the job of Lamperd's growing list of distributors that much easier.
Good to see that Lamperd has secured this gentleman's services for training. Training, especially in the government sector, is critical to introduce new vendors and techniques to government agencies. Well done LLLI
