That doesn't really make a difference, as long as certain investors can short the shares and cover when the shares become unrestricted. Perhaps even easier today, because they get the shares after 6 month

Please ask JD about the margin he has on his products (gross/net).

I have to admit, that I'm getting a little bit confused with all that financing stuff.
I thought, that since Feb. 2008, OTCBB/Pink Cos cannot issue free trading shares in the context of equity financing anymore. Shares have to be restricted for at least 6 month for fully reporting companies.
So how could those RegD shares have already been sold into the market?
And if we are talking about 20-25 mil shares, why does the company need third party to sell them and does it not on her own?

FEEC had good volume in Germany in the first quarter of 2006, when this stock was trading up to 2€ ($3 @current exchange rate).

I'm a shareholder since May 2006 (My first post on this board was on 6/19/2006) and I've paid as much as $0.37/share with an average now of $0.16+. We are not talking pennies, but tenthousands of dollars.

Beside changes in the BOD, what is NEW (previously unknown) in this NEWS?
Is it great for shareholders to hear, that they are doing business as usual?
Will they tell us, if they didn't get any grants they applied for?
Will they tell us, if FDA rejected approval?
Will they tell us, how much is Welch willing to invest for the upgrade of the bioreactor?
I think not.
We keep on waiting for things to happen and pps declines week by week.
I'm to deep in the red with this investment for bailing and moving on
