Maybe so, maybe not.
Most don’t recognize that, or that the Sound Concepts/SoloFire acquisitions were never really factored into our market capitalization.
836,000 shares traded today (133,000 lump purchase bought AH) tells me something is brewing. IMHO.
Good seeing you too
Much like people change (over time) so can companies and some people just can’t let go of the past to see that.
VERB Technology Company is a different organization than it was 5-7 years ago. Some just need to accept that reality.
No idea
He’s no longer an insider and I think can do as he wishes (except for shares subject to vesting and other conditions)
Nancy Heinen protected Steve Jobs (who most likely backdated options in 2007) and is a standup professional.
She left APPLE in 2008 (Department of Justice investigation resulted in no charges and she never admitted guilt nor was ever charged with anything).
Below is an introduction for a Silicon Valley Most Valuable Leader Award she received from a few years back. She is held in the highest regard by all Silicon Valley leaders.
$4-$6 Billion as it sits
Oh yes it has
Picking momentum securities is not for everyone, so only a handful of wealthy people understand the pain that one must endure (only a handful of investors understand it)
The ridicule that investors must face when they choose “unknown” and “untested” securities is common, as it is here with VERB Technology Company.
Here’s a link to good read/pp that describes how Rory Cutaia built telecommunications startup Telx from $0 to $215,000,000 to $1,900,0000,000.
The same strategy is being employed here with VERB Technology Company, except this time Rory has the help of Nancy Heinen, who was hand picked by Steve Jobs from Apple as General Council, SVP and Secretary. Nancy helped Steve take Apple to new heights over $1 Trillion last I knew. We also have the former General Council from Herbalife, CIO from Microsoft, David Meltzer and many other successful leaders aligned with Rory’s vision.

Until they don’t
If you quit, you never succeed.
100% wrong.
When Thomas Edison was asked about the many thousands of failures he had when trying to create the light-bulb he famously said, “I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.”

Great failure leads to great success.
Don’t be so certain things will always end the same way.
All my opinion, but thinking this is David Meltzer set-up as he is our Executive Producer for VERBtv and has a 2 year content deal with Appletv (don’t forget Nancy Heinen, former General Council, SVP & Secretary from Apple is on our board of directors)

Every investor has had doubts…
You can make whatever judgements you want about VERB, it’s your investment dollars.
I believe those who have supported the company and believed in the vision will be just fine.
Not true.
Many securities have taken time to grow. The market is up, down, up, down regularly as are the securities that trade within it.
You can be honest that VERB is not a security you like.
No. Financial impact is important, but patience is equally important if you are in for the long haul.
You can’t allow shortsighted people to change your focus because they can’t see beyond the immediate future.
That’s why so few people ever attain true wealth and financial freedom.
VERB Technology Company is not for the weak. Only about .001% of investors will be able to capitalize on it’s yield fully, but it takes time and patience which most investors do not have.
My investment.
Yes.
Market is down.
Yes! That’s exactly what we are doing and what Rory did with Telx!

Normalcy bias for many.
David Meltzer executive producer of content for VERBtv
David Meltzer signs 2 year content deal with Appletv
Nancy Heinen, board member of VERB Technology and former General Counsel of Apple, SVP & Secretary
I’d keep hush hush too (VERB’s corporate attorney?), especially with those kinds of threads running into one another…
He who laughs last laughs best - that will be me btw
I assure you otherwise
VERB is worth $4 - $6 Billion now.
Early investors have had to be patient, no doubt.
Probably inside 2 years.
I’ve been here 5 years, and jumped in early. But we also de-risked this security by participating in the reverse split a few years back.
We eliminated about $3-$4 Million of non reoccurring SaaS revenue which was about 10%-20% net margins business, in favor of building the SaaS part of our business which is 80%-85% net margin.
Some will stay that was shortsighted, but SaaS business’s have much stronger balance sheets and sales multiples for M/A.
We shall see how it plays out.
However after 5 years a ton has been accomplished.
1) 3+ Million Users
2) $10+ million in annual revenue (was $0 when I started here)
3) Low OS 70,000,000
4) Low debt
5) 1000’s of business’s using our applications in 60 Countries
6) New products including Market & VERBtv
7) David Meltzer is developing content for VERBtv https://ir.verb.tech/news-events/press-releases/detail/120/verb-engages-legendary-entrepreneur-investor-and and David has a deal with Appletv to develop content https://au.finance.yahoo.com/news/apple-tv-david-meltzer-announce-200000995.html
8) Tremendous financing terms https://ir.verb.tech/news-events/press-releases/detail/133/verb-announces-premium-to-market-debt-financing-and
9) Tons more
1) How many of those are paying customers? N/A Why won’t the company disclose that? None of their peers do.
2) The annual revenue growth has been abysmal… Your opinion which you are entitled to. Growth has been 30% q over a
3) You forgot to mention the reverse split… 15-1 Reverse split further de-risks this security of newer investors.
4) Low debt because of the numerous dilutive stock offerings over the past several years… Dilutive financings are part of every great technological story.
5) See #1… see #1
6) Still no certain timeline - timeline are only important for traders to time buys and sells
7) No indication of how much that will add to revenue… No indication how market will react either, but we are at all times lows with greater than 95% probability of moving up vs 5% of going below our lowest market cap
8) According to who? According to institutional, retail investors and analysts.
9) Tons more of what? Great progress.

1’s, 10’s, 100’s = I Need Shares Badly
Not hard to see the market cap suppression by market makers.
Everyone, including current financial partners & analysts know VERB is worth a lot more compared to its peers.
Is this a VERB board?
