What
I completely understand why you do not like or want to invest in this company.
An unsecured $5 million dollar 18 month term loan seems impressive to me in light of the capital market turmoil over the last few years. Again, just one simple man’s opinion.
I understand that’s what you believe, and won’t argue.
Someone with $5 Million dollars doesn’t think that however.
I think it was smart, as Rory minimized dilution, but understand your opinion too.
I get it an understand why you are dismayed. No apologies needed.
Great things that last are extremely painful create. VERB is no different.
He obviously did very well. No dilution and an unsecured 18 month loan. Impressive to me, but maybe not to you. We all do not see everything the same.
You can paint it anyway you want.
Say what you will, but it’s an impressive captial move UNSECURED/18 months:
which provided gross proceeds to VERB of $5.0 million. The transaction was structured as a non-convertible, unsecured term loan (the “Loan”). The Loan accumulates interest at the rate of 9% per annum and matures on May 7, 2024.
Right now WhatNot has over 200 live streams running. Viewership as low as 2 to as high as 80, average about 35.
35 x 200 = 7,000 eyes watching.
Personal view, but the stuff that is being sold now is “nice to have” stuff which is relatively common, but I think this starts taking off when “unique” products and even business services start emerging on the platform.
Another 300,000 share buy at close again
Culture is key to success, next is alignment of team.
Hear through a friend this company may be a hidden gem.
Anyone have good vibes here that is ready to share?
You are missing my point.
Opinions vary.
But if we didn’t decide to exit/reduce our non digital revenues in favor of high margin digital/SaaS revenues we’d be much larger than $10.5 million in annual sales. That’s my only point.
The flat revenues are a result of SaaS/Digital growth minus the reduction of non digital revenue/low margin business.
Seems like we are on an escalator, until you look at it from a different point of view.
Your points are understood and appreciated.
One glaring omission IMO.
Low margin non-digital revenues are strategically being replaced by high margin digital/SaaS revenue.
So growth IMO is much better than the numbers imply, right, wrong or indifferent.
I get what you are saying.
VERB is a calculated risk. I believe even without Market we are undervalued by a wide margin, but that’s just one man’s opinion.
I’ll be the first to say things haven’t gone exactly the way I thought they would. Seldom do. But I’m man enough to admit it and that some people on this board were right about short term outlook for VERB, a growing technology company.
I think much has been learned by all, and that’s what growth is about, learning, making mistakes and moving forward with more knowledge.
I wouldn’t count team VERB out yet just because it’s taken longer than many of us anticipated.
If market is released fully by mid-summer, I would think revenue growth will trail a few quarters at least.
Will be interesting to watch.
Right now, if VERB has enough captial to get Market running properly, it’s just a waiting game. More captial would allow a quicker move to onboard and train clients. If they need more revenue however, they’ll have to leverage LOC or financing soon or potentially miss a summers release.
All my opinion.
Why do you think $2.6 million?
Reports from whom? Would be interesting to know where the due diligence is coming from or is it speculation.
I believe the marketing via videos is happening because it is much less expensive than other options.
Unfortunately, very views people are seeing it.
Institutional investors will not have a major impact here for a while. I think if retail investors get excited about VERB it may help increase trading volume, which should lead to an increased market cap more favorable for us and more “investable” for institutional investors ($5+ etc).
I think VERBLit was a good effort and many liked it.
Microsoft Azure was the issue and part of its network going down during our live broadcast.
Seems like this happens every month or so.
Birdys?
If you know, then you know. What was her alias and where?
How do you know that?
I see Manthey is out as COO and Denise Butler is in. I guess that is why her SM activity behind an alias has ceased…little to risky as a named officer now.
Whose Manthey? What SM activity?
Did you look at it? If you did, then you know the point.
FYI - others more knowledgeable uncovered this https://stocktwits.com/AnaAremere/message/444434027
Folks on other boards are talking about VERB mail pro for Microsoft being out but not PR’d.
Not sure it will have any impact on sentiment/SP because it’s been overdue for a while, and the Microsoft distribution from our initial release which hasn’t seen an uptick in downloads.
There doesn’t seem to be any consensus really.
Many hope any day now and many think we are many months away.
I don’t know to be honest.
I believe most long term investors feel similarly Susa, but unfortunately it just isn’t ready.
If if Market were ready I doubt highly Rory would allow the market cap to continually drop and would release it with any other news that could help increase value. He even said in his January 1, 2022 video that they knew the news they had and were holding wouldn’t help sp and would get lost (because it’s not material or substantial is my guess)
Knowing that CFO Jeff Claiborne was replaced/terminated always had me curious if that would also delay things even more.
In any event, all we can really do is just wait.
Understood.
Many opinions throughout the years have been incorrect.
Titan still has the IP. If bought through asset purchase or stock sale, the new owner (whoever that may be) will have it to.
Possible ray of hope here -although it may be a bit longer to wait.
Medtronic will invest heavily in disrupting the market with its “snake arms” robot. Doubt they won’t be successful. Not sure how long it will take however.
Once it catches on, I’m sure others (maybe even ISRG) would want the tech too.
Solution - an asset purchase of Titan (keep the stock and all the potential liabilities). Get all the good stuff like all IP and none of the bad stuff.
Just a thought.
Great idea!
Here is part #2
Do your own research on $VERB Technology Company, but in my opinion, it’s starting to really heat up!
