I'd like to see the sec.'s accusations of pumping when there's nothing left to pump on NASDAQ. This is just the world I'd like to live in. Where BOOM! McEntire gets a Nobel prize in medicine for his work in antifungal SiNi and its like ok...anyway..moving on. No big deal. We have bigger fish to fry.
Unfortunately I think he's not getting a prize because no one understands. No one cares. It's beyond their scope. That's the kind of world I think Im living in but would rather not be given the option.
Dont leave bread crumbs. I`ll bite. Unless youre trying to leave bread crumbs. Cover your ears and eyes boston. This has nothing to do with Zimmer.
Looks like NASDAQ is flatline for the last 7 months. No earnings as a whole. So Sint is only under performing 30% compared to that fully diversified portfolio.
Something so broad no one would ever pick up on or find out: What if foreign bodies instead of causing a hyper immune response (Hashimoto's disease) sometimes would increase the risk of cancer? you got a bunch of random stuff the body doesnt understand inside of you and the immune system just calls it a day and gives up? That would increase the risk of cancer in my mind. Since Various things are used to flag a cancer cell but I think it's the immune system that is responsible for going out and actively running the apoptosis of cancer cells. If the immune system just called it a day and packed it in, with a defeated attitude. From what I remember about cancer and immunotherapy
Here's something I haven't heard mentioned.
Hope they got a price locked in for lithium cells. Just tried to source some and noticed the price jump from $1-3 to $5-10 from increased Li-ion demand. Should have been mining the miners but somehow that doesnt translate to stock prices. Chinese inferior cells are now unavailable like theyre hoarding the lithium or creating counterfeits. Reminder Elon is currently courting China. Reminder every car company just dropped a plug in hybrid. Like when gold went from $300-1000 and reactivated a bunch of miners or gas went to $5 and activated Tesla and fracking this might be a catalyst for the battery guy wherever Ceramatec went inside Coorstek. If so. McEntire might get tapped. It's in the realm of possibility. But this world currently rarely reacts as I expect it should.
The silver lining to this cloud is I believe I`m seeing an increase in engagement with the technology and company by SINTX. We've got so much investor communication theyre calling some of us directly. Is this in relation to the possibility of SINTX not being able to rely on the continuation of reverse splits and dilutions to ensure a future for the company?
"Nothing has more strength than dire necessity." -Euripides
We're all aware of this now?
"it was deemed that the holders of a sufficient number of SINTX’s outstanding common stock have not yet submitted proxies to indicate how their shares should be voted and additional time was needed to collect the required votes. The adjournment will allow for the solicitation of additional votes on Proposal 2. The Annual Meeting will resume with respect to Proposal 2 at 10:00 a.m."
"Directors and management respectfully request all such holders as of the record date who have not yet voted their shares to do so by 11:59 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, May 22, 2019."
Looks like there's no shadow element to secure this vote like suspected. I thought our broker would just vote whatever way was suggested by BOD without input from the investor...Remember when I suggested I consider my vote irrelevant and they'd get the vote they want because it's unclear who holds OS? Looks like I was wrong and probably contributed to this by spreading that logic.
Connecting this to Halliburton, Aerospace, National Labs and area 51 even automotive field like Tesla..hybrids cars etc. Very possible.
I dont think this solely refers to Morgan. Imagine the social network this guy has. Also tapping the material engineers for previous experience working with the same material. Sound like material engineering either has no sector or all sectors.
Let's just jump the shark here and say it's ancient aliens. All properties of Silicon Nitride are well known and discovered in alien wreckage. We're simply reverse engineering the tech. (I have no evidence for this) That's why we'll say "what if?" a whole bunch, LOL.
The bleeding edge doc. Netflix is disruptive in their industry. How popular would a doc on the dangers of medical devices be? maybe 15 people? wrong. Lots of people want to watch. Sounds boring on the surface.
I would seriously watch a 2 hour doc. on intricacies of fungus, antifungals and the potential of Sini. Or simply a 2hr doc on the potential of SiNi. Or a 2 hr. doc. on the dangers of biofilms on modern intercourse devices and the lack of antibacterial devices. There's enough data to put these together. This last one seems to be a black hole. I cant remember it ever mentioned in any sexual education curriculum im aware of. Especially with society attempting to redefine the ideas of gender and intercourse, while simultaneously stagnating education, research and development into what constitutes safe or unsafe, how to protect yourself and how can we make it safe using advancements. There might be social hang ups here on education. The things that would have to be discussed to educate are uncomfortable.
Why does CL101 and Mr. Bray have to be part of a grand conspiracy?
I was originally arguing the history of small companies getting manipulated on the take over by bigger companies for bottom dollar here. CL produced a strong argument on the gambling odds of the benefit of silicon nitride to a guy like Zimmer and the idea that their competition would enter a counter bid for the tech. if manipulation took place which would provide insurance against this.
This was good gambling odds. However if it where too good odds it would have baked into the price. Zimmer take over didn't happen where I think he expected it to. Not only that but things can come up to make people disappear on a forum of alias.
"I am thrilled to be part of the SINTX team", said Mr. Bray. "My entire career has been spent in the advanced materials industry and I look forward to continuing that work in helping SINTX grow. They have a strong technology and manufacturing suite with many potential applications."
Why cant mr. bray be this simple? Sini has a range of potential across various industries. A guy like this would be vital to coordinate the potential. DOD contracts? maybe. It could penetrate here. but there's no need to install a mole on products currently developed in my opinion. Only position someone with experience to unlock the potential across sectors.
Where is the media? You'd think something here would interest those reporting in science and technology with an update. Looks like it's up to SINTX themselves to personally inform across sectors to the technology. With the wide array of sectors this could touch this might be time consuming. I`d wager those that understand the developments of the core tech. is currently very minimal just in medical application alone. 15 people? 150?
There’s sometimes seams between the chrome and the silicone.
New can of worms now open. Looks like I also need samples of various viruses to complete the research and prove antiviral to certain pathogens. I`m out. Better suited to a University not my basement. This probably dies right here. No advancements in tech. Odds are society must be reborn first. Until then this can just go undiscovered for all I care. I`ll just tally mark victims.
My current area of research. The market seems to be unpenetrated(LOLZ). However based on the fact I just googled it. It exists in my metadata. Google now has it available to the highest bidder. Just a word of warning as soon as you google a prospect be prepared to move as fast as you can. Not googling is part of OPSEC in product development as far as Im concerned.
Seems like the announcement of potential of RS and dilution would be alot easier to stomach aligned with this string of news on what I`m perceiving as an active company engaged in restructuring.
2. I also perceive a possibility unlocked for strings of news here based on advancements of outside sources. Based directly on the ability to order samples. This relates to your post mr. boston. This may take awhile. But it unlocks the possibility of winning so hard they get tired of winning.
Seems like The possibility for a Zimmer buyout may look more like the possibility of zimmers ability to develop the technology and utilize it in their sector contracting a supply chain of raw material, based on my current future predictions. This is like "we're the source of medical grade SiNi with antibacterial antifungal etc. deal with it". leaning out the cash burn caused spine sales to outsource to CTL. R&D product development could be occurring in my basement for all we know. On what? who knows.
https://www.nasdaq.com/press-release/sintx-technologies-hires-strategic-vp-20190415-00528
Somebody just screams news...Needed a link.
"Contact us about your next developmental project."
Seems like they`re aware of what I stated previously on ramifications.
My original point was allowing the purchase of raw material by outside entities could lead to potential of utilizing the various properties in things you couldnt even imagine. we'll call this 2 heads are better then one. How about public toilet seats? However understand it at the level I do and you've opened up a can of worms here on potential.
Base material doesn't matter on the embodiment sometimes. Ceramic on Ceramic is fine if that's easier and doesn't require a freaking plasma reactor or sintering equipment. Path of least resistance. It's probably such a tightly nit community you would be banned. The word would get out to not answer the phone or contract the job works. However it seems like biofilms would be a concern on issues such as public toilet seats..Social ramifications indicate a low priority in concern of biofilms of certain embodiments. Thus a perceived low demand and low sales.
I guess we'll just call this the "embodiments"? and the concern of biofilms on embodiments. I guess the biofilms could be an issue with various surfaces.
https://patents.google.com/patent/US4780372A/en
So what happens when you got a typo this bad in a patent? Does it nullify the patent? Looks like a typo.
Ran into this when thinking about the feasibility of glass "embodiments"
Coalition of nefarious shorts down at castle grey skull need to be taking notes. Not only are biofilms a legitimate concern but imagine the look on their faces. They wouldnt have to put it on the quarterly earnings..It would just show up as raw powder sales. But they`d have to fight you in court for continously mentioning their name after the cease and desist.
https://sintx-technologies.myshopify.com/products/copy-of-silicon-nitride-powder-100g
Now if I want to make sex toys with it to ward off biofilms there's nothing any of you can do to stop me.
Sialon - It has a great potential as a green down-conversion phosphor for white LEDs; a yellow variant also exists. For white LEDs, a blue LED is used with a yellow phosphor, or with a green and yellow SiAlON phosphor and a red CaAlSiN3-based (CASN) phosphor
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sialon
Moissanite is a manufactured crystal made, almost exclusively, by a company named Cree, Inc. It's composed of the compound silicon carbide (SiC)
The most costly synthetic gem to lab grow. Anyone have experience with Cree LEDS? I think something happened here in the dark we're unaware of. Perhaps the advancement of LED tech. but beyond that a technical competition to grow and control silicon carbide crystal and be able to not only control the LED industry but things like television screens.
Just found it interesting the wiki article noted sini as an LED potential and consider silicon carbide a second cousin and the potential invisible war for control of potentially billions of dollars of industry to develop the tech. around silicon carbide crystals in LED applications.
https://sintx-technologies.myshopify.com/products/copy-of-silicon-nitride-powder-100g
So whats with the markup? seems a bit pricey and they make no attempts at salesman ship. However it seems this is the "medical stuff". Neet it's available for purchase for potential outside development and research if using samples of the "medical grade" is a concern in the research.
Mutiny on the bounty: a time when a whole nation dedicated itself to transplanting bread fruit to a different continent. This current time frame of stagnation is unsustainable. This is destined for collapse. We need back what will emerge from those ashes. We need to play to win not just not lose. Sonny is right. Definitely on topic here.
I also suspect this region may be economically viable for cash cropping boswellia sacra frankincense resin. Which also shows not well recognized medical applications such as antifungal antibacterial etc. Considering this region is considered unviable for anything but dropping nukes on this may be relevant to someone. enough I feel I should post it in hopes of benefiting someone or society in general.
Side Topic: Neem oil. Looks like its antifungal antibacterial etc. Might just be a smothering agent for agricultural pests not antifungal antibacterial etc. (on topic). Since SiNi might be a competitor for soap or acne treatment etc in the ring with neem.
This is where the subtopic of research jumps off a cliff:
AOC's green new deal(lol) in case we dont die proposal: plant neem trees for shade, fight desertification, carbon affixing, fertilizer and erosion in specifically: utah, arizona, Nevada, parts of california and New Mexico. We need johnny's for this johnny neem seed project and an attorney to clear them of biological terrorism introducing an invasive species accusations. Im too far east if this didnt lead to a criminal arrest of some form of derangement accusations of me or society, which is debatable based on perspective.
Keep a federal database of people dying from the elements in this region to prove this a matter of life and death for the victims. Not irrelevant ramblings of the insane.
Intramuscular injection of choline stabilized orthosilicic acid seems more effective then biphosphonate drugs in studies on silicate osteoperosis bone healing etc. Biosil as an oral supplement looks vouchable based on the evidence. Lets see if osa supplement treatment was adopted probably needs more research aka lol didnt read heres a biphosphinate at best- Dr. Bill
Silicate doped bone cement for spinal fracture. Is that standardized bone cement? Just chunk some SiNi in there instead. Prob. Needs more research..
What was Sonny's wording on the CC in regards to funding? Sounded something like he hopes it goes away soon if I remember right? You think the proposed reverse split and next round of dilution will be the final push to get this over the top and attract in the mega portfolios? I think they would have to pinky swear black rock/black stone. Black rock/black stone would have to be convinced their switching of investment would be safe and secure. I guess you could do that holding preferred. Kinda stinks I cant have preferred to immunize my investment against the split.Oh well. I guess thats the dice roll here.

interesting to find this considering the other guys work at the japanese university studying SiNi and trabecular metals.
I've poured through the board of directors to look for anyone nefarious. I think they have a majority rule of the "good guys" at least.
I liked the way the old ceo talked about launching Hip on 2011. Perhaps he was full of hot air on that. Sounded like a go getter without go getting but he established the kyocera deal so thats evidence of going and getting.
"K2m Group Holdings stock split history from start to finish, an original position size of 1000 shares would have turned into 1000 today." End price per share $27.50
Doesn't hold a candle to RS and dilution of SINT. Not applicable. Seems like a big risk to experiment here on does market trust correlate to product adoption. Does the mega portfolios dip their finger in healthcare conglomerate stock? Seems like they got their hand in every pie. Wrist deep sometimes. I`d assume with that much money you become less concerned about gaining more money than power and control to keep your place at the top of the dog pile.
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. (RS and dilution)
We've got a BOD doing this. Whole BOD seems to have not clued in or something. Perhaps its all part of the plan.
I`ll try to translate that in as simple of a statement as possible.
The market is butt hurt at Reverse splits and dilution. They cannot use that to replace their investments in a mega portfolio. Therefore no real world adoption.
SiNx coatings on CoCrMo reduced the metal ion release by two orders of magnitude.
Not good enough I think they can do better.
"Who cares about SiNi films on CoCr heads?"
Cecilia Persson
"If tech adoption isnt the goal"
I`m sure it is. Just gatekeepers. Like Black rock blackstone w/e are not going to watch their Zimmer investment dissolve. For what alternative? a shot at the shell game? College of Corporations etc. No tute has taken a stake here. Macro economic ramifications and gatekeepers. So where is the adoption of superior spinal tech? Without this conclusion. With this conclusion it suddenly makes sense.
Given the level of (possible) involvement with the japanese, NIH, national labs and to a lesser extent the stock holder from IPO. Just doesn't seem fair to possibly hand over the entire bag on the weigao deal.
However things like Semax and Selank just seem to role out to the local former soviet union pharmacy in relative rapid pace. Comparatively we're way overdue for a SiNi hip submission, in my opinion. Have a stroke in the US, well there's nothing we can do for your loss of cognition, US cutting edge tech. We're kidding ourselves.
Lots of posts emphasizing the complete disconnect between the stock and the company. That ain't right. Somethings wrong here. These reverse splits and dilution have the effect of playing a shell game with attempted investment in the core tech. in my opinion. That ain't right. Somethings wrong here. I believe this also may have an effect on macroeconomics that dissuade IRL tech. adoption with the current structure. Like I've detailed previously.
Along similar lines I have met people that bungle the simpleist of task. I wonder do they wake up trying to figure out how to sabotage themselves purposefully? I say no.
On what can be argued as a completely off topic front based on the disconnect. I`m not liking the results of those SiNi film tests on chrome cobalt femoral heads. Needs brazing or solid SiNi. Probably more related to the bodies ability to absorb and integrate the material then the hardness of SiNi or Silicon dioxide coatings.
Interesting the new process engineer has a history at kohler. I`ll let you make your own assumption on that tech. background. Ive made mine.

"VarianMedicalSystems"
Free speech
In 1999 Varian Medical Systems, Inc. sued a former employee for defamation in Varian v. Delfino. The terminated employee Dr. Michelangelo Delfino posted numerous messages criticizing the company on the Internet.
Some market-based workers rights activists uphold Delfino as an example because he mortgaged his house to pay his legal bills related to the lawsuit with Varian

At the conclusion of a seven-week jury trial the anti-SLAPP appeal was dismissed as moot.

Well whoever was discussing the possibility of a brain implant coated with silicon nitride weeks back I brought this for you:

Looking for info on silicon nitride films on medical devices.
Originally published: August 22, 2016
Speaking of it in past tense. Looks like its a thing. I stand corrected on this previous statement SiNi films arent active in biomedical. Just looking in the wrong place.
"Silicon Nitride films are widely used in...Medical device industry"
Hmm, must be from the future. I cant name a single device off the top of my head.
"require a 2:1"
Is that you guess on the next revers split? I was thinking more along the lines of 12 to 15.
Starting investment: $10,000.00
Ending investment: $35.88
Further reverse split that with a 15 to 1. and I`m guessing $1,250 per share for the original investors that bought IPO to recoup their investment, provided they held from IPO. Lots of dark roads that could be forecasted as a continuation to what is evident in this maths. Premiums on preferred but not common provided a buy out. Sweet heart deals on portions of the IP hollowing out the core of the Co. etc.
This is pretty dark. How do you fund these things if this is what it takes for tech. break throughs in a capitalist society? I have no clear answers.
