I guess we'll just call this the "embodiments"? and the concern of biofilms on embodiments. I guess the biofilms could be an issue with various surfaces.

So what happens when you got a typo this bad in a patent? Does it nullify the patent? Looks like a typo.

Ran into this when thinking about the feasibility of glass "embodiments"

utilizing a parallel-plate, RF-powered plasma reactor, such as that illustrated in FIG. 6, is capable of producing a silicon nitride deposit from the chemical reaction of silane, ammonia, and nitrogen at temperatures in the range of 300° C. This technique is appropriate for depositing silicon nitride coatings on glass substrates used in mirror construction.

This would be a lot easier if you didnt need a literal plasma reactor. Like electroplating or fuming with Silver. Silver electro plating on other base metal "embodiments". Or "fuming" the process of placing pure silver in a torch until it produces silver fumes and using the fumes to deposit silver coatings on glass. This is technologically achievable relatively easy compared to needing a plasma reactor for SiNi coatings.

2. Silver has antibacterial properties. Seems like you can claim that without infringing a patent. Combined with the fact it's technologically relatively achievable. We'll call that the path of least resistance.

Seems like if you where serious about biofilms on various embodiments There's no point of using specifically SiNi,Unless there's a potential for silver allergy, unless your true purpose was to troll Sintx technologies.

It's almost worth it as a study in sociology and human behavior to see if there's a take down notice or cease and desist.
