Is that you guess on the next revers split? I was thinking more along the lines of 12 to 15.

Ending investment: $35.88

Further reverse split that with a 15 to 1. and I`m guessing $1,250 per share for the original investors that bought IPO to recoup their investment, provided they held from IPO. Lots of dark roads that could be forecasted as a continuation to what is evident in this maths. Premiums on preferred but not common provided a buy out. Sweet heart deals on portions of the IP hollowing out the core of the Co. etc.

This is pretty dark. How do you fund these things if this is what it takes for tech. break throughs in a capitalist society? I have no clear answers.

I mean thats an idea. perhaps utilizing the IP of US spine to generate enough sales in products to fund the R&D out of pocket? Not buying US spine and instead buying vapor deposition equipment to job works for surgical pin manufacturers? to generate a stream of revenue for R&D?

Selling the thing off to someone with enough cash profits to sink into the R&D in idea phase for $100 million? You seen Skip scooters?
The intricacies of that I find amazing. Like hitting the lotto. Taking a mediocre idea. Stealing it's business dress. Making it worse with no idea how to implement then somehow cashing out a $100 million dollar check for debt doing so. I would just bankrupt that and run far away from Portland if I where them.
