And away we go! Institutional investors are now driving this stock; it's beyond manipulation by the "Shorts."
The volume is unbelievable! There have got to be some institutional buys taking place. Curious to find out? Is Interstate Batteries getting back in? Institutional buys would be a most favorable sign!

"Round 2 after a $3.00 breakout." (?). I assume that you're hopeful about the future of AQMS? Me, too!
Great news from AQMS today! SP up 25% so far. Hopefully the frivolous lawsuit will go away soon.
Any word on the production remedy, anyone? I visited the AQMS Website. I see that they have posted job openings for the manufacturing plant. That's a good sign! No news although they previously announced that they would resume production by the end of January '18.
No, I never went over. I have very few shares; sold off most of my shares at a loss unfortunately. I think the gig is up? I have some time Friday. I'll run by there and find out what I can. Will let you all know.
Well, quiet around here. Understood; only 10 followers. Good volume today, but SP dropped off a bit today which is disconcerting. What do the insiders know that the rest of us don't. Let's hope that the Aqua Metals Inc. has a very positive news announcement by the end of the month as promised. Then watch this baby go; provided they resolve the legal action!
I am not sure that the Shorts are behind the lawsuits. Investors lost big when the unfortunate productivity disclosures came out. Seems that the attorneys think they have an angle due to the timing of the disclosures. Let's hope the lawsuit is frivolous. There certainly is lots of interest in the stock. I am also looking forward to Q4 Earnings Report.
No, I didn't go to Sauer's HQ, but I do think they are still operating at some level. But I will go by there just to satisfy your curiosity (if you'll take my word for it). Thanks for taking a look at AQMS, established 2014. They have an environmentally friendly system in development which recaptures lead from used batteries. I had time to read the Prospectus issued 12/11/17. The just of it is their debt is equal to all of their equity and the monies are coming due unless they can get some concessions. (Interstate Batteries has heavily invested for one.) So they found a third party to underwrite 7M shares at $2.10 for capital expenditures and R & D dollars in order to try to solve a glitch in the manufacturing process. It traded over 1M shares today. I see possibilities. The SP was in the $20.00 range last spring. If you learn more, I'd like to hear from you. I'll get back on my Sauer visit.
Yeah, time to move on. Icbc123, what do you think of AQMS? The SP has plunged due to technical difficulties and there is a class action lawsuit on the behalf of investors. (I know, doesn't sound good!)
I assume that you have unloaded a number of your shares? As savvy as you are, I am sure you did okay. I sold off 50% at a small loss. I'll let the rest ride. I know, slim chance. You're ticked off at the method and the madness, right?
It appears that Sauer Energy made the deadline for the 10K? Yeah, no installation on Fogo.
I feel compelled to write something. I haven't assumed an alias, Icbc123. I am definately not "Wrkinjoe". FYI, I retired about seven years ago - not working. Although I like to keep abreast of what's going on, I am not the least bit interested in participating in all of the very negative back and forth on this website. Discourse is one thing; cyber-bullying is another. I appreciate your insight but not your bad attitude. Therefore, I chose to monitor but not contribute. I saw your tip (FNJN). Thank you.
I am signing off. What started out to be a good thing has quickly soured. Good luck to you all.
Maybe there's a way you can unload your shares, Icbc123, without blowing the lid off. Like you said 99% are not aware of what has been posted here on this site. It would be nice if we all could retain our shirts.
Re the certification question, all I can do is send an email like everyone else. I was part of one quick tour. He doesn't know me from Adam.
No, I have no first-hand information. Just innuendo and speculation on my part.
Yes, Kettleman, I saw that too. Sauer is in partnership with WindSun Energy Systems who can provide the full package. The article also mentions a rooftop turbine. I imagine mostly for small residential use. Based on my tour of the facility, I am pretty sure that Sauer hasn't fully developed that particular unit. NW Power mentions developing one in the article. Perhaps along with Sauer? I didn't ask, and they wouldn't say. I understand that Sauer's next in-house project is a small scale HAWT. I saw the prototype on display. IMO, Sauer needs a merger/partnership. I would hope that is on the horizon.
I am thinking that Sauer should turn a profit 1st Qrtr, 2018. Hang in there. If that "built like a tank" of a wind turbine proves to be just that, NW Power is in. We all need to exercise some patience.
Think about it. It's a penny a share. Sauer Energy personnel are not setting idol living off the fat of the land. I know that they're being proactive. Wait! What have you got to lose?
Got to say, it was good to have the shipment of the Windcutter to Canada confirmed on Sauer's FB page. Rumor mill has it that the install should go forward on Fogo Island soon. I am sure that NW Power wants to get the Windcutter up and running in order to address the harsh Newfoundland weather concerns. That being, the weather conditions which were expressed in the local, Fogo Island, newspaper article which Icbc123 was able to locate and subsequently post on this site. Here's the article Icbc123 found and posted earlier.

Okay, thanks.
On Facebook around Nov. 3, Sauer Energy also updated their Cover Photo with a picture of the installed Windcutter at WillowSprings Raceway in Ca.

Well, a new Facebook Post is up today. Photos and caption feature the Windcutter turbine being delivered to Fogo Island.
Icbc123, I am 70 and in good health. I am comfortable financially speaking. (Real Estate has proved to be a solid long-term investment in CA.) Just for fun, I established a small IRA with an on-line stockbroker. I funded it with about $6K years ago before I retired, and I've been working with that base since then. Like I have mentioned, I bought a couple different small cap oil companies based on a connected oil-field-type friend's advise. My latest unfortunately is in dissolution. It was a penny stock. I was in for about $5K; expect to recoup 10%. That move has put me down from my original investment.
Long story short, I'd like to make some mad-money. Hate being down! Especially in this market. Good advice. I will follow it. Hope u stick around.
p.s. I see Hitman is still here! Good.
Traders: What's the odds of finding a Penny Stock that will take off? 1 in a 10O or less? And maybe I am way off! 1 in 1000 perhaps? Seems that DD doesn't factor in a whole bunch on a day to day basis with these stocks. No IPO is ever in the penny range; so 99 out of 100 "bargin buys" have all but proven to be an odds-on losing proposition.
So, do I stick for a pump and bump, or dump? And obviously, the long- run is a crap shoot. I guess I have arrived at a crossroad. Like Ibcb123 said, very few of us here - 67 or so. A lot less of us active. Thanks to Ibcb123, we are more than partially informed. (For the record, I did do a tour. And if any other on this site can make it over to the Oxnard facility, a second information gathering tour would be welcomed.)
I buy a few lottery tickets every week. Win some, but mostly lose some. I also venture to Vegas a couple times a year. Almost always lose; especially these days. But, I never gamble more than I can afford to lose. Here, we have $.01 lottery tickets. Each chance can pay a considerable return. For me for now if not SENY, what?
Thanks, Icbc123. As always, you're input is valued. I am not sure how or why the number of employees can not be accounted for? When I toured the plant, I did talk to a machinist at the facility who reported that he has worked for Sauer for 5 years. I really don't think he was lying. We have mutual friends. That's how I got in for the tour. I don't think there is a big conspiracy going on here. Agreed, there are elements here that are outside the perimeters of good business practices. I still think Sauer has a viable product and they are in the development phase of more products. I hear that they are going forward on the prototype installation in Canada within weeks. I have no knowledge nor can I confirm it, but I see the potential for some domestic sales, maybe a partnership with NW Power, or a merger with a financially stronger partner. You have to admit, Dieter Sauer is one tenacious individual. He will not go away without a lot more fight.
Icbc123, I hope to stick around and make a buck here or maybe there. I am working w/ a slightly depleted IRA acct. Years ago, more than one foreign oil play got me good!
If u get on to something and experience a philanthropic moment, please give me or us a holler. Right here sounds good. I followed (but held off) on a past tip - IMUC. Unfortunately, it hasn't done much.
I respect you Icbc123. I believe you when you say that you are successful. You have shared your evident vast knowledge and expertise with us. That is fully appreciated. Too bad you won't be around to coach some of us!
The info you reference re employees is not current or blatantly incorrect. Also, I saw six crates. Whether they had each and every component inside, I don't know. I stand behind my earlier posting. They are up and running.
No need for name calling here. Let's keep it civil.
Besides, I thought you were out? Sounds like you're fed up! However, I think you're making a mistake selling all your shares.
Icbc123, You have done your DD. And you have provided "some" indisputable vital information. Your efforts and willingness to share what you learned is appreciated. But like you said, trust no one on this site. I am not going to go into great detail on what I learned, but as part of a small group (and with one day's notice to Sauer), I very recently toured the Sauer Energy Inc. facility located at 1620 Emerson, Oxnard, CA. I was told 11 employees work there. I observed 6-7 at the time. I met the CEO. Within the facility, I observed work taking place in a machine shop, a computer lab, and a very busy shipping department. A front office is located in the building staffed by Ana, whom we were told is quite overwhelmed with her work load as she has no assistant. I observed a half dozen crated Windcutters; ready to ship. I observed several employees in the process of assembling new crates. I saw shelves and stacks of inventory. I saw a large trailer which they use to tow the prototypes at speed to create wind for testing purposes. There was an area set up for the display of several of their products including the Windcutter. Finally, I talked to employees who have been employed by Sauer for numerous years. They reported the CEO is well-liked and respected and they feel confident about the future.
Breaking News? Well, we were told to look for an update on the installation at Fogo Island in Canada within weeks.
Based on what I saw at the physical plant, it's definitely not a scam as far as I can tell, Icbc123. But do as you wish. If I had 16M shares, I would be a little more than upset at the apparent lack of progress, too. As I am in at approx. $.0106 a share, I am going to take my chances and stick around.
If you doubt my testimony here, drive by 1620 Emerson Ave, Oxnard, CA 93033. See for yourself.
Kettleman,
What little information I have been able to glean from various sources tells me that the roof mounted turbine is still in the works and won't be fully developed until later. I hear rumors that a compact HAWT may be forthcoming within the next year. (Less capacity and less expensive than the WindCutter.) Only rumors.
Nice find, Icbc123. Yes, Fyerdriver I saw that too. Since they seem to be exploring a partnership w/ NW, I would think that the residential unit proposed to be developed by NW would be a joint project. They have expertise in-hand w/ Sauer Energy. I am not sure if Sauer's rooftop mounted unit, Windcharger (Correct?), has been fully developed? Perhaps patents pending, too?
Good point. I think they have a very small payroll; like maybe a half dozen. They may be looking to expand their workforce. In one of their older news releases, they mention a sales force/marketing director. Now that they have a viable product, it is time to step it up.
A site for sore eyes. Thanks.
I still say the CEO has been busy with others details. For one, I suspect he has been overseeing and finalizing the installation(s). It's been a couple of weeks since the last news bite. Perhaps the time is about right?
That teaser wasn't about SENY? But sounds like it? You're waxing pretty positive these days. Bottom line-it's a penny stock. Don't bet the ranch, but then don't be left behind. A wise "ole sage" insinuated as much on a blog I am quite familiar with.
Hitman,
That's been discussed. It's in. It's up and running.
Okay, point well-taken. I did try to call and nobody answered. I left a msg representing myself as a shareholder and my call was never returned. On the other hand, the Willow Springs prototype was announced June 22,'17. The announcement stated that within 90 days the project would be forthcoming. That's a due date of Sept 21 or so. You have to admit, it was not too far off of the target date.
Some of these guys and gals have been waiting a long time. I've been there. About waiting: An old friend made a ton of money via stock options working for an international Pharmaceutical firm, After an early retirement, she played the stock market and killed it. Her advice? Buy right and then forget about it.
I am in this for the long-run. I think I bought right. Sometime in the future, I hope to eventually recoup my expenses and take a small profit from the sale of a small portion of my SENY stock. The rest I am going to just leave alone; that is, forget about it.
Hitman,
I mentioned in an earlier post; it's a small operation. A lot falls on this CEO. I am speculating that he had to go oversee and close the sale/installation in Canada. So, he's busy with other things.
They get weather up there. I am sure they wanted the recently purchased Windcutter in place ASAP for obvious reasons. I am checking the Fogo Island area news for any reports on the new wind turbine.
I think D. Sauer proved he can get the word out with the Willow Springs and the NW, Canada, deals. Things are happening. We'll be informed when the time is right.
