Icbc123, You have done your DD. And you have provided "some" indisputable vital information. Your efforts and willingness to share what you learned is appreciated. But like you said, trust no one on this site. I am not going to go into great detail on what I learned, but as part of a small group (and with one day's notice to Sauer), I very recently toured the Sauer Energy Inc. facility located at 1620 Emerson, Oxnard, CA. I was told 11 employees work there. I observed 6-7 at the time. I met the CEO. Within the facility, I observed work taking place in a machine shop, a computer lab, and a very busy shipping department. A front office is located in the building staffed by Ana, whom we were told is quite overwhelmed with her work load as she has no assistant. I observed a half dozen crated Windcutters; ready to ship. I observed several employees in the process of assembling new crates. I saw shelves and stacks of inventory. I saw a large trailer which they use to tow the prototypes at speed to create wind for testing purposes. There was an area set up for the display of several of their products including the Windcutter. Finally, I talked to employees who have been employed by Sauer for numerous years. They reported the CEO is well-liked and respected and they feel confident about the future.
Breaking News? Well, we were told to look for an update on the installation at Fogo Island in Canada within weeks.
Based on what I saw at the physical plant, it's definitely not a scam as far as I can tell, Icbc123. But do as you wish. If I had 16M shares, I would be a little more than upset at the apparent lack of progress, too. As I am in at approx. $.0106 a share, I am going to take my chances and stick around.
If you doubt my testimony here, drive by 1620 Emerson Ave, Oxnard, CA 93033. See for yourself.
