Icbc123, I am 70 and in good health. I am comfortable financially speaking. (Real Estate has proved to be a solid long-term investment in CA.) Just for fun, I established a small IRA with an on-line stockbroker. I funded it with about $6K years ago before I retired, and I've been working with that base since then. Like I have mentioned, I bought a couple different small cap oil companies based on a connected oil-field-type friend's advise. My latest unfortunately is in dissolution. It was a penny stock. I was in for about $5K; expect to recoup 10%. That move has put me down from my original investment.
Long story short, I'd like to make some mad-money. Hate being down! Especially in this market. Good advice. I will follow it. Hope u stick around.
