No, I didn't go to Sauer's HQ, but I do think they are still operating at some level. But I will go by there just to satisfy your curiosity (if you'll take my word for it). Thanks for taking a look at AQMS, established 2014. They have an environmentally friendly system in development which recaptures lead from used batteries. I had time to read the Prospectus issued 12/11/17. The just of it is their debt is equal to all of their equity and the monies are coming due unless they can get some concessions. (Interstate Batteries has heavily invested for one.) So they found a third party to underwrite 7M shares at $2.10 for capital expenditures and R & D dollars in order to try to solve a glitch in the manufacturing process. It traded over 1M shares today. I see possibilities. The SP was in the $20.00 range last spring. If you learn more, I'd like to hear from you. I'll get back on my Sauer visit.
