There is no confirmation, just speculating on his post. Not likely that the 3rd reduction will take place before the first two are finalized. But who knows? I'm looking for a reason to stick around with my remaining shares.
Orchestrated walk down for a buy back?
Couldn't agree more. Honestly, was planning to sell after the boost from the share reduction PR; just never materialized. I don't get it...
Gonna have to pull the plug while I'm still profitable. Hope, for everyone's sake, that I regret it! GL.
Your comments are tired, old, and incredibly annoying.
Those folks don't affect me, or most; the problem is the SP. I've been in too many pinks and watched this initial drop turn into a slow, sub-penny bleed. That, coupled with poorly received PRs gives reason for pause.
Still holding, but sold a bit yesterday. Cautiously optimistic going forward.
No. A grocery store is not a consignment store. You are waaaaay off, my friend.
I'm a couple hours behind in that endeavor, but I will most definitely be consuming adult beverages soon...
Not gonna lie; today is a bit of a head scratcher for me. I've been anticipating this news for a while, and am not sure why it appears to be poorly received by the market.
And the opposite side of the pump is this delusional garbage.
Share reduction has started and will continue in the coming weeks. Moreover, Steve has stayed true to his word to this point (since I bought in in the .001-.003 range).
I guess I wish I was a loser?
That's not helpful. And there is nothing to support that. I'm long, but also realistic. These ridiculous proclamations are no more helpful than those crying trips.
Bottom line is everyone saying retrace/filling the gap/profit takers were all saying momentum would continue today; especially considering a Friday AH PR. That's not the case, so it leaves folks wondering, myself included. Holding for now...
It's probably fake because they don't believe it. They can't take appropriate filed document at face value, and instead they rely on pure conjecture and lie.
And would probably help fix the grammar and spelling errors.
I'm reasonably certain Mark has confirmed this himself.
What's the catalyst? Been riding this one since trips and thinking about selling. Any inkling for why the move up the last few trading days?
What are the best guesses for revenues this quarter? Think we will move up all week until then, or will people get cold feet as the 15th draws nearer? I understand that most of the major contracts won't likely reflect, but SB said we should be satisfied. Wonder if he will offset any lackluster numbers with the 1.4B share retirement?
I'll be doing the same. She has been accurate without blatantly pumping. Also hasn't made ridiculous proclamations about future SP.
I'm close to selling as well...still in the green at least, but for how long?
I'll do my part; added a bit more to my position
Yet you're still here...
Again.
I like your style. Rode trips to three cents and back down here; anxious, but seeing where this goes. Positives outweigh the negatives, and I expect sales to be solid.
Nothing has changed, and uplist potential remains the same, and is still pending audits of financials which will take times. Solid sales will put us at 1cent (I think) and keep it there until an uplist is possible.
Would be nice to see how these different expansions of sales lines has had an impact; i.e., how are we selling in the Kokomo Target? Plans to expand? Timeline for product on shelves in Ontario?
All will play out one way or another, but I'm here for the long haul to see it through. GLTA.
The ad campaign sounds weak, honestly. Would much rather have a sneak peak at sales.
Doubtful more than 40 will carry it, and will likely be in NJ and NY. From Wikipedia:
ShopRite Wines & Spirits

Wakefern members also operate a cooperative chain of stores which offer wine, beer and spirits called ShopRite Wines & Spirits. Most stores are located adjacent to or inside of ShopRite Supermarkets; however, there are several freestanding stores. One store (in Pennington, New Jersey) offers a bar inside the ShopRite store.[citation needed]
Members operate 38 ShopRite Wine and Spirits Shops in New Jersey and New York.
Verifiable and tangible financials are needed at this point, and they are coming. And I agree that there are forces out there keeping this about a penny; that definitely provides a bit of reassurance. And I think that Rich has been more engaged on the PR side lately, and is attempting to fill the lulls with news when he can, despite that news not being anything spectacular.
The continuing relationship with Brinkley is a definite plus. It either signifies her faith in the brand, and/or that they have met the metrics set forth in their initial agreement; I don't recall exactly what the initial agreement was, but it was built on a certain number of sales with a tiered increase per quarter I believe.
Slapped 13's...y'all convinced me.
I bumped to .0012. Nothing doing there either...I'll give it a bit more time, though
Likelihood of 11s?
Preferably not guesses...
Couldn't agree more. I thought their purpose was exposure and taking shareholder inquiries off Rich's plate. Thus far I think they've mustered up a FB post or tweet.
ICNB owns a 51% interest in Bellissima (PR Dec 16th). Why acquire the remainder? Buy low, sell high. Maximize profitability. Maybe I'm confused by your question (high probability; I'm slow).
Return buyers are a long term problem. First time/new buyers is still the focus. And I don't think like-ability will be a problem; even if it's a mediocre product, it fills a niche with the organic and vegan tags. People that actively seek vegan products will be drawn to it simply for the vegan certification. Not a lot of competition for organic/vegan prosecco. HUGE positive.
Near term problem is definitely dilution, and how the company will tackle it. And, moreover, how they will acquire the remainder of Bellissima without further dilution. Not a death sentence by any means; revenues are likely outpacing dilution. We just won't know until tangible results and verified financials are released.
Blatant pumping doesn't encourage new blood, however. Everyone needs to stay grounded. If things were so certain, then this would already be taking off. We aren't the chosen few. Everything needs to stay grounded in reality.
Random posts about $1/share, buyout "news", etc aren't helpful, and not founded in any reality. This stock had great potential, but the focus needs to be on reality.
This is akin to any beverage company going bankrupt and people saying Bellissima is next. Completely unfounded and nonsensical. I'm long since the trips, and excited about the future, but these posts help nothing.
Please stop with the blind pumping. This does just as much a disservice to the stock as anything Apostle posts.
Focus on tangible and verifiable positives: Canada, multiple large retailers, social media campaign, and indications that the last 49% of Bellissima is still being acquired. Last weeks PRs were helpful, and I love that Rich finally spoke directly to his SHs.
Honestly, yes. Eventually, probably inevitably. Sales and numbers will generate the interest. Those numbers are based on wine moving off shelves. When the company shows quality sales, the interest in the company will increase. If it's selling well, I'm not worried about them promoting/connecting to ICNB yet. Focus is on the Bellissima brand right now.
New theory: Apostle is Rich. And they are all part of an elaborate scam. Nonsense.
Stock is fine, product is fine. Dilution is happening with constraints. True issues I have are as follows:
How/when will ICNB acquire the other 49% of Bellissima?
How will we reduce shares? Future share reductions were mentioned after the first, but a distant memory at this point.
All in all, if you consider this a gamble, it's a healthy one IMO. Long and strong, and have been here since the trips.
Thanks for that. Would love to see that along with the other great and amazing developments in the chute.
And please don't get me wrong; I've been long since trips, and see great potential. It's just trying when you continuously wait for the what if, or sit and hope for some of these promised developments to come to fruition.
I grow more concerned when the focus is vague and undefinable.
Would like to see the confirmation for various states, auditing, what the PR firm is actually doing to elevate the stock.
Also, didn't a PR state they were working to purchasing the outstanding 49% stake in Bellisimma?
