Phone Rick Walker - he knows everything. LOL!
"That would be one of the CMKX auditor's responsibilities .. asset and title"
CMKX has an auditor? ROFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes and now Walker has engaged a team of home based lawyers to try and get it back.

yeah, a real classic...
This is a real mining story - it will stun and offend most on this board.

There must be some way you can return the dividend or have it removed from your account.
Just think of how much trouble the Saskatchewan insiders are going to be in...!
poor baby!
try SLT I have another but I have to check it out a little bit more. I only have about 250,000 shares of SLT but I think it will be in for a good run in 2005.
You might make a few cents and you might lose a few cents but you don't have a chance to make a home run on this stock.
yawn...
what does "...oem" mean?
"It's a freakin' paper dusty. Not unlike a term paper. He didn't write the Act, he commented on it."
Yes, but if Roger Glenn can write stuff like that does it not at least mean CMKX is deserving of diamonds?
FROM THE REPORT
"When considering whether a proposal is excludable because of its subject matter, a few points are worth noting:
• The SEC recognizes that stockholder proposals that would require the company to take or forebear from taking some action are more likely to be excludable as relating to a topic that is not a proper subject for action by stockholders under state law than proposals that are cast as mere recommendations. The SEC will routinely permit a stockholder to revise a proposal to recast it as a recommendation in order to avoid exclusion."
Well, yup, you proved it - CMKX is legit - better buy more in the a.m. If they can publish stuff like that they must got some real big diamonds out thar in Fort a'la Con.
There is no moose better with the possible exception of Wilbur.
Here is a picture of a young Wilbur right before I lasooed him.

The Las Vegas lifestyle has taken quite a toll on Wilbur and this is what he looks like now.

yawn...
That would be Mac the Moose, they are planning on moving him a few miles down the highway to the new tourist information center. I think he may already be at his new home - the other problem were his feet were starting to rust out and they had to build new ones.
http://www.roadsideattractions.ca/mjmoose.htm
What does "oem" mean?
Here in Hollywood there is always room for a Moose. The Moose (Wilbur) will be smuggled down with forged health papers as a horse across the U.S. Canadian border via Sweetgrass, Montana. The episode with the Moose will take a drastic heart wrenching turn when the Moose develops colic after being given beer to drink instead of water by his caretakers Bob and Doug and has to be air lifted to a vet clinic in Colorado. The last 100 miles out of Vegas the Moose will make a miraculous recovery just as Bob's 77 Chevy breaks down and they have to ride Wilbur the rest of the way to Fifi's luxurious penthouse pad on the outskirts of Vegas.
This would make a great soap opera -
The Diamond Merchants
Act 1 - Scene 1
After a night of Las Vegas debauchery Usvan gets a call from his bank saying he is over draft and then goes on a three day drinking and drug binge with his buddy from the Saskatchewan penitentiary and starts writing news releases. The star of the show will be a young 16 year old Jodie Foster look alike prostitute named Fifi who is the brains behind the gang of would be diamond merchants and who corrects grammar in the news releases.
Last Scene - Episode 99
Where Bibi and her pimp throw the two bloated penny scammers off a boat after being tortured to get their Cayman Island trading codes and head for Bora Bora where they live happily ever after.
One stock makes you larger
And one stock makes you small
And the ones that Carolyn gives you
Don't do anything at all
Go ask Urban
When hes ten feet tall
And if you go chasing investments
And you know you're going to fall
Tell them the hookah-smoking lawyer (Roger Glenn)
has given you the call
Call Urban when he was just small
When the men on the chess board get up and tell you what to buy
And you just had some kind of mushroom
And your mind is moving slow
Go ask Emmerson
I think he'll know
When logic and proportion
Have fallen so I'll be dead
And Sterlings's talking backwards
And Janice Says off with his head
Remember what the dormouse said

Without getting into a lot of detail I was responsible for drilling two targets in the immediate area of the Scout Lake anomaly based on some hearsay information from water well drillers.
RC means reverse circulation holes, i.e. not core drilling.
What part of Manitoba did the indicators come from? A long eroded one where the pipes are no more than roots a few feet across. There is an indicator diamond dispersion train right into Montana that comes from the same area.
The topographic highs are always magnetic highs in southern Saskatchewan.
What does this stuff mean??? Those are claim numbers that were sold to MDEX by Dr. J.M. an all round nice guy btw.
double yawn
Careful with the tequila and coke or the next picture you post will be dancing on that table naked.
relax and drink more Corona or doubles
If the value is there the asteroid belt could be mined. The question is "is the value there" and don't compare potash and uranium because they got enormous boosts by the government injecting cash - that nice easy scenario won't happen here.
The Lesotho article clearly explained DeBeers (who know the value of stones better than Gump) realize the value of a kimberlite pipe is the number of large gem stones it can produce. This does not take huge tonnage it takes huge stones with the tonnage factored in. E.g. many of the Lesotho deposits don't have small stones or even micro-counts but they do turn up every once and awhile 50+ carat gem quality stones. I.e. this cannot be extrapolated using normal calculation methods.
I still don't understand how something buried under 300 feet of unconsolidated sand with several water acquifers is an easy mining target. Maybe you can explain that.
Here is documented proof of why the pipe formerly known as the Carolyn might actually contain big stones.
"Rogan MacLean," he said, introducing himself. He explained that he worked at the Diamond Trading Company in London, and he had been sent to Lesotho to evaluate the diamonds coming out of its mine. He said that he was in charge of evaluating "large stones," which De Beers defined as any uncut gem diamond weighing over 14.8 carats.
"How many large stones are found every year," I asked.
"Very few. I'd say well under 200.. This mine is one of the two places in the world we regularly get them from. The ,I her place is Sierra Leone, but the fields there are just about exhausted." MacLean explained, as we waited for a Land Rover to pick us up, that this mine had only been opened for some thirteen months, and it had already produced nearly too large stones. Most of these Lesothan diamonds had a brownish tint to them but aside from that, according to MacLean, they were of first-rate quality.

CMKX Aussie Division?
"So what is known about this Lesotho Diamond Corporation? It is said to control the Kao kimberlite pipe which is located in the Maluti mountains of Lesotho. According to the Australian Financial Review the geographical resource is estimated at 150 million tonnes with an average grade between 7 and 8 carats/100 tonnes. On this basis Bond and his friends apparently ascribe a value of US$36 billion to it, but this is promotion gone mad and words like ‘cloud’ and ‘cuckooland ‘ spill from the lips of other diamond experts who have visited Kao. Questions of title, variable grade and access are commonly raised and they scratch their heads and wonder aloud which of London’s stockbrokers and nominated advisers would be willing to help Mr Bond and friends raise £20 million for the company."

and following that thought, average ...
drilling close MEANS success if there IS something there, no?
YES if there is something there but proximity is no guarantee of success in this game and remember SIZE matters in FALC. There are a lot of tiny kimberlites with diamonds in them that mean nothing. Unless you have something in the magnitude of 200 million + tonnes you have nothing. The only two places with size like this are in the southern reaches of FALC and CMKX has no land position there and remember the big ones have all been staked for 10 + years - and what about the other diamond play in Saskatchewan - why don't these yokels have ground there?
The opposite could be said as well...
Do you mean like...
If there is nothing there, drilling close does not mean success
Here is their accountant...

Did they really publish that?
The area cannot be too exciting because not one extra claim has been filed on top of the hill. All the magnetic anomalies in this area are coincident with topographic highs and this one is no different. If the data is properly processed by a competent geophysicist the anomalies actually dissolve.
All the kimberlite indicator minerals in this area of the province came from Manitoba aboard glaciers and the fact they look fresh and have not traveled far is because the weathered out of larger pieces of debris over the last 10,000 years.
If you review the records at Sask Water Corporation you will see the entire Scout Lake area has been riddled with RC holes by ranchers and farmers.
The only chance in S. Saskatchewan for kimberlite and gold is in the Cypress Hills were no glaciation ever took place and this area extends into Alberta. MDEX is basically just another folly that was not properly researched.

Drilling close does not mean success if there is nothing there.
NSDM announces $500,000 fur hat exploration program for Manitoba
Thursday November 30, 10:00 am ET
BELLINGHAM, WA, Nov. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - North Star Fur Hats, Inc. (NQB Pink Sheets: NSDM - News), is in the final stages of selecting joint venture partners for the Manitoba fur hat exploration program.
This program calls for $500,000.00 being spent on exploration before November 30, 2005. All the funds will be provided by the joint venture partners. Attracting joint venture partners is part of NSDMs strategy to add value to its fur hat claims minimizing share dilution to its shareholders. NSDM will remain as the operating company for the exploration programs. The joint venture partners will be announced as the contractual formalities are concluded and regulatory approval is obtained.
Walter Rednuts is attending the Manitoba Mining and Minerals Convention which is being held in Winnipeg from November 18th to the 20th. Of particular interest is the presentation by Dr. Harvey Thorleifson on the fur hat indicator minerals of Western Manitoba, the area where NSDM has several fur hat exploration programs.
Also, contracts for several more phases of geophysical work will be put out for tender. The average cost of each phase is in the vicinity of $10,000 to $15,000.00. Mr. Rednuts will also be meeting with the fur hat drilling contractors to determine the costs and availability of the drills. Drilling will commence when the ground is frozen which under normal conditions is mid December.
NSDM has located the fur hat claims using Computer Enhanced Geophysical Graphics, which is very useful in discovering fur hat pipes and therefore Mr. Rednuts is very optimistic in discovering fur hats in Manitoba. Mr. Rednuts states "If there are fur hats in Manitoba, we will find them."
