WOW! good work...
It appears to be the same guy that is propping up Hutchinson and Moen in flogging a diamond deal in Sierra Leone.
Can the sinister ex-prison guard from PA be far behind?
There is some dude named Frank J. Fioritto with fax number (702) 696 1855 promoting the African deal.
Is this guy associated with Urban?

Onward!!!
CMKX et al has lost half their land position over the last 6 months because the claims lapsed for lack of work. Another company has established a permanent 1st place position in line at the Government Office to pick up the rest of the land which will lapse over the next 10 months. So unless CMKX et al posts a $12,000,000 bond to keep the claims going for another 12 months your company is SOL. Could be they figure they might need that bond money somewhere else.
It costs $12 per hectare to keep a claim going past the second anniversary date. This $12 can be paid either in cash or by providing a report of work outlining the expenditure. I

Casavant Mining Kimberlite International Announces Acquisition of Claim and Aerial Survey Update
Wednesday March 5, 9:30 am ET
LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 5, 2003--Casavant Mining Kimberlite International, Las Vegas (OTCBB: CMKM - News), has reached an agreement to the terms of an acquisition for the Snowden Kimberlite Pipe with Anglo Minerals Ltd. Claim S-133707 (Section 5, Twp 52, Rge 18, W2). This claim is one of many targeted by Casavant Mining, and Claim S-133707 is currently surrounded by Commando/Buckshot Holdings which recently was acquired by Casavant Mining Kimberlite International.
Saskatchewan Energy and Mines' open files record contains the following information (SEM open File 73HO7-0018) for informational purposes only.
Three drill holes were completed by Rhonda Mining Corp. in 1993, located 5 km southeast of Snowden, in Section 5, Twp 52, Rge 18, W2, adjacent to a large kimberlite body on Cameco/De Beers/Kensington ground to the north.
Rhonda drillhole OFS93-02 encountered 15 m of tufaceous/detrital kimberlite immediately below the overburden, from 102 m to 117 m. End of hole was at 160.6 m depth.
OFS93-03 cut 9 m of eruptive and detrital kimberlite material immediately below the overburden, from 95.12 m to 104.05 m. End of hole was at 154.8 m.
OFS93-04 intersected 14 m of mainly tufaceous kimberlite immediately below the overburden, from 94.4 m to 108.4 m. End of hole was at 160.6 m. Indicator mineral chemistry and micro diamond analyses were performed on kimberlite core samples. A total of 21 micro diamonds were reported from approximately 100 kg of kimberlite (100 kg equals approximately 220 pounds). (SEM Open File 73H07-0018).
Fugro Airborne Survey Update
We are pleased to inform that the Fugro Airborne Survey has been launched and is currently underway. Casavant Mining has received updates as to progress of the aerial survey on the 700,000 acres at the Fort A La Corne Project. On Feb. 26 and 27 Fugro crew was mobilized and approximately 892 kms of data was collected of the 11,380 kms contracted at this time. Fugro Airborne Surveys is currently using advanced Geotem Technology to identify any kimberlite presence on the company's claims.
Casavant Mining shall be informed, on a daily basis, in respect to the progress of the survey; the shareholders shall also be informed as to updates on a frequent basis.
There is no guarantee, however, that the survey will identify kimberlite pipes. Even if numerous kimberlite pipes are identified, there is no guarantee that any such kimberlite pipes will contain diamonds.
Investor Relations
In addition to investor relations in Las Vegas for Casavant Mining Kimberlite International, a Saskatchewan Diamonds Hotline has now been opened. The purpose for this office is to give shareholders an opportunity to speak with a representative from the Fort A La Corne area.
The division will be headed by Melvin O'Neil, a 50-year resident and a well-known member of the community.
O'Neil is familiar with the mining and mineral industry and has first-hand knowledge of the development of the Fort A La Corne area.

Press releases on Feb. 19 and 20 mentioned "claims surrounding the De Beers diamond mine at Fort A La Corne"; in fact, they should have read "De Beers diamond exploration project."

Diamond hunt ends in N.W.T, gears up in Sask.
Last Updated Apr 22 2005 04:40 PM CDT
CBC News
REGINA – Diamond giant De Beers has wound down exploration in the Northwest Territories, but it's pouring millions this year into the hunt for Saskatchewan stones.
Earlier this month, the company said it was closing its Yellowknife exploration office, which was opened at the height of the diamond exploration boom 10 years ago.
A company spokesperson said De Beers has done enough work to be satisfied about the diamond potential of the Northwest Territories.
About half of the 14 staff in the office have been reassigned while the rest have left the company.
"I think what we see in the N.W.T. is a sort of a natural transition from exploration into mining development," says Linda Dorrington of De Beers.
"We are now spending most of our efforts in other parts of the country, the eastern Arctic and elsewhere," she said.
Saskatchewan is one of the key areas for De Beers – under a joint venture with Kensington Resources and Cameco, $26 million will be spent on diamond exploration in the Fort a la Corne area in 2005.
It's not known yet if any of the kimberlite fields being explored will lead to the development of commercial diamond mines.
However, De Beers says it expects to make some kind of decision by 2008.
Fort a la Corne is about 50 kilometres east of Prince Albert.

AZTEC Recovers 28 Diamonds From Sturgeon Lake
Friday April 22, 3:11 pm ET
INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 22, 2005--AZTEC Mining Corp. (Pink Sheets:AZTM - News) is pleased to announce the results of detailed analysis carried out on kimberlite samples from its 100% owned Sturgeon Lake claim. The Sturgeon Lake claim, located 20 miles north west of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, contains approximately 1 million metric tons of ice-rafted kimberlite. The kimberlite is exposed at surface.
A total of 117.7 kilograms of kimberlite was submitted to the Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC) for analysis. The samples were subjected to caustic fusion and then sieved. The results are as follows:
28 micro-diamonds were recovered from the bottom 106-micron sieve, weighing a total of .443 milligrams. The largest micro-diamond, recovered from a 6.55 kilogram sample, weighed .144 milligrams. The SRC further reports that 16 of the diamonds are colorless, clear octahedrals, with another 5 being colorless, clear fragments.
AZTEC is very encouraged by these preliminary results, which compare quite favorably to the better initial results reported from the earlier discoveries in the Fort-a-la-Corne region. Fort-a-la-Corne, located 60 miles east of Sturgeon Lake, hosts one of the largest populations of diamondiferous kimberlite bodies in the world.
Further investigation of the Sturgeon Lake kimberlite is planned, including the collection of a larger sample for analysis. AZTEC's Sturgeon Lake property has recently been surround-staked by other diamond explorers.
The company website is in the process of being updated to include more information about recent AZTEC property acquisitions and other corporate developments.

What claims?
The last of the so called optioned "claims" is in the 90 day critical lapse period and someone is in line for them right now that is not related to CMKX.
The last best target was the Smeaton Dump. I understand the company won't be releasing the diamond count from the Smeaton Dump anytime soon.
The worst joke the SEC could ever play on the in-crowd is not cease trading them but letting the agony continue.
"The CMKX claim option agreements would need to be in the registry to be legal . And could be found depending on jurisdiction in the registry system located in the appropriate locale. I'm curious to see if there actually is still an option agreement since a great deal of the claims lapsed and were picked up by Koch in the private numbered companies."
No one has ever registered or filed option agreements at the Saskatchewan Mines Branch or the Saskatchewan Corporations Branch or at any other government department. Btw I found out the real reason the option agreements can't be located and that is they don't exist. The deals were done on the good old verbal handshake. I suppose you think they can register that to.
Certain someones have profited on the way up and the way down. A cease trade order would erase many sins of omission.
Perhaps certain someones want the plug pulled but the SEC won't do it, perhaps the SEC knows this and is dealing with the situation accordingly.
Do you want my best guess?
You might be surprised to learn in a few days why it is still trading.
The name of the game appears to be information gathering. I should know more by Wednesday afternoon.
This is way beyond the scope of the Saskatchewan authorities.
My take on it is there never was a grand conspiracy. UC was on a roll and he hooked up with some yokels that bank rolled him a little further by staking more ground for stock. They all thought "Wow, what a wonderful way to make money".
It would have died a natural death if more creditable people like Hutchinson had not chimed in with Billion dollar valuations which was all Sterling and the CT's needed to see Trillion dollar valuations.
In Canada there is no way that I know of to value ground that does not contain proven reserves. Millions of acres are often carried on the books for $1.00. I have seen companies with tens of thousands of acres of privately owned fee simple minerals valued at $1.00 because there is no way to put a value on unproven minerals. Claims that are held by invisible option agreements with potentially huge carrying costs are not an asset but rather a liability.
I think Glenn and Maheu were there to simply make sure certain information did not come to light. This to seems a little fetched because no records were kept to paper what went on in the first place.
Buyer beware.
Corporations Branch is in Regina.
I assume someone is digging up corporate records on the various companies CMKX purportedly had deals with to find out who incorporated the entity, who owns shares, what class of shares, who the directors are, if the entity is in good standing and most important are the directors liable and are the directors large CMKX shareholders.
I have no idea what anyone would hope to find or dig up by going into the records of the Mines Branch. As far as I know there is nothing there pertaining to CMKX as they have never filed any assessment work. Not filing assessment work is how they lost their most important claim that contained their only pipe. Instead of drilling a new pipe on their millions of acres of oreos they ringed the kimberlite formerly known as the Carolyn with holes even drilling in the garbage dump and they found nothing but junked freezers and tin cans.
No one has ever seen the underlying agreements with any of the various claim owners and CMKX. Most deals require the person obtaining the option to perform various work obligations to advance the lands to the next stage. Outside of some airborne work to the west and some drilling around the dump absolutely no work was performed in the latter part of 2004 and now 2005.
Contrary to popular belief there are no private minerals in the FALC area. If the claim is on forest or farm land it has the exact same requirements with respect to reporting work. All minerals under forest or farm land have the minerals reserved for the Crown. A claim owner is not obligated by law to report the results of his work.
