Yeah, and anybody who gets sick of EAPH's voice can come back over here and puke some of it up. As far as I know there's no restriction here about bad-mouthing posters on other sites, as long as the posts are about EAPH. I like that moniker: "The Voice of EAPH." Good riddance as far as I'm concerned.
How much lower is EAPH's PPS going to go before they figure out their next bullshit PR? Funny how that Alliance deal shut them up for a while. I'm still wanting to see a legal description of that land involved in that Alliance deal, but we probably won't be hearing that anytime soon from the Voice of EAPH.
I hope they enjoy their echo chamber and their diet of EAPH's promotional bullshit and lies. They're welcome to it. I suspect they'll sneak back over once in a while for a dose of reality. No doubt we'll be hearing from some of them once in a while when they come crying on days like today. I like the quiet.
It's difficult to say what will come out when, but we know that it will stink if it comes from EAPH. Fishy PRs and bogus forward-looking statements are a long-term EAPH tradition.
Notice how EAPH is always trying to ride on somebody else's coattails, even if it's those of one of their imaginary friends like "Windsor Pharmaceuticals?" $20 million is way too much market cap for a ticker like EAPH to be toting. A single million is too high a level for them to keep it pumped up to. There's just nothing there but, well, you know: bovine excrement.
Maybe they could use some of that on the pot plants if they ever get around to getting a license to grow some pot, but investors are getting tired of smelling it since February.

Where's all that big news that was coming last week?
Fiction factory finally failing?
You're right! It's happening at the bid as we speak.
Will .017 hold this time down? Guess we'll just have to wait and see.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=D&st=2017-01-01&en=(today)&id=p61208043252
I won't be surprised to see us print .022 today and .02 or lower by the end of the week. EAPH's been acting bearish since February.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=D&st=2017-01-01&en=today&id=p55112127130
That happens every day. Then the tenor changes as the days rock along and turn red. Today will probably be no different, red as usual, as the promised "big announcements" again fail to materialize.
It's been like this for years. That's why the charts look so bad.
We're all waiting to see the big announcement today and possibly again tomorrow. NO FAKE NEWS! BRING ON THE BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!
Not today. At this rate we'll be testing support under two cents this week.
EAPH insiders who put out those PRs are so dumb and uneducated that they can't even SPELL "misled." Then they'll put out the same semi-literate promotional material several times a day. People catch on and sell the stock they're promoting rather than buy it. Bad marketing can have the opposite of its intended effect. But bad marketing and stupid crooked scammy business practices have always been EAPH's field of expertise. That's why their long-term charts look so bad.
Yeah, after a while bullish forward-looking statements at the beginning of every day, every week start losing their effect. People just wise up and stop believing them. Doesn't stop people from making them, though, like EAPH PRs. They work well enough often enough to get some worthless stock sold once in a while.
Oopsie! Looking reddish instead, as usual.
People are sick of EAPH's lies. Been that way since February.
That's a good question. Somebody should be able to come up with a legal description, or is it an official secret?
Links aren't lies.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=134340872
EAPH's pinky pumpy PRs and forward-looking statements are lies and always have been lies. That's why their long-term charts look so horribly bad.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-04&en=(today)&id=p49100393665
Also, a lot of us would like to see a legal description of the property involved in EAPH's latest pot farm story. We've found that the lying comes from EAPH and its promotion and PRs. That's why we choose not to take EAPH and their cronies' word for anything. Look again at that chart if there's any doubt about who's been telling the lies.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-04&en=(today)&id=p49100393665
There's no need for DD. That's what PRs are for. Haven't you been reading them and the posts here? That's all the DD anybody needs. Anything and everything else is misleading. People are not smart enough to do their own DD and they should just believe what they're told by the company. At least according to EAPH and EAPH promoters. Why should anybody want to look up some dusty old land ownership records? Everybody knows that government records lie as baaaad as sheep do.
If EAPH is a dog, it's a sick puppy, needing lots of artificial respiration and pumping just to stay alive.
Best not to get mad; get even by stopping what they need most: new naive victims to buy the stock they're selling.
Anybody who's been around the pinks very long knows that people can "plan" and "anticipate" anything whether it's true or not, and it's usually not. Unlike EAPH's PRs, posts don't need disclaimers warning people that they're most likely totally bullshit. No need and no future in getting all worked up about the bullshit. Unlike in the real world, in here you can't even invite people to "put their money where their mouth is," much less "take it outside." We just have to learn to tolerate a certain level of bullshit and see it all day every day. You get an awful lot of bullshit forward-looking statements out of EAPH and EAPH's promoters. Best just not to let it bother you. It can't hurt you unless you start believing any of it.
All EAPH wants is an excuse to dilute some more. If IBliss won't provide the excuse they need, then maybe a pot farm will. What they really want to sell is stock--nice, freshly-printed shares of it. Eventually they'll come up with some to sell and some people will probably buy it. They always have bought it before, regardless of EAPH's total lack of management skills. What makes anybody think the chimps at EAPH (including Evan Karras) know anything about running any kind of business other than a pump 'n dump? It's not as if they have much of a track record.

Done been stickied. Lots of good stuff coming in lately.
Thanks for posting that, but anybody looking for DD there is out of luck. Might as well ask for details about "Windsor Pharmaceuticals," another imaginary friend of the insiders. Keep in mind that the EAPH insiders and promoters have no hesitation at lying if it is a lie they think they can get away with, but when caught in a lie, they also like just to shut up and let it fade away, too. Just another fart in a whirlwind, as another pinky promoter used to say. How many times is this now that they have supposedly been going into the pot raising business? Three? Four? And still no license, no pot. Just gullible investors and a company checkbook, piss-poor accounting and bullshit stories to sell stock. That's EAPH. It's been that way at least since the LAM days. No telling what new name they'll be using or new lies they'll be pumping after they've finished diluting EAPH out to the trips and the next RS and "reorganization." There are better things people could be doing with their money than giving it to the EAPH insiders to spend.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-02&en=(today)&id=p96372503572
You're welcome. There's no part of this story that makes EAPH, its insiders, or its promoters look good. That's why they don't want to discuss it. There's a lot of stuff out there that they'd rather not talk about. That's why the long-term chart looks as bad as it does:
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-01&en=(today)&id=p78371576155
I know you didn't ask me, but think of EAPH's insiders and then imagine them as chimpanzees and it will answer a lot of questions about their subhuman accounting methods. They're obviously doing the best they can making it all up as they go along. That's why things never seem to work out as planned.

If Easton Pharmaceuticals is a dog, its financials show it to be one sick puppy. I've seen apes at a zoo sling better paperwork than that. A lot of what's on there simply doesn't make sense, but they obviously assume that nobody will care or notice. They may be right, judging by the volume we've been seeing lately. There are good reasons why almost nobody takes EAPH seriously, and their fantasy forward-looking PRs that never come true and their nonsensical financials have a lot to do with it, not to mention their history of losses, dilution and failure. Evan Karras is a great example, having had his own troubles in the recent past.
https://www.ic.gc.ca/app/scr/cc/CorporationsCanada/fdrlCrpDtls.html?corpId=8678928
That's something that the insiders don't like to talk about in any detail, including in their financials (no mention at all in there), preferring to let the promoters just spin it any way they like. The AMFE people say they kicked the EAPH guys to the curb long ago, but the EAPH promoters like to pump it for all it's worth now that AMFE has found some success.
They never showed $400K in the bank. They just recorded that purchase order as income. Here's a cash flow statement showing that somebody did loan them $250K, though, which probably means they sold some convertible debs per their financing "facility," though they never PRed anything about that. Nobody would loan them that kind of money without some kind of collateral, and all I see on the books is a little over two billion shares of stock they can issue before maxing out the current authorized shares. They will dilute again at some point. It's just a matter of time.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/EAPH/financials#
I just dropped by to thank those of you from the AMFE board who have been helping out with that other board. You know who you are and what you did, and I appreciate you every one. At least one of you has blown the whistle on the bad guys over there, and thanks to some DD help from others of you in hunting down some evidence, it looks as if we're going to be make some bad trouble for some bad scammers. Way to go, guys!
People will care when that giant foot of God (the SEC) comes down on EAPH like in a Monty Python skit, putting them out of "business" once and for all. We'll hear the wailing and gnashing of teeth 'til our ears bleed.
It looks like the EAPH insiders never thought anybody would do the DD that it took to find that document. So far, they haven't thought of what to do about it other than to stall and mumble "misquote." I've seen companies go to the gray sheets for way less than that and what was still on their financials last time I looked. Right there in black and white, ugly as sin. EAPH's got some bigtime 'splainin' to do, and I don't think their simian brains can even come up with a plausible story for this one. They're used to nobody noticing or caring about their fraud.
Better call in Uncle Bernie.
Please show us a link to that false forward-looking statement. We ought to be keeping a library of them as a handy reference. There are so many EAPH failures that nobody can remember them all at the same time without a compilation on hand. What a crappy outfit. Total losers, with a chart to prove it.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-08-31&en=(today)&id=p94373920212
There's nothing about AMFE in EAPH's financials. Nothing about any company other than EAPH or its stock. So is the conclusion either that there IS some relationship between the companies, or that there's NOT? I'm saying that there's NOT. If there IS, then why didn't the chimpanzees running EAPH mention it in their financials? The blank to fill in is right there, but the insiders elected to leave it empty because any AMFE EAPH ever owned is LONG GONE, the insiders having put any profits on the deal into their pockets. That's what you get with unaudited books. The insiders can do whatever they want and say whatever they want to say about it while stealing investors' money and lying about what they did with it.
Meanwhile, it's looking like this latest attempt at a rally is running out of gas. When this latest batch of "investors" try to get their money out of EAPH, we may see the support down at .017 taken out as this downtrend continues. No telling how bad it will get when EAPH tries to dilute some more.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=D&b=5&g=0&id=p56308348426
Thanks, mj. You just doubled your number of followers. We've got the goods on the evil-doers at EAPH. Now all that is required is not to let anybody forget it. The bad actors depend on people's "forgetting" to keep getting away with their "business." Let's keep their feet in the fire and keep the fire stoked. Keep up the good work, and be sure to include links when you've got 'em.
No dilution LATELY. If they're borrowing money, they'll be selling dilutive stock to pay off the debt. That's how they've ALWAYS done it, and why the "facility" is in place to issue the debentures. Nobody should be surprised when they dilute some more. It's simply how they operate, and why that long-term chart looks so bad. Once they start the toxic financing spiral, though, the end will be "soon." They're as good as dead once they go down that road of issuing those convertibles. Trips are the next level of failure, then more debt, hyperdilution, and a new identity and restructuring. The old rinse and repeat pinky process. They've done it before with a 1-for-3000 RS and re-dilution.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-08-31&en=(today)&id=p30291774444
I noticed an item on that latest financial that indicated that they had borrowed a quarter of a million bucks from somebody. We all know that the only way they can finance anything is by selling convertible debentures: dilution. That's the only way they've ever raised any money in all the years they've been in existence, and that's why their long-term chart looks the way it does: big-time dilution and a lack of earnings. Constant failure despite years of pumping and dumping behind rosy forward-looking statements. Welcome, everybody, to the EAPH way of life.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-08-31&en=(today)&id=p30291774444
Why doesn't AMFE show up anywhere on EAPH's financials if there is a relationship between the two companies?
Will EAPH go to the Gray Sheets next week, or months on down the road?
Why can't the chimpanzees at EAPH fill in the blanks to file a proper financial statement? What's so difficult about a pissant little set of books like EAPH's?
EAPH is Bayerly hanging in there, dropping like a ROCK since February when that last "BIG NEWS SOON" rally ran out of gas.
Funny how when they go to the Gray Sheets to trade, you don't hear them bragging about going to a different exchange before THAT happens. I know nobody's got any serious money in EAPH, but with what we've seen out of them, I wouldn't be surprised at all to see them drop to that "next level" with no notice some morning and never rise above it.
"Early next week" is what they started using when "soon" stopped working and fell out of fashion. In any case it's just a stall tactic for when your promotion has overpromised and underdelivered. Happens all the time with pinky sleazebag pump and dumps like EAPH.
It's still going to be interesting/amusing to see how they try to wiggle out of that crack they've put themselves in with Alliance and their phony/fraudulent unaudited financial statement(s). Maybe they'll SAY they've hired another auditor like the lie they told three or four years ago. The crap they put out in their PRs is a joke, and that includes their "financial statements." No wonder serious investors don't take EAPH seriously.
