Okay so it is supposedly called or was called or who knows anymore, "Alliance Group". Then financial filing came out saying "Alliance Venture Partners", which made sense because that is what they called it in the "about us" section of the first pr.

And seems to make sense since same CEO used to own it before it was dissolved for non-compliance. But wait does that mean the current CEO was the one behind this whole massive soon to be MJ operation (with no license) that they recently invested in? Hey, that would be great. What a synergy. Probably why he was hired long ago but the detail was never mentioned.

Pretty slick but which is it? Would assume CEO who is signing off on financial statements and public PR surely would have realized that the "Alliance Venture Partners" was his old defunct company and not this new massive promising MJ company (with no license) they have sparked a new relationship with. I mean apparently it was more than worth it to commit to over $1M dollars after I would assume proper due diligence on their part, especially since they have no cash and have generated basically no revenue for years? Why refile with a name change that is not called Alliance Venture Partners. Correction. Alliance Group?, correction doesn't exist. Alliance Ventures?, correction doesn't exist. Dang it.

Skip forward to the refiling.

Now they modified it to Alliance Partners with an Ontario Inc. #. But why Alliance Partners, is it not Alliance Group or Alliance Venture Partners? That is what is mentioned over and over? Dang it. This is to confusing, just blend the names together. "Alliance Ventures" it is. Yes. That's it.

So we know it is supposed to be an Ontario corporation. But when doing searches lets just do all of Canada, maybe that was another mistake. Wait, how do you currently operate an Ontario Corporation under a number that no longer shows up in the Canadian registry? I am sure you just have to be well 'connected' or something like they certainly are.

Searched all of Canada for "alliance Group"... nothing.

Searched all of Canada for "alliance partners" as per the re-filed filing, nothing.

Obviously Alliance Venture Partners shows up. Dissolved for non-compliance. CEO Evan Karras.
