Keep Golfing!
If you remember, we agreed for a longtime that this was a good investment. I was duped by PMCB.
It's hard for an old trader like me to admit it. I am just trying to protect others from getting scammed.
Penny stock lawyer running a cutting edge Biotech, I don't think so.
Big boys would of bought this out a long time ago if the therapy had promise.
Share total is obscene.
IND on hold for years and execs still collect salary
I personally don't think their IND will ever be accepted.
Nasdaq talk is a desperate pump that will never happen either.
Very deceptive company.
Nio ran up. Some people are taking profits before the long weekend. It is not a big deal.
I am holding long. Cost basis 28. I will sell 25% at 120 and let the rest ride.
Congrats to all that got in at single digits. I am envious.
This is a solid investment.
If you educate yourself on the qualifications for a nasdaq listing you will find that PharmaCyte does not qualify at all. It's not even close.
PMCB falls short on, cashflow, revenue, market capitalization, and pre-tax earnings.
They are far away from Nasdaq.
Closer to going belly up.
This company exists to pad the portfolios of aging executives and thats it!
Not much of an argument. PMCB has never been close to qualifying for the Nasdaq. It's hard to believe that is even brought up.
This company is going belly up.
I sold all mine. Zero shares makes you feel smarter.
Enjoyed NIO today. NIO is about to grow!
Everyone have a good weekend. PMCB
This is the Tesla board! Toyota has their own board.
I would like to go on record right now and say PMCB will never have a FDA clinical trial for PC. Not a phase one or phase 2b. These events will never happen.
The "lengthy list" that will take another ten years to complete does not guarantee the hold is lifted.
PMCB had a pre IND meeting and were told what was needed for an acceptable IND and they still could not pull it off. Not even close.
The FDA does not reject IND's. They put IND's on hold. The lengthy list is there way of saying "no way".
The current executive team does not have the expertise to complete the lengthy list. They had plenty of time to get it right the first time and failed.
Who does the Lengthy list benefit. Mo (Waggs), Larry (Crabtree), and Curly(Trujillo) and thats it.
Everyone else is being played.
Enjoy funding some else retirement.
WHAT NASDAQ LISTING, NO REVENUE
PMCB does not qualify for the Nasdaq. They make no money.
This company is going belly up, not to the NASDAQ.
Lets be realistic.
No chance Nasdaq, EVER!
Respectfully disagree, massively mismanaged, diluted, no revenue, dismal IND.
Sole purpose of this company is to sell shares to pay salaries, thats it.
This company will never be listed on a major exchange.
PMCB makes no money
Just a scam to pad elderly exec portfolios
62 cents to sub penny
outrageous amount of shares soon to be sold to toxic financiers.
Penny players in control
R/S coming
absolutely no reason to give money to scandalous penny stock lawyer and his cronies.
This is not an actual investment
Santafe2, After the merger will one share of Holicity equal one share of Astra stock? TIA
I am a long on every stock I own. NIO is the position I am adding to.
Great way to play it
It's over Efood. PMCB is wallowing in the muck at the bottom of the OTC markets. Companies that don't make money don't go to the Nasdaq.
The scam may go on for a while in the muck, but there is no value here what so ever.
If you like money then I would run from this.
This is a scam
A biotech run by a penny stock lawyer involved with scandalous companies previously.
A 62cent stock that is now sub penny.
A horribly prepared IND that will never be accepted by the FDA.
The most exorbitant dilution I have ever seen in my 40 years of trading
This is not complicated it is obvious, the company exists to pad portfolios for the aging executives at the end of their careers.
The first time I read the 50 billion number I thought it was a typo. 5 billion would have been egregious.
Vote NO and get rid of current management.
No-one who understands stocks would vote yes to approve 50 billion more shares.
The game is over for PMCB!
Small investor here, 4K shares. This is just my opinion. This company with its cutting edge tech, strong leadership, and Saudi cash has a real chance to be the next Cadillac. A brand known for high quality and Luxury (or Mercedes if you like).
I believe also that the stock will go up far from here. Maybe to 100, maybe not.
Lucid needs to have a high output of vehicles and strong earnings to survive long term. Someone else's money always runs out eventually. Lucid has not shown production abilities as of yet. I have never seen one on the road. I freguently travel the U.S.
I think with the coming ticker change the stock might get a push. I know some investment professionals who wait until these companies merge before they invest. Steady earnings growth month after month and year over year is what is gong to decide if Lucid exists in 5 years.
There are hundreds of defunct automobile manufacturers in the US. Is Lucid going to be the next American Motor Carriage Company (1902-1904), or the next Cadillac. We will see. GLTA
That’s makes sense , otherwise why the absurd share amount? Rhetorical
https://ir.pharmacyte.com/press-releases/detail/264
If shareholders do not approve the 50 billion share increase, management will be forced out.
If it were me I would not approve.
Still overvalued at that price
PMCB execs hiding under desks.
The end is near
I agree, great time to get in here. I am loaded and waiting. Tired of CCIV ticker, lol.
Not hilarious, sad. The fleecing of investors is never funny. But it continues as long as there are new investors who believe in the false hope.
But with astronomical share totals and investors wising up, this company is near its end.
The FDA does not seem too happy with PharmaCytes treatment.
Big Pharma certainly is not interested in Ciab or they would of bought this out while it is cheap.
There is only a small group of people that benefit from the perpetuation of this farce, the executives.
They are selling hope. Hope for cures and hope for gains. Both are false hopes.
Patience starting to pay off for longs. This current run is based on news and progress rather than hype.
I am going to keep adding on dips. This is one of the best holds for the next three years.
Enjoy the ride folks.
For a listing on the Nasdaq a company needs a 3 dollar minimum bid price. PharmaCyte is less than 2cents. So you can see PMCB is no where even close to the Nasdaq.
The only value PMCB has is to its aging execs who collect salaries.
Austrianobody does not add enough value to bump us to that range. They have aging execs as well, hmmm.
This company strives to achieve pump PR's not medical cures
PMCB is far closer to a no bid than we are to 3 dollars.
PMCB is far closer to bankruptcy than to the Nasdaq.
Lets talk Nasdaq when it is realistic. It is not realistic now, nor will it ever be.
RUN from this company!!!!
Yawn, is this still really going on here. More bs conspiracy theories. Might be time to post a non peer reviewed article to back up your point. I have not been here in a while and nothing has changed.
Thats all you have to knock Tesla " magnetic pulsations" , PLEASE.
Tesla not going anywhere. Terrific long term hold, very obvious.
Check back in a month, hope you up your game to include actual science
Have a nice day.
I don't think the FDA rejects IND's.
If they feel a companies treatment is worthless they will quickly put the IND on hold, like in three days.
Then they will give the company a "lengthy list" and say see ya.
In PMCB's case, completing this list is almost impossible and will take years.
If completed, the chance for approval is unlikely. The chance for more questions, another "lengthy list" is most likely.
Who benefits from these 'Lengthy lists"? Those who have lengthy salaries thats who.
The IND got put on hold and the FDA gave Waggs a "lengthy list".
He stared at it for a while and handed to Dr Crabtree.
Crabtree stared at it and handed to Trujillo, after a lengthy look he handed it back to Waggs.
Check out the qualifications needed for the Nasdaq. Then tell us how PMCB qualifies in any way. TIA
It's the China aspect that I like about this company. They are creating an image in China. They will succeed in China.
I own F and Tsla and CCIV as well. Nio has the best shot to succeed in China. Thats a huge market.
And the BaaS is off the hook and I am certain annoys Musk to no end, JK
Nio is not going anywhere and will definitely grow in my humble opinion. Please don't take anything I say as investment advice.
Holding, patient, gains on the way.
I stand corrected, scam not crooked. PMCB
Have not heard much from Hidalgo lately. My guess is he is distancing himself from this mess.
The reality is:
62 cents to sub penny.
Billions of outstanding shares.
Old men collecting bloated salaries to pad their portfolios.
Absolutely no accomplishments.
How many FDA trials? that would be ZERO.
years of bungling and the only people making money are penny flippers and execs.
What amounts to a permanent hold on IND. completing the "lengthy list" will take years and will probably lead to more questions. I do not see the FDA granting Waggs and company a 2b trial.
--THERE HAVE BEEN NO FDA TRIALS AND THERE NEVER WILL BE.
Let's see. In the six years I have been here they have accomplished ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
They GIVE THEMSELVES raises every year.
They share total has skyrocketed. Billion and Billions of shares now.
There has NEVER been ANY trials under the FDA.
They constantly pump falsly, remember the COVID TEST pump, one of many.
They deceive shareholders, remember the Italian job, They waited six months to let us know that screw up..
They submitted an IND that was apparently quite thin since the response from the FDA was a HOLD and a "lengthy list" that will take years to complete and will probably not lift the hold anyway.
Looks to me like a bunch of aging execs PADDING THEIR PORTFOLIOS.
The CEO has already been in trouble for running SCAM companies.
What does Trujillo do besides collect a salary.
This company is a GIANT red flag.
GOOD LUCK!
This has been a great learning experience on how these crooked penny stocks operate.
I won't make another mistake like this again.
PMCB = no value
