If you educate yourself on the qualifications for a nasdaq listing you will find that PharmaCyte does not qualify at all. It's not even close.

PMCB falls short on, cashflow, revenue, market capitalization, and pre-tax earnings.
They are far away from Nasdaq.

Closer to going belly up.

This company exists to pad the portfolios of aging executives and thats it!
